It was very bad experience as always they delay the orders. Today I visited n order 1 single chicken Tikka wrap and it took them almost 1 hour to prepare. Worst experience. And the staff behave as if it is a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ restaurant.Please don't visit.

Food is good but The staff make you very uncomfortable specially if you are Pakistani they stare at you like the way that you are something else very bad behaviour it is😠😠

Ordered online a few days ago and got half the order, didn’t want to go back as i was on a break. Order online to pick up on break but always makes you wait 20-25 minutes. This time I hope they got the order, they just started preparing. I didn’t want to wait and i told them cancel it as I don’t want to spend my break there wait and that it happened last time, the wait staff and the ladies just got aggressive and rude saying brother this and that. I’m not your brother, if you can’t be mindful of time don’t run a business. Because of this they gave me £20 worth of trash. Half cooked food, stale/broken ingredients. Got the same food before never looked like this. Got the pitta burger meal, was given half a pitta, no sauces, half cooked patties. Paneer tikka roll, never seen roll like this in my life, no sauces, stale naan, dry ingredients. 2 bites me and my work colleagues felt sick and started throwing up. Avoid this place like the plague. Disgusting people and food.

Please avoid this place because of Incomplete order the customer service is very poor also the lady at till was very rude and very aggressive with young kids, the food was very pricey and salty so please don’t go there and waste your time and money

Ordered for delivery, ratio of donor meat to chips and salad was .. Donor 20% chips 60% salad 20% and I wish I took a picture to post here too. Paying a tenner for mainly chips! ..learnt my lesson of not order this unless I am in the shop Wouldn't recommend ordering this for delivery as you'll be palmed off with the above ratio. Food was nice just the amount for what I paid was not.

Went here with my family as a fun dinner out , I ordered lamb doner while my family all ordered chicken doner each . There ended up being a bone in my mums chicken doner which cut her tongue and we was expecting it to be boneless , when brought up to the staff their response was 'can't be ' not even an apology which ruined the family experience . Staff also just Chuck the food at you without telling you what it is . Very disappointed should have read the other revues before hand .

I am a regular visitor in this restaurant. The naan served with the food was absolutely cold. And when i complain about it. The manager ignored it. So eventually i paid money for the cold food. And i guess the new staff in kitchen (chef) is responsible for it. Cause i heard the conversation between them. I guess it was our last time visiting there. ! Thank you. (Wasted my 20£ on dinner )

Ordered food at 19:00. Didn’t arrive until 20:35. Quite ridiculous tbh

Good however if your unlucky they usually forget about you and deal with delivery's over you. Been waiting for nearly 35 minutes for 3 burgers. Deliver food to physical customers over delivery. Not good.

Lamb in the curry was uncooked. Not a fit place for a dine as the Wetherspoons next door are way better equipped in indoor seating yet this establishment has seating. 2-3 pieces of uncooked meat in a ton of gravy. Biryani was bland. Only thing that was ok was lamb chops. But the lamb curry, I wouldn’t even put it to my dogs. Not value for money. Customer service terrible. Not recommended at all

Food was brill as always! But because they use their own delivery, the time that it takes is quite a lot. I am just 10mins away, but the food takes around an hour and more to arrive.

Chicken Fillet on the Burger was barely warm,soggy and dripping in oil. The person who served the food just dumped it on the table and walked away, Didn't bother to ask who had ordered what and looked like she would rather be somewhere else. Nobody working in the Kitchen was wearing a hat. Not impressed and won't be going back!

Whoever designed the interior must’ve done it in the dark because it looked like they were halfway between a chicken shop and a nightclub for retired furniture. Walked in, ready to grab a table, but nope, apparently, sitting is a privilege reserved for people who’ve already committed to their chicken. Roughly 15 minutes later, my food arrived, as I prepared to make the most of the cold plate of food served to me, I found a hair in my food half-way through my meal. I was offered for my food to be remade after speaking to who I believe was the manager/owner, I had already lost my appetite by that point. As if that wasn’t enough, within 15 minutes of leaving, my stomach was planning an emergency exit. The drive home was a race against time and dignity.

I waited 2 and a half hours for a freezing cold kebab. chips and chicken strips.

I recently had a frustrating experience at your store with one of your female employees. After waiting in line for a considerable time, she falsely claimed that the two men behind me were only waiting to pay. However, after I was asked to step aside, she took their full order instead. This was not only unfair but also dishonest. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I hope this issue is addressed to prevent similar situations in the future.

Absolutely disgusting i ordered a waffle and it was raw also i ordered food and half of it didn’t come i asked for a refund and the guy over the phone cut the line on me many times do not order from here it’s disgusting!!

