Had a great experience today, looked after by Claire who was attentive and really knowledgeable of the menu. Food was also great, look forward to visiting again.

Food is mediocre, but there is still a service charge. Its weird having a service charge for a small franchise like Pho, don't recommend

We had lunch here and had to queue to be seated, but the wait was not too long. The Pho was nice and spicy. It did kinda remind me of a Vietnamese fast food place. Service was OK considering it was packed, we waited a while for our food and could see others that came after us being served first, but no big deal.

We were looking for something to eat that would be warming in a freezing day...we found PHO Vietnamese Restaurant street food style in Milton Keynes. What can I say? Me and the wife agreed it's a happy place. Joshua made it all possible from the moment he welcomed us to ordering and checking out. He is so accommodating and very pleasant...and that's when he is not 100% feeling a little under the weather. Imagine what he would be like if he is functioning 100%

Great evening, w exams today around 6pm and we have had a great time. The place was decent busy and we said we gone give a try. Good choice we did, amazing food starters were delicious followed by our main. We have been explained every dish and given bibs . Wow I must say have not been served like this in a long time. Thank you and we wanted you to know we have had a great time and amazing food. We definitely will recommend and come back ourselves. Thank you guys you are amazing.

I ordered a beef pho from Pho Milton Keynes via Deliveroo today and was very disappointed with the quality of the food. While eating the noodles, I discovered a lump of meat that had hair on it. The meat also looked as though it had been chewed, with no visible normal texture. This was extremely unpleasant and has left me feeling unwell since. Although Deliveroo promptly issued a refund for the dish, this experience has raised serious concerns about the restaurant's food hygiene. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously to prevent similar issues in the future.

First I tried Pho food in Sheffield during my city break. I gave a place in Milton Keynes a chance and I didn't regret it. I chose Beef Brisket soup with additional mushrooms. Everything was delicious, fresh and filling. The only minus is a very long waiting time for the bill.

We have visited other Pho restaurants and am sorry to say this one wasn't as good. It was really cold in the restaurant and one of the waitresses was quite rude when we asked where the toilets were! The food was ok but we probably wouldn't visit here again.

The pork crispy spring rolls and baby squid starters were fantastic, and the beef combo pho was fresh and fragrant. The wok-fried rice was flavorful and well-cooked. However, the menu description of "aromatic and spicy" felt a bit vague, as the dish turned out to be much spicier than we anticipated, with a significant amount of chili flakes and fresh chilies. While spice levels are subjective, a note on the menu indicating the heat level could be helpful for guests. Also many Brits are incompetent at using chop sticks, best to just provide forks and chop sticks on your tables instead of having to annoy staff. Overall, it was a good experience with fair pricing and a pleasant atmosphere.

Restaurant is more than half empty at 3pm today Monday but they are not accepting walk-ins and it is not possible to book a table for the same day online - what's the point of being open?

I recently had food from pho at another location and i loved it. So today when i was at milton keynes i decided to go for another delicious meal . The place was packed probably because if the weekend . At the entrance a lady asked me how many people , i said its just me and my baby in pram. She said there is no space .. a table is getting empty so she can prepare that one for us so pram can fit in but will take 5 mins . I said its fine and agreed to wait. Behind me was another couple with a baby in pram. She asked them how many and when she saw the pram she went “ah great another baby!! “ it sounded very sarcastic ! She said it will fake time to prepare the tables. She again came back to tell us that it will take 10 mins to prepare the table . The man said “10 mins ?” But in a joking way. The lady started getting upset, said he was being rude . The man replied in a nice way smiling , oh no, if u want i can help you and get it done in 2 mins .. but he was joking , it was visible . The lady started getting pissed off and said you cant wait for 10 mins ? We are just normal human , we are not super women ! . I can understand that it might be very hectic managing so many guests , but taking it out on anyone coming in is not the way it should be handled ! I was instantly put off by the attitude and decided to leave !

The food was excellent! I had spicy rice, while my children enjoyed soups. The restaurant has cozy wooden walls and a homey atmosphere. We had a great experience and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

The staff at Milton Keynes Pho are quite rude. It's a busy restaurant so maybe that's the excuse for the Anne Robinson style of service. Food is always good at pho but the staff .. not friendly and positively miserable.

SJ was great, staff very friendly, curry was amazing, chicken fries noodles were ok but not amazing. Portions were massive. Atmosphere is basic and echoey but fine for a quick simple meal out!

We went to Pho restaurant this afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Ash he was very patient and helpful as i have so many food allergies he explained to me the whole menu what i could order. Near this shopping center, I wandered around a bit looking for a new place to eat new things maybe, and seeing from the outside how nice this restaurant is inside, I had no doubts; I was welcomed by really nice guys, who then proved to be a close-knit, kind and well-organized staff; I tasted a cuisine that I had never tried before, and I must say that I was positively surprised, everything well balanced especially with the chili pepper not exaggerated as is usually found. I am sure that they will see me again every time I return to Milton Keynes. Arrived for work. No issues food wise ..ambience is great as well. Main issue is their service, it’s shockingly slow and made us felt that we were getting deliberately ignored. To begin with when we reached the entrance of the restaurant and were waiting to be seen by someone, it took them 5-8 min to acknowledge that there was a guest waiting and it was very awkward. Anyways, we finally got seated and then it was the endless wait, like 15-20 min+ for someone to actually come and just talk to us/take our order. What took the real piss was there were some people who came after us were seen well before us which was very annoying and shocking. The waiters could actually see we ere anxiously waiting for someone to take our order but it took them ages to realise this. Just very disappointing experience overall from service perspective.

Environment was fine :) Service was really nice :) Foods just needed some improvements. Tried the soup pho and fried ones. The chickens were cut in chunks where they were supposed to be in slices :( The beefs were overcooked and cut along the grain instead of cutting across the grain :( The pho in soup was sticked together :( The tried ones were better, at last it was hot. The Vietnamese coffee was supposed serviced dripping slowly into the glass through the filter. However both times I tried, they came with coffee already all in the glasses and nothing left in the filter set in the top. Not sure they were dripping too fast or sat too long before serving :(

The food is always excellent here, been multiple times and always the same quality. Extremely customisable. Our waitress Beatrice was a star, very engaging and so sweet, made the experience 100x better!
