Pepe's Piri Piri in Warwick

Firstly it said it will be delivered by 2:25 it was delivered at 2:36 then they gave my soggy cold chips which didn’t have peri salt. Terrible service

Always good but drivers do several orders at a time, so sometimes arrives cold

can't go wrong with Pepes grilled chicken. but I'm giving four stars because they usually send long fries, but this time they sent small fries even though I ordered large portion fries.

Once again absolutely fantastic food!!! I loved every bite

their wings although small are still delicious. I wish there an option to order like 6-8 instead of 5.

the piri wings are overpriced for they are very small and that's why I normally order quarter grilled.

Pepe's food never dissapoints, this is the best Peri Peri chicken I've had, very juciy and full of flavor.

They need to hire more staff because very late deliveries in the evenings weekends They need to make a bigger branch and hire more chefs because everytime i order on just eat my order always comes late on the weekends. You risk losing loyal customers when these things keeps happening! Please consider taking a cloud kitchen on lease only for deliveries - it will make you even more profitable

Burger was very bad. Chicken is not properly cooked. It’s was so hard . We put it on a dustbin . I will not do a order from Pepes anymore.

I had a missing pita meal so had to end up sharing as it was way too late to stay up and wait for more food

Awful customer service. Terrible branch. They forgot the chips with the order. Called them, said they were sending chips. I called back 30 mins later, and they said they never promised anything, and they wouldn’t be sending.. just awful…

quality of food was really great. although they missed my order to prepare. and when i got there to collect my food after 30 mins of placing order. i had to wait for more 20 mins.

I received only one item . I have proof of that as well. I ordered in the night with starving stomach. But it disappointed me. Me and my brother shared only the paneer rice half and half. I ordered around 12:20 before 40 minutes of restaurant closes. Restaurant started preparing my order around 12:40. I agree it’s a closing time of the restaurant and they may miss the item. But straight away you guys closed my refund request. I don’t have any intention to raise false refund request. It is genuine.

I have ordered from them multiple times. when you order extra chicken for the box, they would put the extra or all the chicken in a bag with the rice in the box. when I called to tell them that it's not large or extra chicken, they said they've added it to the box. the box was regular size and there wasn't any more extra chicken. also, when I called to ask where the food was they said they had given it to the driven and it would be 5 mins. it came over 30 mins later.

Collection experience was unpleasant. Guy at till was overworked perhaps, showed him phone, order number was below but he started with these hand gestures like wth are you showing me, so i scrolled down for him and then showed him, again hand gestures. Had to question what his problem was as 2nd time round the order number clearly was visible. Open your eyes and nect time try some customer service skills, politely ask where the order number is, your hand gestures are friggin rude.

Great food and service, delicious, juicy hot chicken wings. Lemon and herb wings and the XL chicken burger are a family favourite! We will be ordering again very soon.

Food was lovely, only slight issue I had was my drink was hot when it arrived and I think that was due to the driver not the store

Food ordered at 18:28 and food came at 20:23. This is a 2 hour wait for food which is unacceptable. The food was freezing cold!!!!We had to get food from elsewhere to feed the children. If we were told of the wait time from the beginning then we would have never have ordered. We even rang the restaurant twice and they said the food was ready. Full refund requested.

Just had this delivered, well presented, hot at the door. Very good chicken and rice! Cost wise very reasonable. Will have a again!
