Perfect Kebab in Sutton

The food was great, so much so I have now changed to this as my favourite kebab house, instead of the one I've been using for the 15 years! Looking forward to many orders from here in the future :)

Food was disgusting after eat little bit we got badly stomach pain never eat disgusting kobab like this never ever order again

portions were tiny compared to what we used to get and the lamb was really fatty.

The food was awlul they brought the wrong drink won’t order anything again.

I order lots from here but today was quite a kettle down. Portions were tiny and forgot the chips.

chicken shish was good lamb donor was awful. but I could not eat it. chips were great though. I know I ordered late but most of the meat was hard and full of hard bits.

The driver pressed delivered option 15 minutes before he actually handed the delivery. Food is of poor quality rubbish yuck

I have ordered from here many times… 3 or 4 times they had miss out items, I did not complain. I mentioned it to them 3 times to give them a chance to rectify but each time they have completely ignored my request. That was the last change they will ever get from me. We can easily find a replacement establishment. Very very poor customer care.

The kebab meat and chips where dry and the cookies where burnt and stuck to the grease proof paper. The only thing that was enjoyable was the can of drinks. Really disappointed as usually do decent quality of food.

the chicken fillet burger is 3 chicken strips.

The food was not only dry looking and overcooked but I found 3 clipped fingernails in the product which is an obvious health concern. Reported to management and they refused to take responsibility. Very argumentative! I felt physically sick and had to throw the food away. AVOID EVERYONE!!! Will be contacting Environmental Health 🤢

The food looks irritating because they had the whole item I ordered stuffed into one takeaway

Middle of the road kebab. Was good and can’t complain but nothing exceptional.

Food was freezing cold it was also late missing mayo on the kebab I’m really not impressed

Turned up burnt and burn totally destroyed by fat

Ordered 2 meals at 12.15 pm for delivery .phoned at 1.20 pm to ask where order was told that the driver would be leaving in one minute.Phoned again at 1.50 and was told he’d phone driver . Finally got 2 meals at 2pm . Both stone cold .Will not use again.

My order was missing items. And Iv still not receive my refund

i ordered 3 kebab, only 2 had come. i ordered 2x lamb doner and a chicken wrap, only one lamb doner came and the chicken wrap came as a lamb wrap (which i cannot eat) not only to mention i waited an hour after order time which was already 50 minutes. when i had called to complain they dismissed the problem and just said they was closed.

Chips and burger were overdone.

It's not the cheapest kebab shop around but it's definitely worth the money. As in all things you get wat you pay for. And you definitely get a lovely large kebab from this shop. A flavoursome and tender lamb kebab and probably the best potato wedges iv had from any shop.iv oldered this meal twice a week since i first tried it and it's lovely. Worth the money. 5 stars

Donner was excellent, nicely spiced good flavour, only let down was wrong drink delivered

Rio was a diet not what was orders and only 1 turned up also 6oz burger was just a half pounder with cheese...

I would like to apologize for my behaviour over the phone earlier. I haven't eaten for two days and I'm a lot of pain and I shouldn't of taken it out on you. This is totally out of character for me. My Sincere apologies. Did try to call you to apologize but no answer.

Instead of a 6oz burger we got a lamb burger thing but my chicken donner was nice.

The chicken fillet burger was very cheap rubbish. The chilli sauce in a pot was like water with herbs in Awful.

Ordered from here for first time. Ordered house kebab and an extra salad. Food arrived ontime and was hot. Happy to say, all the different kebab meats were excellent, salads nice and fresh, and chips good, not too dry. Overall. Awesome. Definitely recommend and definitely will order again 👍

Thick cuts of donor meat, but was a bit dry. Not sure why there were limes in my salad, but ok. Not a lot of chillinsauce on the meat. Was an ok meal, but I wouldn't order again.

