This was so unexpected! I’ve seen this place a few times and never knew they did food. I stopped by for some lunch and was pleasantly surprised - honestly the avocado on toast is at another level - this isn’t like any other avocado on toast you will have had before. The flavours were delicious and felt so fresh. It was also very filling I ended up having the coconut and lime cupcake to take home. That was another surprise! The owner is super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back to try the other items on the menu. So great that it’s also open at the weekend. The vanilla ice coffee with almond milk was also 😋

Love this little Vegan Cafe gem. Got caught out in the rain after dropping car off at the garage with time to kill, I found Pinch by accident. I received Such a warm and friendly welcome. Theres a real community atmosphere with plants and comfy sofas and happy customers. And the food… love the homemade soup. Totally comforting. Great green tea ( no not all teas are same) and the vegan coconut and lime cake is as delicious as it sounds. Nicely warmed up and full I have time to give this fulsome review. Lovely cafe. Pleasant little cafe with friendly service . I ordered cafe and a crepe. Crepe was rather dry and tough. Coffee was ok. Maybe try something else for food as I just had the crepe and they seem well rated by others

Visited Pinch cafe on my lunch break after seeing the great reviews. We were greeted by the chef/host and I was instantly blown away by how smiley and kind he was. Our food was not only gorgeous to look at but tasted amazing. My partner is a devout meat-eater but still really enjoyed both of our dishes. I watched the way the host thanked everyone for coming, engaged with customers so enthusiastically and loved that the cafe brought in all different kinds of people. I would highly recommend this place to anyone local to the area or visiting, and want to thank the owner for having us

Such a delicious brunch /lunch spot! We had the open sandwiches which were so tasty- the flavours were seasoned beautifully and a nice generous portion too. Fantastic price and wonderful space to sit outside too when the sun is shining! ☀️

Walk in to this fabulous find and let’s it warmth and colourful aura wash over you, as you enter this zen space. I stopped in for an Oat Cappuccino and this delicious cake, the coffee had depth of flavour and the cake was gooey and moorish 😋 The totally Vegan menu has a good choice of mains and smaller bites to choose from.

I have walked past this place a thousand times and didn’t realise there was great coffee and delicious vegan/gluten free cakes inside. I got a selection of cakes which were all incredibly delicious. Plus - Kuba, the owner/chef, is sunshine in human form. I’ll definitely be back!

Came for a quick takeaway - A Gorgeous lil spot. Warm and friendly service. Finally a coffee shop in Tooting that doesn't charge for alternative milks , very very happy to have this lil vegan gem 🫶🏻 Will have to come back to try the food, but the green cake was delicious and very filling! This is my favourite place to get coffee in Tooting. The cafe is lovely and bright, the coffee excellent and the homemade pastries are delicious. But the real selling point is Kuba himself, who is such a warm and genuine person.

Come support this business! We were floored by the quality of food we received. Very fresh and tasty. Additionally, the owner is a genuine guy who's doing it for all of the right reasons. As a vegan restaurant owner myself, to do it right you've got to have the right mission and intentions. This owner definitely has it all and great items as well. We're hoping to stop by a few times before our trip to London ends. Don't sleep on this cozy vegan breakfast/lunch spot with amazing beverages.

Absolutely brilliant food and it is brilliant vegan / plant based food . If you love lovely sandwiches or toasties or delicious food it is a place to visit . I cannot believe I discovered this place only today .

There are some fancy brunch and coffee gaffs on Mitcham Road but this place is my fave. Coffee is great (and cheap) and service is super friendly. Free from the insufferable plummy toffs and estate agents that frequent many other similar establishments in the area too.

lovely little café, the aubergine on sourdough i had was amazing! could have been from a 5 star restaurant, excellent flavours! drinks were also decent. lovely little atmosphere if you dont mind the office space area its attached to. service was excellent, even got some free croissants as we were the last customers that day. all in all very happy :)

Best vegan breakfast in Tooting. The seating feels a bit like a reception, because it is really. Do not let this put you off. The food was fantasitc, well priced and the coffee was good too (and served in great mugs!). Worth a visit

10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My sister and I popped in for breakfast this morning and tried the Avocado Sourdough Toast and the Pinch Signature Bean Burrito. Both were delicious and beautifully presented! We asked if we could get a few to-go items for our flights the next morning and the gentleman that helped us went way above and beyond, packaging our airplane meals with such extra care and even added some little surprise snacks! We were so happy and grateful. It was so nice to find a great vegan cafe with such excellent service. Thank you!!!

Great cakes, so lovely to have a choice of vegan & gluten free cakes and coffee is good too. My only issue is that, as a wheelchair user, it's pretty snug. Luckily, the furniture is movable and they didn't mind me and friend rearranging the place.

The sort of little independent place I'd wish the best for — if it was a better experience... Bought several expensive items, only to discover internet ""not working"" Don't make my mistake of buying a coffee, croissant, and smoothie, before satisfactorily logging in to the wifi. I had to rush my meal and find another cafe. It may seem ideal for the owner to make profit with no seats taken up in cafe... But the problem is that I will not return,. And I will mention the lack of wifi here.

