Paradise Doner Kebab in Bexley

First time coming here with my 2 cousins and our server was very kind and attentive! He offered to make us a new batch of wings and tasted very good! Food was freshly prepared made to order. Very friendly and good prices!

Both our chicken shish were burnt

Missed items so I called them up and the said they would send it out next day but nope didn’t get it

Awful food, poor standard, several items missing and not as described. Will not order again. Not worth the price even with a discount. Very disappointed.

Absolute disgrace honestly sent chips pot of sauce and no kebab no choc cake,call restaurant and am told sorry you can get refund we are really busy!!!!!! I had ordered from there for years,never ever again I mean it’s not even normal why would you sent chips!!!!!

Tried it twice in the last 3 weeks, and both times been a small £20 order, delivery taking over 2 hours, that's my lot never again, and the food was cold!

Under new management, cold old food. Don't bother.

Missing fun trying to chase a refund is proving extremely hard

firstly the chicken burger was cold and hard clearly been cooked a while earlier . secondly whats the point of beeing able to write a note for instructions if there ignored . Salad and sauce seperate please means Salad and sauce seperate please . Never ordering ere again .

my go to takeaway, pleased everytime, chicken burger good. Cheeseburger good. Pizza good, decent size desserts, always the correct order, nice and hot majority of the time. I recommend.

We have been given in the past food we have allergies even though we reported it. And we orderd 2 large chicken shish meals and was given some dry chicken in a box with a few chips a container of lettuce and one of onion when I orderd one with onions one without tomatos. Since when do you have to make your own kebab and is there a shortage on other salad ingredients. And they were nit even large. And took over a hour to deliver down the road. WILL NOT EVER USE AGAIN

Chicken overcooked and late arriving

more rice than anything else. large chicken shish wasnt large. salad was lettuce and a little bit of cabbage, two half slices 9f cucumber and pickles. Terrible value for money.

Food was okay, we just had the lahmacun meals. lahmacun was tasty and very big. chips that came with it were very small and the £5.99 for cheesy chips is ridiculous, I could barely see any cheese and not really a "large" portion had to add my own cheese which I should have just done in the first place.

food is decent. they sell beer as well. twice I've ordered beers and twice they have sent less than ordered, but neither time did they mark items as unavailable. just left the order through as if it's was complete. very unscrupulous. shame.

Paradise German Doner Kebab offers fantastic food at great prices. Their charcoal kebab is simply outstanding, making it a must-try for any kebab enthusiast!

Order Donner sandwich meal and the bread was dry but still okay , the meat was dry ish and cold a bit but still decent , but it had no sauce ? Which combined made a dry meal but to be fair I probably could have put it in notes but seriously no sauce at all or any options ? With a tiny portion of chips too . Overall was just okay

Great Food! Literally the best around. Their doner is the best we've ever had. Even their salad & rice are amazing. This is our regular and the bread tonight was the beat they've ever had! Just brilliant.

Got a message at 7:35 to say ready for collection & when got there wasn’t ready, had to wait 30mins for it. The taste wasn’t great, all I can describe it as was gas or metal taste. Unfortunately will not be ordering again

Garlic pizza bread is cold dry and hard! Chicken burgers cold. the chip portion is shockingly small and hard. the beef burgers are dripping with oil. Everything is inedible

Ordered through just eat - marked as delivered but no food in sight. Left waiting for another hour - all round terrible ordering expirence. Can't even contact on designated phone number. Will avoid from now on.

So disappointed. Usually love the food from here. It’s my first takeaway in weeks as I been eating well, so thought I would have a cheat meal… the chicken shish was really dry, they never gave the salad or the chilli sauce. As for my daughter’s meal the whole lot was not even in the bag. Very dissatisfied Paradise Donner.

