Pepe's Piri Piri in Redbridge

Tried the rice and chicken mild, should of gone for spice. Chicken was better after topping it of with the garlic sauce. Portion size is absolutely massive. Will definitely be trying again.

The main meals were nice, the chips however, that came along with the meal, you could tell it’s old and been re-fried, which I’m not happy about as I paid for this

iam not happy with the service, order xame late. i called restauratnt up teice they said order is ready the driver is not here. i ordered at 12:15 and it half half 1. i was at work and my lunch time was finished by the time it came hers.

Wrongly accused. Staff was extremely rude and was accusing us of stealing and not paying for the food. They then decided to cause a big a argument causing delays and interrupting my meal. I was really heart broken at how i was being treated. They checked camera footage and saw that we all paid as normal and refused an apology and decided to blame it on there customers. Not recommended very rude staff

GAVE US BAD STOMACH! We are regular customers at Pepe’s in wood green and palmers green. But Gants hill Pepe’s have disappointed us big time. Went in to order food and the shop was a bit busy as it was saturday. Waited for 20minutes and finally the food was handed over to us. The food was shockingly cold maybe because it had been ready ages ago and the staff was too busy to pack it. The rice looked undercooked. And the double xl chicken burger was stone cold. Their sweet chilli sauce was very very watery. My wife and i had stomach ache all night. We will not be coming back here. Hope the management does something about this.

I got the loaded fries with veggie burger. The loaded fries didn't contain chicken, but really made up in flavour with the stringy cheese and crispy onions. The veggie burger was quite average, not good or bad. Tables could have been maintained abit better.

I recently visited Pepe’s in Gants Hill, Ilford, and was really impressed. The chicken was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside—and packed with flavor. Pepe’s is my go to meal wherever I go first I try to find pepe’s. I live in Gants Hill and feel previledge to have the best pepe’s branch here. Staff is so professional and experienced. If you are planning to visit Pepes I’d recommend Gants Hill branch and chicken rice or grill chicken.

Went to Pepes last week and had their grill chicken and loaded fries. What a food it was … amazing experience and superb taste. The staff was very cooperative. I had push chair with me and was struggling to open the door one guy rushed towards the door and opened it for me and even served the food on table because I was with my little kid.

Such a poor experience!!! Me and my boyfriend placed an order and waiting more than 20min to collect it. The customers that came after us they've been served before and team looked so messy and disorganised. When we asked about our food they did not even apologise, we did not receive even a good farewell. This place should have people in places, especially when is busy. Not recommended.

Most shitest Pepe I have visited all over Uk. Don’t have food. Always closes an hour before the actual time. They won’t have and grilled chicken left so don’t even think of going there. It’s happend to me more than 10 times. Rude would be understatement for staff over here. Like there is no check and balance

I recently visited Pepe's Peri Peri Gants hill and had a fantastic experience! The service was top-notch, and I'd especially like to thank Amit, Zohaib, and Waqas Bhai for their excellent service. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for great food and amazing service!

Rice portion was £4.49 but they only filled the box halfway!! Rice was cold. Chicken didnt seem fresh, it was burnt and had a strange smell. Chips were fine, drink was warm.

Food arrived stone cold, both sets of chips were non edible as they had turned rock hard. had to put them in the bin. We ate the chicken as that was still warm. very disappointed as I love pepes and have eaten here plenty of times.