Salat? Onion and lettuce only. Very poor. Dry no sauce (sauce selected)

I asked for a Chicken Doner Kebab, however i received A lamb doner And The man refused to refund me and started a whole argument with me. Very bad customer service I DO NOT RECCOMEND

Always order from here but they changed the chilli sauce... A good kebab is known for a good chilli sauce. Too much red pepper init now... Why did they change it.. Not as spicy and tasty like it used to be. 😑

Perfect kebab and perfect service. We recently discovered this place and it's honestly perfect everytime. Highly recommend

I was ordering a takeaway for my son but accidentally ordered the food to my daughters address. I rang the shop who were extremely helpful and delivery guy ended up doing two delivery journeys. I'm very grateful

Unfortunately no burger sauce in the kebab and quite cold

Scampi was burnt and inedible! And kebab roll is normally donna kebab meat in a burger bun but what came was I think kofte meat in a wrap! Was not good. All went in the bin including dry chips!

Absolutely the best doner kebab around, meat always cooked to perfection and fresh salad. Chips are delicious and crispy too. Five stars 👌

Food took just over an hour to arrive and it was cold I had to warm it and it was all dry. Didn't enjoy my meal. Doner was very dry

Food was burnt. If I am going to pay 15 pounds for mixed kebab, which I can go to a decent restaurant and pay traditional eastern food, at least don't burn the kebab. Not much to ask. Not going to order from here again. Careless and just want money.

Ordered a lamb kebab. Food was still warm. Meat was fresh and the chilli sauce was really good, has a bit of a kick to it. Marked 4/5 stars because the meat proportion was rather small in comparison to other locals. Would be buying again

the rice was totally watery, no taste at all, no taste of chicken either, and was overlosded with garlic sauce. Felt like all i was eating was watery rice and garlic sauve

Everything was lovely apart from my wrap. It was rather on the small side and a bit to sloppy. If there had been more filling then the sauce wouldn’t have made the wrap soggy

Delicious food, we order kebabs, burger and a kids meal it was hot and delivered in good time. We’ve never had a bad meal from here

Bad experience, probably the worst kebab I’ve ever tasted. Chicken was burnt and chewy and pitta bread was hard. Could not even be bothered to add a decent amount of salad. When I called to complain they said ‘not my problem’. Rubbish.

Been going here once a month for years, no more as their £6 chicken burgers have literally halved in size, it's embarrassing and a rip off, like chicken shops you don't mind if they were £2.50, not £6. Won't be using anymore, shame. Also cold and late. Other kebab shops burgers are double the size and same price, try Beddington Kebab.

Asked for chilli sauce and ended up with garlic sauce thrown away in the end I will never use this restaurant again.

Food was cold. Had phoned specifically to ask for garlic sauce on the chips but the chips were old and refried with no garlic sauce. Had ordered a chicken Shiah and donner combination but hardly any chicken shish. Very disappointed

I needed to amend my order and change it to a delivery as there’s 2 perfect kebab listed in the 0.5 miles range, I never collected my order and they did not contact me, nor was their phone working as I tried to change it to a delivery to not waste the food. It was marked as collected LOL

Not a bad restaurant at all but they struggled to Deliver my food on time I ordered it at 1:00pm it said it would arrive at 1:45 or 2:05 and it is now 2:15

This is by far the worst kebab iv ever ordered and iv order some terrible ones where do I start I ordered food and said iv got card and they said fine we will be with you in 30 minutes with a card machine and the driver turned up 1 hour later with no card machine and said the shop need to ring you and take details and then the food had a long black hair init and when ringing back they said your not getting nothing because the shops closed even though this was 11:30 and the shop closes at 1am this places is terrible and would suggest you stay far away from this place !!!

Told on appt that it had been delivered, arrived missing one drink, had a kebab with garlic & salad, salad just lettuce and onion. Had hot sauce inside bread

Good flavour. Chicken nice and moist not dry.

Ordered a large, portion size was small. Asked for chilli and garlic sauce on both kebabs but they put just chilli on some and both on others. The chilli sauce was like a strong bbq/brown sauce, ruined the taste of the kebab as it was too overpowering.

I have ordered perhaps 50 kebabs over the years and this has to be listed as the worst. When they said 'small' they really meant it!! The lamb was burnt and dry, unedible basically. The chips were OK and food warm. JUST EAT offered 15% off, 50% off quality too. I think restaurants cut corners when paying commission to Just Eat?