Here's another 1 star review. Ordered on deliveroo. The order was 40 minutes late, cold and disgusting. They didn't confirm delivery time on the app, essentially hijacking my order. Couldn't cancel and couldn't see if/when it was coming. Phone number says "You have dialed an incorrect number". Ordered from somewhere else, then both turned up. Smooth Communication is key you utter cretins Useless

i ordered chinese chicken pizza and the hot chicken pizza has turned up instead!

My order says delivered even though it’s not here and when I tried to call them the call fails?

Thought I'd try a new kebab shop but waited around a hour for the food to turn up, paid £3 for a very small portion of chips, portion sizes are poor. Won't be using again.

Food was very good but the Donna meat was extraordinarily nice great flavours and was super nice that rice came with it as well as sauce on the side

the best doners around, great shishes too. the lahmajun is a favourite as well. Rice is excellent and the salad is always fresh.

Pizza was cold and no taste chips were under cooked and cold and the scampi wasn't crispy very soft. we usually order from here but won't be ordering a pizza or scampi and chips again

Another excellent meal, well presented and still nice and hot when delivered.

Food toke over an hour to arrive, kebab and chips were cold, were missing the drinks. Paid cash and driver had no change so toke the extra money, called to complain about the cold food and missing drinks and they hung up the phone.

The place is dirty they do not start to heat the donna until you order so it ends up not being properly cooked and stone cold none of the staff are wearing hair nets so it's very unhygienic the decorations are falling to bits. The staff do seem friendly but they do come across as being very incompetent at running the shop I reccomend to people do not go here unless you want food poisoning and cold kebab meat absolutely outrageous. Absolutely mingin and I normally love kebabs this is complete blasphemy . I will not be coming again. The cheeky buggers just want to cheat us out of our money then not give the service in which we are meant to be provided no way on earth should the hygienic rating on this place be a four this gaff should be rated no higher than a two my dissapointment is immeasurable and I will be sure too everyone I know to never come here.

Order the BBQ Beast pizza advertised as having pepperoni, chicken, meatballs, mixed peppers and jalapeños (see photo 1). When it arrived four of the five toppings were missing (see photo 2) I decided to give them a second chance tonight after I had issues with my last order around two years ago. I wish I hadn’t as tonight just proves they are to be avoided at all costs.

Don’t usually write reviews. But ordered from these guys last night (Friday) and the food was delicious, hot fresh and lots of it! Delivery was a bit longer than expected but they were friendly and apologetic and food arrived as I hung up. Will definitely order again soon.

Was very disappointed with my chicken Shish, very very dry and a very small portion, hubby was upset at the size of his large donor kebab. For some weird reason they put the meat in the pitta, put the pitta in the take out box but then put the very small amount of salad on top of the pitta? I do not think it was good value for money, so will not be returning.

I made an order through just eat app and the restaurant has marked my order as delivered on the app, I was waiting for more than 1:30h when I call the restaurant they said that the system has marked my order as delivered but it’s not true. They are putting orders as delivered by themselves. Just to make us wait more time without control on the app. That’s a bad place!! Never buying from them again.

I had to stop half way threw I ordered a chicken shish wrap meal. The wrap was absolutely amazing and was bigger than my forearm soo good if your looking for proper food this the place to go. Also they listened to our note very kind thank you so happy

If I could leave no stars I would. Terrible service and awful food. Waited over an hour and 20 minutes, when the food arrived it had a thick black hair wrapped round the chicken. When we called to complain they were so rude and non apologetic and "didn't care" AVOID! completely ruined our evening and everyone's appetite.

Absolutely appalling service! Called to ask where our order was, was told it was still in the kitchen one hour after placing order, despite Just Eat notification advising it was out for delivery 20 minutes earlier. Person who answered phone was rude and obnoxious and suggested we take them to court! Don't worry, we won't have to take you to court, with service like that you'll manage to ruin your own business!!

Really good kebabs , the donner could.be alittle larger . The shish is probably the most tender melt in the mouth , I've had in a long while . Thoroughly recommended.