Great ambience, service and delicious food and drink! Ordered a salad croissant, beetroot latte (was big!) and coconut lemon cake. A choice of different milks when ordering and the menu looked great! Will come back again!

I've never been a fan of vegan food. I've tried it a hundred times but always thought it tasted sub-par. Pinch changed my mind. The grub is rich, nutritional, and affordable. The chef puts love into every dish he makes. And you'll get a lovely bottle of mint and lemon water to sip on while you dive into a wonderful breakfast burrito. 12/10!

I cycled here with my partner for brunch. The staff are all friendly, accommodating, the restaurant is clean and well decorated and the food was delicious. I had the full English vegan breakfast and my partner had the avocado on toast and we had an oat latte and oat flat white. We asked for some spicy sauce and they made a chilli basil infusion. Very much enjoyed the experience and look forward to trying the vegan roast soon.

Had a really tasty breakfast wrap. Really nice staff. Sadly full breakfast not available weekdays, and would not recommend if you are really hungry/have limited time as food was really slow to arrive. Lush to be able to sit in the community garden out the back! Will definitely go again and hope to upgrade this to 5*!😊

The food at this cafe is so good- especially the toasted sandwiches! My bf isn’t vegan (and generally hates vegan cheese) but really likes the triple “cheese” sandwich from here. Also lovely staff and atmosphere.

Best vegan food around, creative and super tasty. Juices and cakes are brilliant and they even do a roast on Sundays! Lovely staff, just overall great experience, will be back :)

I am so in love with pinch. It’s rare to get such good quality food in south for such an affordable price. Everything on the menu is done to such a high standard, it feels so personalised. Visiting pinch fast became the highlight of my whole week and you must try for yourself. Great food, amazing workers and an amazing, calming atmosphere.

Finally “plain” plain croissants. All vegan place with absolutely lovely people, delicious food. I’m so happy that I found this place.

I am not currently vegan, & I LOVE this cafe!! Everyone should come here, vegan or not, because the food, atmosphere, and staff are absolutely wonderful. Kuba and Wicki make it feel like home, and always make your day a bit brighter. Kuba puts an impressive amount of detail into the menu concept and execution, and every dish that i have ever had here has been delicious! My favourite item on the menu is the vegan Full English, with the BEST toast ever! The mushrooms are also to-die-for. Kuba bakes all of the cakes himself, and they are (as far as I am aware) all gluten free. The coffee is great, and the music is chill. Space for bike parking right outside, access to a loo, and indoor and outdoor seating. Would definitely recommend :)

We booked this as a birthday surprise for our daughter. The owner kindly arranged a magnificent and special birthday lunch for her and her friend, my daughter is a committed vegan and said the food was some of the very best she’d had! It’s now going to be a local place for her to go. Thank you to the owners and staff for creating such a special event for her with such decadent food! I highly recommend the place

Had an amazing brunch here! I ordered the Ultimate Breakfast with Maca Latte. The food was well flavoured with very generous portions. The chef/server was very friendly and provided a lovely atmosphere. After sitting down, I realised we were sitting in the reception area but it worked well. A wonderful find in Tooting! Will definitely be visiting again soon.

We usually come here for the brunch that is superb! Today me and my boyfriend had the best Vegan Sunday Roast ever! It was just Amazing: all ingredients fresh and cooked to the perfection. If you are looking for a place where you can have a healthy tasty food and feel comfortable this is the right place! The staff is always very friendly. I was filled up with the main so I took home a slice of the chocolate cake: simply fantastic! Thanks guys you made this Easter great!

There was one chef/barista working and he couldn't have gone any more out of his way to make us feel at home, making a weekend special breakfast on a weekday for our group. Lovely breakfast wraps garnished with pesto and micro greens. Gorgeous big breakfast that filled my mum up for the whole day. Highly recommend for delicious food if you're not in a rush. I would love to come back some time. Highly recommend for vegans and non vegans alike 🤤

So happy we found this place! My partner and I had lunch at Pinch and we were delighted with this cosy little café. The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was tasty and prepared with fresh ingredients -you can really taste it!- but also with a lot of care. Seasoned perfectly, flavourful, the portions were also large and there is a lot of love put into everything. It’s rare to find a cafe such as this. We’ll definitely be back!

Looking for a vegan cafe today and this really hit the spot! We weren't sure which latte to have so the server explained each one and what flavours were involved. They are all cheerfully bright and have much thought-out recipes behind them. We both had a 'full English' burrito which was cooked in a delicious homemade pesto. A hearty meal that would be twice the price elsewhere! Spinach and pistachio cake (again, bright green!) went down a treat with their coffee for which I'm not an expert but did have a particularly smooth taste. The server (owner?) is friendly, passionate and knowledgeable. Basically, an awesome place that makes veganism fun and delicious without seeming like a compromise at all. I'm not vegan myself but would happily recommend this place over many non-vegan coffee/brunch places in Balham or Clapham.

Found this cafe in Tooting - amazing healthy guilt free tasty food! I now go here every week. Highly recommend the different healthy lattes especially the pink beetroot latte (my fave). Also, great alternatives to standard sandwiches - I really like the pinch bowls.
