Asked for jacket potato with chilli, should have come with a salad. Plate arrived with crisps instead of salad. Initially no explanation, no apology, when questioned just said we’ve ran out of salad, so I’ve put some crisps on instead as if they were doing me a favour. I would of preferred if they had come out and apologised, offered a discount or a free drink before assuming I wanted crisps - fortunately I haven’t got an allergy but I didn’t want crisps. The chilli was actually nice but as a dish was let down.

Every time I walk by the back of this place it stinks of dog poo! God knows what it's like on the inside if I can smell it from the street! I'd dread to think when it rains where that's dripping in to 🤢

4-5 Church SquareBirthday cake was horrible,far too much buttercream with hardly any sponge,we have never had a problem in past these always been our favourite,we have emailed and rang,and unless we return most of the cake they don't want to know, good photos aren't good enough,our cake was left with my daughter in North east.good will to the customers doesn't exist, I loved these celebration cakes bought lots in the past,this cake wasn't like the ones we'd had before.Hopefully the owner will email us when they read this, I love cake and so disappointed in the cake and customer service we have received this time.
