The hotel is clean the rooms are spacious just the light in the rooms is not very bright, upon arrival we were given a 10 pound voucher to use in the kitchen or a bottle of wine

Very helpful and friendly staff. Raman at the front desk has been incredibly accommodating with our large group. Much appreciated. Late checkouts were arranged to suit our onward travel and everyone has been very professional and helpful. ( Thank you to the nice French lady at reception.) Thank you

Beautiful hotel with great transport links (if you don't need step free access). The room was completely clean, tidy, and a good size, with a bathroom fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and hand and body lotion. The window spanned across the entire back wall which made for a stunning skyline view- especially at night! And staff were extremely helpful, with housekeeping promptly arriving after a phonecall to reception to replace our conditioner. My partner and I are disabled and as such do struggle with stairs, so Park Royal station was a bit of an issue, but Hangar Lane is also close-by (just a bus away which is accessible via a ramp from the hotel) which also has good tube links. Overall a wonderful visit- we were sad to be leaving by the end of it!

Really a beautiful and excellent hotel and the staff are respectful All thanks and appreciation to Mr. George, a person with the highest morals and respect, who cares about every detail, is helpful and helpful, and the location of the hotel is excellent, next to the Direct metro station.

Modern, clean rooms with great service and a good food service. Not the easiest for central tube lines though! You have to walk a bit further out but not too bad overall. Car parking options available but at a cost, as with the average hotel in London.

Would give 5 starts for our superior room but the shared door between toilet and shower just managed to leak water to the toilet after a shower.

Came for new years with my girlfriend and staff were amazing! The manager is also a great guy and so was the young receptionist and bar staff were lovely too. Excellent customer service! Hotel room was clean and beds were very comfortable, we also had a lovely view and the mood lighting and controlled lighting made a massive difference. Only thing is I could not connect my phone I tried many times and so did my girlfriend..I have grown up around technology so I knew how to do all the steps however it just did not work and we had to rent a movie in the end.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel on the 26th! Only stayed for one night, but wow, it was such an excellent experience. Nina, in particular, made everything extra special. She went above and beyond to make a birthday celebration amazing she gave us complimentary breakfast and even arranged a late check-out. Her service was absolutely spot on super friendly, attentive, and just a pleasure to deal with. Honestly, she made us feel so welcome and cared for. The hotel itself was lovely, but Nina’s hospitality really stood out. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, Nina you’re a star!

Pillows were terrible and bed was pretty hard. Probably the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel which was really disappointing for the brand. Reason for 4 starts. Located next to a Piccadilly line tube station which is convenient. Free Bottle of wine if you opt out of room cleaning service.

A Frustrating Stay Over the Christmas Holidays My husband and I stayed at this hotel over the Christmas holidays, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Our primary complaint is with the service, particularly in the restaurant. The hotel simply does not have the capacity to accommodate all its guests for breakfast. Many guests are placed in the bar/lounge area, which feels like a clear sign of overcrowding rather than just “busy peak hours,” as the staff suggests. There are often long queues just to be seated, and there were only two coffee machines—one of which was broken—meaning a 10-minute wait just for coffee was not uncommon. While the breakfast buffet itself was decent, it wasn’t well-managed. Items often ran out, and we frequently had to ask staff to replenish basic items like milk or dishes. The poor service extended to dinner as well. For example, on one evening, we requested a menu, which was brought to us promptly, but no one returned to take our order. After waiting 20 minutes (and being one of just five tables), we decided to leave. Additionally, it’s very inconvenient that dinner charges cannot be added to your room bill. Instead, you’re required to pay immediately, and a mandatory 12.5% service charge is added—leaving us wondering what service we were paying for. Another example of the disappointing service was when I asked the reception to make a reservation call for me, as I didn’t have a UK phone number. I was told, “You have a phone in your room; you can use that.” Of course, the phone in the room didn’t work. Finally, the most frustrating moment came on the day of our early departure at 4:30 AM. We were assured that we could have a basic breakfast since we had already paid for it, even though hot food wouldn’t be available. However, the staff member on duty seemed completely unaware of this arrangement and offered us only three stale mini croissants from the previous day (photo attached)—hardly an acceptable replacement. Please note that these are just selected examples. Further inconveniences could be listed. On a final note, while the hotel is located close to a metro station, it is worth noting that it’s quite far from London’s main tourist attractions. Additionally, travelers should be aware of weekend service disruptions on the metro, which can cause issues if you have an early flight. Overall, while the hotel itself was adequate in terms of location and facilities, the poor service, disorganization, and lack of attention to guest needs left us deeply dissatisfied. I cannot recommend staying here, especially if you expect a high standard of hospitality.

