It has a baby changing/breast feeding room! Just what we needed today when out on a walk round campus. You can get Starbucks coffee here now too. Aesthetically lovely.

Starbucks coffee is always awful, hot chocolate had way too much syrup in it and was so overbearing. I had a frappcino on Monday and had the same issue. Perhaps you could get your staff to review how to make a decent hot drink as its the main cafe on campus east and I consistently feel scammed.

Awful portion sizes. Just had char sui pork from the wok fusion stall. I asked for takeaway and the guy behind the counter was prepared to put it in a soup tub not much bigger than a takeaway coffee cup. This was until they stopped him and had him put it in a larger tub you’d get fish and chips in. He only put maybe two small tongs worth of udon noodles in and 3 pieces of pork. For £5.40 this is daylight robbery. I’m an adult, give me an adult sized portion. It costs you next to nothing for rice and noodles, so give generous portions and people are likely to recommend you and come back.

Food ok, though choice not always great. Staff not always helpful.

There is also a library above the kitchen. It is so nice to go to the library to read a novel for a while or take a nap after a delicious dinner :)

Food is not always the best but it will fill you up.

As a regular I can ensure you that this is an excellent restaurant, 13/10 would take the cheesecake again

It's really just a place for students who can't bother cooking...

Pretty good food with a variety of item being served each day. Sometimes the queues here are fairly big but this is to be expected when catered students eat here too. Would be great if there were more healthy options!

Excellent York University restaurant, open to visitors as well as students and staff. Good range of interesting hot and cold food at very reasonable prices. Cafeteria style service by very helpful, friendly staff. Dog friendly for well-behaved canine visitors - who can also expect a very friendly reception from staff and students!

Super student eatery open to the public, hidden away in York Uni's Hes East. Cheap and tasty Asian-inspired noodles, Italian pastas, English breakfasts and much more. A great 20min bike ride from York centre!

Quick and easy food, not always consistent food portions but overall food quality is good.
