I should’ve read the reviews before ordering from this place. I ordered a Teriyaki beef with rice and eggs and they sent a quarter pounder instead and there was no eggs. No phone number so no way you can ask what happened! So frustrating! Avoid it!

Ordered a fillet burger meal they forgot the burger , Ordered a chicken wrap asked for just lettuce and chicken and got te full salad food was cold . Might aswell call it no burgers & shakes

After waiting 45 mins and paying £19 for A meal and dessert the burger i Paid £7.45 never arrived. No contact number to talk to anyone to rectify this. Uber have refunded the buger but am now left either hunger or have to pay uber eats to order another meal and pay another delivery charge at 11:00 at night. Pretty sure its a scam. This has happed way too many times. Thanks Phat Burgers

Manager needs to pay attention and get of his phone, apparently this is a standard muffin size, as you can see egg is bigger, toffee latte bitter and overly stronger, again manager dismissed any comment made.

The pizza was nice, service was quick, staff were friendly. But I still regret having ordered from this place. I just called these guys once to order two pizzas. It’s been more than a year and I still receive marketing messages from them. No matter how many times I block those number, type “stop” and then reply to those messages, they just keep sending their marketing messages from different numbers every single day. You have no right to use your customers’ numbers like that. It’s so frustrating!!!

Very bad service, I had to wait for ages to pay for my snacks when there were 2-3 staff in the counter doing I don’t really get it what they were doing, then the panini came in burnt as the lady who did it left the counter, leaving the panini to be done by the other staff, confusing and out of order really. Then the other male staff, he is coloured staff, with like braided curly short hair was like attacking me verbally (I don’t know why) and said to me “who told you to sit on this table”) and went away laughing, when there is no sign of where staff and where visitors should sit. So very rude and impolite customer service, wondering why they are in the customer service. So I appoached him after I’ve eaten and told him his behaviour as a customer service staff is so bad, he just kept on laughing which is to me was so inappropriate. Very bad customer service.