I took my girlfriend to this hotel for her Birthday - Amazing location, clean and large room space but to top it all off the service from Nina at reception was amazing, I would like to say that due to her outstanding customer service she made our stay very special. Would rate 4 starts however. They took my money for the room twice, contacted multiple times to get a refund and constantly ignored. Stayed over a month ago! Hotel itself was ok, noise from surrounding rooms at early hours. Called reception and in fairness they were straight out to the offending room to tell them to be quiet. Would advise people staying using the car park to avoid leaving anything in the car as 2 cars were broken into and bags stolen while we were there which is pretty normal for London!

We recently stayed here during our one week in London and have nothing but great things to say about it !! The staff is incredible. They are extremely hospitable, friendly and professional. Special shout out to Nina for consistently making an effort to say hello and connect with us on a personal level. She was always so kind and welcoming. Shout out to George as well for being an awesome host to the restaurant with his efficiency, friendliness and humour. He was awesome. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel was located right next to a subway station that takes you into the city in just 20 mins. The price is very affordable for what you’re getting considering it costs a fortune to stay in the city. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting London. I will definitely be staying here again when coming back.

We stayed five days, 4 nights! From the photos, it's not as nice as it is close by! Very clean and big rooms! Comfortable bed! Amazing breakfast and amazing employees! Congratulations! It's convenient, it's next to the metro! The only negative is that the window doesn't open. but she has an incredible goddess

I don’t recall that I have ever received such outstanding customer service before in my life. Very warm, inviting, professional and helpful service from Nina especially, but to be honest from the entire team. You’re greeted with a smile, if you ask a question they will find the answer. After a long, exhausting flight, arriving at this hotel was such a relief! From the moment I stepped in, the GSA and supervisor, Manuel Sima, welcomed me warmly, making me feel right at home with their friendly, attentive service. The hotel itself is incredibly well-located, with easy access to the train, making it simple to explore the city. The Park Plaza Royal was the best!!!!! I really enjoyed the fresh pastries everyday. The coffee set the tone for my day everyday. I recommend the moca !!! The flexibility to allow for early check-in and late checkout topped it for me. You just done get that anywhere else. Rooms size was just right and the mood lighting nice touch 👌✨️. Chromecast active TVs was great I enjoyed my wine connected to my Netflix and caught up with my series. Clean lobby and sitting area. Readers can enjoy that space too. All in all, anytime I'm in London, thats where I'm at. 😃😊

The location is within walking distance of the Royal Station, half an hour away from the central places (by public transport). The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. F/p hotel was suitable for central locations

The team at Park Plaza Park Royal really looked after my family and I. The staff on check-in are very attentive and helpful - nothing was too much. We ate in the restaurant and once again the staff and service was great. Very close to the tube to get to central London and the Natural History Museum which my son loved as he's a big fan of dinosaurs. Room was large, very modern and parking on site.

I had a very nice stay at Park Plaza Park Royal, Crina from housekeeping spoke very nicely with me and all my requests done in a short time. The hotel staff is friendly, and the hotel in general is clean and tidy.

I booked a trip for my friend and I based on the location being suitable, but when I arrived the area was considered a practical area I booked for 3 days and did not sign in. In return, the amount will not be refunded in part or in full. The customer service was refused. As for the bags that arrived and I needed help, in return, the reception refused and told me to serve yourself. Note that the bags were more than 4. I would never classify the hotel as luxurious.

Room was very spacious and clean, good in the restaurant was lovely with amazing service from Kashenka. She was very happy and attentive and nice to chat with. All the other staff I encountered were equally friendly and helpful, I will definitely be going back for another stay.

Overall experience is good, little bit expensive as compared to facilities. Parking most expensive. Before checkout at 11:30, service staff enters without any confirmation whether checking out done or not.

