Lovely breakfast, our server was Brooke who was lovely. Great value for money and we had a great meal.

The food is absolutely shocking spent £80 pound on awful disgusting dry food it was criminal! Wish I got pictures of the burgers too but the mix grill was awful all taste like rubber

Excellent steak and eggs to start our meeting off. Well looked after by Amy and Molly and kept supplied with drinks throughout our stay.

Ordered bacon cheese burger and chips. Portion of chips Cheese garlic bread. Chips was ice cold Burger was just about edible Cheese garlic bread was okayish Will not be ordering anything else again Staff looked not interested

We come to the Wacky Warehouse at the Paper Mill regularly, because our daughters love it so much. There is plenty to do for them, and the softplay setup is great, easy to keep an eye out for the kids. I do think the toilets especially need a deep clean and proper update. Everything just feels a bit sticky. We cannot fault the staff though. They are always really helpful and extremely friendly, like Chloe today.

Having booked for Christmas day dinner all our party or 16 people was dissatisfied with the quality of our Christmas dinner. The meat was thin slices of processed meat, no mash potatoes, no peas. 3 minute sprouts and hard yorkshire puddings. Drinks was suppose to be table service yet not one member of staff came to our table offering there services. Due to these reasons we will not be returning to this restart again.

Had a party here on Sunday, boys 6th birthday everybody had lots of fun.

Food terrible, ordered Seabass which was luke warm Took it back and heated it up. Fish tasted awful. Pulled back the skin and it was white and brown Mash was terrible Just left it Very disappointed we visit Greene King establishments on a regular basis and never have an issue with the food before.

Place needs an upgrade. Always dark in there. Food ok. Chairs all need a good steam clean as they were all stained. Remember to enter you Reg for free parking too..

Went for a Christmas dinner, mid afternoon. Nearly £34 for 2 meals. No starters or deserts. The Brussels sprouts were completely underdone and like bullets. The other veg, some carrots and roast potatoes were pretty bland, the pigs in blankets weren't cooked enough and looked half done, and the turkey not only looked processed, but tasted it as well. We complained to the manager and to be honest, it appeared as though they weren't interested and couldn't be bothered. Shocking. A premium price for something that was worse than a school dinner. I won't be eating there again.

I come here regularly at breakfast time. Nothing is too much trouble. Amy L and Molly are very welcoming and very attentive. I always ask for scrambled eggs on toast with no milk and they make sure that's what I get. The eggs are the best I have had thanks to Shan and Alex. I would recommend to everybody.
