Underrated gem of Bournemouth! The decor is really classy, the staff are sweet. The food is delicious! I had the spicy green pho and it was so warming and tasty. It was so filling too that neither of us could finish our meal! I would definitely recommend the spicy lychee martini, I rarely see them on the menu so I was pleasantly surprised!

An excellent address for lovers of Vietnamese cuisine! Faux Restaurant offers a truly enjoyable experience. Impeccable service: great welcome and speed, even in the afternoon, when it was rather quiet. As for dishes, I had a mango salad which was absolutely delicious, very fresh and well seasoned. For the sauces, pay attention to their spicy side: it is better to ask for details if you are not a fan of chili. Then I tried a beef curry, a pure delight. The meat was tender, the flavors perfectly balanced, and the peanuts added a very nice little extra. Only small downside: the coconut juice. It was good, but there was way more ice cubes than juice, which, at almost 4 pounds, seems a bit excessive to me. Despite this detail, the experience was excellent. I highly recommend, and I hope they will adjust this point to even better satisfy customers!

Although there was a bit of a misunderstanding with the food, the waitresses and manager were very accommodating. My brisket curry was exceptional and my wife was very happy with the spring rolls and beef combo soup.... We'll be going back

We went in on a whim never having tried it. We asked for help with the menu. The waiter was very helpful. We are useless with chopsticks so asked for knives and forks. The food was beautiful! Stunning. The service was top notch! (man with pokemon tattoo's, also gorgeous 🤣😍) Definitely try again.

Having previously visited another of their locations, I was pleased to find that their commitment to quality remains steadfast here. The restaurant’s interior is thoughtfully designed, combining modern touches with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Subtle lighting and wooden accents create a sense of calm that perfectly complements the fresh and vibrant dishes on offer. The service was attentive and efficient, striking the right balance between professionalism and friendliness. As for the food, it was nothing short of delightful. I opted for the Beef Combo Pho, a dish that encapsulates the essence of Vietnamese cuisine. The broth was beautifully clear yet rich with flavour, a result of the slow-cooking process that draws out the depth of beef bones and spices. The variety of beef cuts—rare steak, brisket, and meatballs—offered a satisfying textural contrast, enhanced by fresh herbs and a touch of lime. Paired with Prawn Crackers, crisp and perfectly seasoned, the meal was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes. Pho Bournemouth exemplifies how consistency and attention to detail can elevate a chain restaurant. It’s a place I would happily revisit, knowing I can rely on them for an authentic Vietnamese dining experience.

Every single time we've been here we've not been disappointed. Have yet to find a better Pho in the UK. The broth is divine, and they serve it with herbs, chilli, bean sprouts etc to add, and a selection of condiments on the table. Try it! If you've been to Vietnam you won't be disappointed at all!!

I recently visited Pho in Bournemouth, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely amazing—I had the spicy chicken curry, and the flavors were unreal! Every bite was packed with a perfect balance of spice and richness, making it one of the best curries I’ve had in a long time. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The waiter and waitress were warm and attentive whenever we interacted with them, which made us feel welcome. However, it did seem like they were understaffed. There were moments when we needed assistance, but it was hard to find anyone around. Despite this, the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff made up for the wait. I’d still highly recommend Pho if you’re looking for incredible flavors and a cozy dining experience. Just be patient if it’s a busy evening!