I stayed for 2 nights; I checked in later than planned and other aspects of my reservation changed slightly, but were dealt with promptly and without fuss. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I felt very welcome. My gripes are so minor, it seems churlish to mention them, but I want to give context to why I didn't rate them 5 stars across the board. As someone travelling on public transport, the very short walk from Park Royal Station underneath a dual carriageway via an underpass is unnerving after dark. Perhaps highlight this for lone travellers to make alternative arrangements if they arrive after dusk? In the room, the smart lights were a great feature, however there did not appear a way to have the entire room plus bathroom in complete darkness. I understand the rationale of having a faint light in the bathroom so you can find your way at night, but when I'm trying to quickly use the facilities and return to bed, this light was bright enough to disrupt my sleepiness. That's all my constructive criticism! It's a great hotel for the price, and I would recommend it.

Car park scammers. I received £35 admin fees from car rental company for parking the 30 minutes grace. I am still waiting for the hotel to send the fine too. Although I paid a hefty £18 per day for the days I was there but this doesn’t seem to be enough for them.

The rates are very good for a family room. Reception staff is very friendly. Good connectivity from the train station. I also liked the ambience, amenities provided in the hotel. We arrived early but they were able to accommodate our early check in request

It’s a really good location to stay at along with the price and the bedrooms are nice however the bathrooms need very serious refurbishments. The management needs to make effort investing in the refurbishment of the bathrooms at least and maybe look at extending car park to the back.

It is a modern and sophisticated hotel, the staff is friendly and always willing to help; The room, the bed and the very comfortable pillows provide a true rest. Excellent remote control to control the lights and A/C from the bed! It is true that it is secluded, but Park Royal station is just a few steps away, which solves the distance issue. I only tried the buffet breakfasts and they were delicious. Congratulations guys, I hope to see you again soon!!!

Lovely hotel. Felt luxury and despite being slightly more than I'd usually look to pay for a night it felt well worth the price. Didn't have breakfast because like most hotels these days its that part is over priced, but that could be my only gripe because everything else was great. Location isn't ideal for central London, however, only ~30 minutes on the piccadilly line from the station across the road, straight to the centre.

My husband and I stayed there with our 2 kids for 10 days in June 2024 and we all had such a pleasant experience! The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed and sofa bed were big so there was no problem in sleeping arrangements. The breakfast was great and had many choices, kids could also get free pancakes or waffles. The staff were so courteous, thoughtful and respectful! Finally the location was super, you cross to the other side through a pedestrian tunnel and there you are at the underground station, literally a 2 minute walk! When we go back to London, we will certainly stay there again! Thanks guys and keep it up!

Trying to understand the name of this hotel as it is far far from “Royal”. Arrived from a long flight from the U.S. handed the front desk clerk (Eastern European), my identification and credit card to begin check in. I explained we were in bad need of sleep and we were happy to wait for a room. However, the blonde woman who was the only front desk clerk onsite REFUSED to even take my information. Instead she kept encouraging us to leave our bags in the front desk, but not even putting us in a queue for a room. I didn’t trust leaving my bags and went to the restaurant. I asked for a manager who understood I was just giving my information and the manager also did not help. Now they think they’re going to get away with not refunding me. Perhaps in this country (England), people like this get away with this type of stuff, but not in the USA. 20+ years of traveling around the world and I give this place minus 10 stars. So much time invested in obtaining a refund. Such unnecessary ignorant behavior from the staff. The front desk clerk even felt it was ok to physically approach me closely so I walked back and asked to her to physically get away from me. I left the property to stay in a completely different part of town in a much better property that was prompt to accommodate us. This review had to be written as this is not acceptable at all coming from a worldwide hotel chain.

I love this hotel. It's one of my all time favourites. Affordable, brilliant smells across each room/space, professional and friendly staff members, great food, easy to use equipments & kits. The hotel was clean just the breakfast option we paid for was not worth in terms of money/taste/cleanliness. The plates were stinking everyday I went for breakfast plus the breakfast is always cold. Tables were dirty and sticky. Neither they dont have options in dishes and if we ask to make a particular dish for example egg then we will be charged??

The staff is very kind and very helpful. Crima from housekeeping is very helpful and she speak Spanish.

Good hotel location, nice roomsdesign, clean and price is fair. The staff are kindly smiling and really professional. The two only issue that you have to pay extra for breakfast which is not good one and 18pound per day for parking I really wonder why they do this I think they just wanna invest more and more of their building space maybe we would pay for lobby sit next time. ( hotel guests come for hospitality and complementary and the hotel owner has no this talent) Plus they have no option to pay partly for few hours for example. Totally the hotel rate is not more than 3 Star max.