This is really unacceptable, no delivery update, after calling the restaurant they said that the order will be delivered in about 10 mins, but it’s over 20 mins and no order has been delivered

Went to Uxbridge high street and saw this place. The board said “real taste of ‘PAKISTAN’ and India” - nostalgia kicked in and the curiosity of trying out my homeland dishes in UK to check if they really are representing my homeland’s food taste.. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED in fact I was actually AMAZED by how DELICIOUS and accurate it tasted. Had a very good time and will surely be visiting there again the next time I go to Uxbridge. Good and friendly customer service as well!

There was hair in my food they offered me another portion of chips and there was hair in there again they were very rude and called me swear words and were very inconsiderate.

Food was OK even good. But ordered at 12:40 was told delivery would be 1:40. Arrived 2:25. Tried the sheek kebab, popcorn chicken, tandoori and a curry. Not bad really. Had better but the value is good. Just not so good on estimating delivery times.

Food was absolutely delicious. Hot & Spicy just right.. was slightly disappointed with having no Sauces or pickled chillies in salad. Otherwise it’s 10/10. Thank you 🥰

Lots of varieties to choose from. Good quality and quantity, and tasty. Reasonable prices. Friendly service. Speed of getting the order ready varies and could be faster.

A straight ok on all aspects really. The food I got was standard late night fare. Not great quality but not awful. The salad was fresh, sauces didn't have a particularly strong flavour. Service was practical and efficient enough but not friendly. Atmosphere is that of a canteen with a few fairy lights on the wall.

I ordered mixed doner kebab it was cold and both meats were hard like rubber. They might cooked and cut it earlier and keeping it for long time and serving customers by same meat. I won’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Variety of Kebabs, Burgers and curries at affordable prices. Had lunch this afternoon and really loved everything about this place. I ordered a Grilled Chicken meal which was great. Everything is freshly made. The chicken was grilled to perfection , it was juicy and bursting with flavours. Sneaked into the next table and the burgers looked really delicious as well. Pretty quick service as well. Will definitely visit soon and try out their other items on the menu.

The Blonde haired European woman who is on the front till taking orders is very rude and doesn't understand when we are placing simple orders, meanwhile the tables were slightly clean but the sauces on the tables and the walls were completely full of food stains and soiled. The asian serving ladies were very nice and helpful, the food was hot and okay, a place where you can grab a quick bite on the weekend but go to only once not at all a food place to go to always unless they clean up the place and train the European woman on the front counter..

The food here is okay but the floor/ walls/ tables are never clean literally the dirtiest restaurant I have been to. I have stopped taking away food from here for merely this reason otherwise they have got huge variety of food with reasonable prices. The bin in the sitting area is always full with mops lying around. Staff is good but then again if the place is so dirty how someone can feel like eating here. Please pay some attention on cleaning. This review is only for Kebab Doner that we had. There is no spices and was very blank. It might suit to people who doesn't like much spices in their food.

The worst experience I have had in my life. The place is very dirty and unclear. The sitting area's wall was full of old food. The food took almost 40mins to cook but the quantity for so small. They kept telling us that the food would take time because of type food we ordered. The cost was not worth the time, quantity and the taste. I'm amazed we didn't get food poisoning. Through the food away, I don't understand how this place is running. There was hair in my food. The person cooking the food was sneezing. The food Inspector need to look into this place. We will not be going there again. Avoid please.

I am a very old customer of the previous peri peri shop in Yiewsley West Drayton Therefore visit this branch also whenever passing by. Last week I went there with my friend Restaurant floor was really messy. Bathroom was filthy and smell coming outside Waitress was arrogant and Rude. Making fun and laugh with the Head Chef working on the grill. She know nothing about the customer service. Took 30 minutes to bring our order. Food was horrible,French fries were cold soggy,chicken shawarma was off smelly and hard to chew. Total waste of money. Really disappointed it was not like that before. Old staff left. Head Chef need to be replaced. And Waitress needs to get training how to communicate with customer with manners.

It's very cute but make no mistake, terrible service, they don't make an effort to speak English. The food comes in tiny portions, the employees didn't care, they made a mistake with my order and it took a long time to resolve it. I got tired of waiting for them to resolve what had happened and they were still poor and ungrateful.

awful awful experience. ordered at 5.50pm received order at 7.15pm. kids were so hungry we ended up buying something else for them. when the food arrived it was stone cold and tasteless. Contactef the restaurant, and their excuse was "We are Busy". If you are busy, then disable Just eat deliveries for the night!
