Parkes Pizza And Kebab in Dudley

I bought a kebab for £7 and I’m very disappointed. The pita hardly had any meat, it was filled almost entirely with salads. For that price, I expected a decent portion of meat, but what I got was more like a vegetarian snack. What’s worse, when I called the place, they brushed me off and showed no interest in my feedback. Definitely not worth the money, I do not recommend it.

Pizza was alright and wings were great but didn’t bring my drink. Delivery woman said she would bring one after returning… she didn’t.

This place has always been spot on, and tonight proves just what a good food establishment they are. Delivery driver delivered wrong order, rang them up to say that we had the wrong order, told us not to worry keep the current food, apologised and within 20 minutes a fresh correct order redelivered *****

The pizzas looked like the delivery driver had been in a street race when they turned up. Never had an issue. Disappointed

Honestly do not have a bad word to say about this place. Food always comes early, fresh and hot. The Pizzas are amazing and their Donnor kebab is one of the best I've tasted.

unfortunately after many orders from parkes tonight was under par from there usually superb service and pipping hot tasty food. food arrived early as always which is great 👍 but both pizzas were luke warm and one was dry and over cooked, the fries were also a little cold and stale.

Had a takeaway pizza from here last week for the first time and it will be my last Worst pizza I’ve had If you like your pizza with no toppings this is for you Very poor value for money Never again

First time of trying Parkes Pizzas. Ordered the BOGOF deal and must say both pizzas were excellent in taste, quality, and cost. Arrived 20min early and piping hot. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

Absolute pleasure to order from and visit when I’m hungry. The staff are kind, generous, and friendly, and the food is absolutely incredible. No one does fries like Parkes’!

Ordered here for the first time after having a leaflet pushed through the door, Prices are competitive (especially when taking advantage of the 2 for 1 offer) and the pizza was phenomenal, Hot, fresh and full of flavour, Only criticism I have is with the fries they were hot, crispy and nice and salty but the "large" is a little misleading

We order from here pretty much once a week, the pizza is always really nice. It's just a shame the last 2 times we have ordered the pizza has slid in the box and been squashed. This was with 2 different delivery guys too, it really puts of ordering again, which is a shame

Food late, cold, box looked like it was pulled out of a bin. I'm guessing the driver was a lemon as the first few times I ordered from here it was bang on. Won't order from here again because the price of takeaways now isn't worth the gamble. Consistency keeps customers !

Waited 2 hours for food then phoned them and got told it was a few minutes away. Half hour later still no food and told minutes away again. Avoid.

Ask for no salad so you get salad pizza was like a box of pizza dough total let down and waste of money never again!!!

I was very disappointed with the food I received , £5 for burger and chips with a can of pop, rather pricey if you ask me when u can get a Big Mac for cheaper. I wouldn’t of minded if it was good quality but the chips were cold, burger was tiny with NO salad and very dry with not very many chips. Wouldn’t recommend.

Had a 6 piece chicken and 3 fries meal and 10 onion rings. £10. Excellent value for money. Food fresh and hot, pieces of chicken much bigger than you get from KFC, fries and onion rings very nice. Will definitely be using again

Food was late, very late seemed like it was microwaved the delivery driver tried to rip us off by adding more on to the bill disgraceful, shouldn't be allowed to serve food to the public, definitely wouldn't recommend, like people can afford to waste there hard earned cash won't be using this place ever again
