Hands down best restaurant in the world. The food is exquisite!!!!! My families favourite place to eat at as the dumplings are unreal. On average you spend around £20-30 per person but it’s soooo worth it. Nicest place to eat👍👍👍

Late lunch so not much atmosphere. Food was usual good standard but my noodle soup was warm rather than hot. Service was ok

Un favorito de la familia, pero una experiencia gastronómica que todavía tenía que probar. Tenía muchas esperanzas. El servicio era rápido y atento. El personal era encantador sin ser intrusivo. La comida era buena, se adaptó a una familia de jóvenes a mayores, y no podía encontrar falta en nada servido en absoluto. Entiendo el bombo. ¡Pero... nunca he pasado tanto frío dentro de un edificio en mi vida! ¡El 4 de enero y hacía tanto frío dentro de ese restaurante como fuera! La gente estaba sentada con bufandas y abrigos, veía a una señora usando guantes e incluso los chefs llevaban gruesos jerseys polares. ¡Cualquiera que haya estado en una cocina de restaurante le dirá eso! ¡Hacía un frío amargo! Se lo mencionamos a nuestro encantador camarero, dijo que sabía, incluso con la audiencia a 35 grados no podía calentar las escaleras de abajo y que no había nada que se pudiera hacer, así es como es. ¡Honestamente, no podía esperar a salir! We have eaten here as a family of 5 several times after our annual panto/ wedding anniversary outing. This time (December 2024) I suggested we try somewhere else but was overruled as previously everyone had enjoyed the restaurant. Unfortunately the service was comically and memorably bad. 40 minutes from seating to drinks and it wasn't that busy. They also missed a drink from the order. We might have ordered more food but weren't prepared to wait that long. I should have asked for the 5% service to be deducted but didn't want to wait longer as it took an age to get the bill. It was a memorable night, panto was great and we have many laughs about the restaurant. Won't be eating there again though.

A rather unpleasant END OF THE YEAR experience. We went with a reservation like EAT WHAT YOU WANT FOR 90 MINT, because we wanted to taste this form of cuisine. The fact is that we went at 9:00 p.m. as we had reserved, they explained to us that from the entire menu we cannot take more than a small selection of dishes, and that we order little by little because the kitchen is saturated. Those who know this type of food know that it is eaten in units, so we order the first units and when we go to order the next ones they tell us that the kitchen is closed and we cannot order more. After arguing with the waiter, they rudely take out a few more units and after 5 minutes they tell us to pay and leave because the bar is closed. This is all at 10:00 p.m., taking into account that we placed the first order at 9:30 p.m., we can see the margin of what we had to eat, logically we couldn't touch the second batch. In bad ways WE PAID 200 Euros for dinner to leave with a good New Year's EVE anger We came recommended by a Spanish website that I imagine will have a commission. I HOPE NO ONE ELSE SUFFERS THE SAME AS US The quality of the food was fair, maybe street food is better for this but the place looks cozy. Maybe being able to choose other types of food improves but I don't think so because the spring rolls for example were quite fair in quality. I think they should have told us about the SCHEDULE issue when we made the reservation two months ago, that we spoke by email with them

Very bad value for money. I have never in my life left a Chinese restaurant hungry. I spent £93 for 2 adults and a child ( two drinking only water and no deserts). We received miniature dishes for eye watering prices. The food was not great either. Beef dumplings (3 tiny ones for just under £8 were cold, suggesting they were reheated rather than cooked freshly. Adamame was overcooked, far too soft. The kid's meal was tasteless and the service was slow, during the meal there was no one around. I have been before and really enjoyed myself, however, after yesterday's experience, I won't be coming back.

Sabíamos exactamente qué tipo de experiencia íbamos a tener, pero la sorpresa agradable fue nuestra camarera India que era brillante. Ella era muy agradable eficiente y principalmente solo en ella, a pesar de estar ocupado como el restaurante estaba lleno, conseguimos todo lo que necesitábamos y pedimos rápida y eficientemente y la comunicación era fácil y al grano. Pasamos por una cena temprano después de un día de compras, habiendo cenado aquí muchas veces antes. Al llegar noté los restaurantes inusualmente tranquilos. Lamentablemente, el saludo que recibimos estuvo lejos de ser bienvenido. La persona que estaba en la entrada, que parecía ser el gerente, no dijo hola ni hizo ningún esfuerzo para involucrarse. En su lugar, ella simplemente preguntó si teníamos una reserva (no lo hicimos) y luego nos pasó a otra persona para que nos mostrara a nuestros asientos que tampoco nos saludó! Esto se sintió desdeñoso, especialmente en comparación con el servicio excepcional que experimentamos en otro establecimiento temprano en el día, que ganó una propina bien merecida del 20%. Después de sentarnos, pasó algún tiempo antes de que lográramos llamar la atención de un miembro del personal para hacer nuestro pedido de comida y bebidas, a pesar de que el restaurante no estaba ocupado con un montón de personal. It's a surprise to bump into this dim sum restaurant. Good quality of food both in taste and presentation. Service I'd say excellent. Sushil helped servicing our table. He is humble, quick and courteous. As an old folk from Asia, I think I'm well qualified to judge Chinese food and I cannot recommend more to everyone. Try noodles in soup, char siu bun, chicken siulongbao, and don't forget the special Chinese tea. Highly recommend the oolong & lavender tea!

I have been to this restaurant three times. Each one in an area. On the last occasion, a dinner. The previous two meals. In the last one they placed us at a single orphan table, misplaced, next to the street door, which they did not care to keep closed. The food, although correct, worse than on other occasions. They have modified the menu, the rice was not to our liking, caked... there were only noodles in soup, which did not please us. The rest of the dishes were reasonable, although not surprising, except for a beef tataki that was very good. I have decided to write the review because the service has been disastrous. Everything had to be asked for, really, three times. Not very attentive, they did not remove our plates from the table and forgot part of the order. The price, for London, has been reasonable, although I don't think I will repeat it. A shame because we had come with enthusiasm because of the memory of the two previous times.

Vat and service charge not cluded in the prices and added onto the bill meant our £30 lazy sumday meal was £52 each. Couldn't find anyone to ask to remove the service charge considering we had been sitting there asking for the rest of the food that didn't arrive, water and then waiting another 30 mins for the bill.

Shocking service. Shown to a dirty table. Had to ask multiple times for plates and cutlery/chopsticks. Seated in outside ‘heated’ area where heaters weren’t even on and the area also has no atmosphere compared to the main restaurant due to no music

Ping Pong is a great place to come for gluten free dim sum and more! The menu is very straight forward as to what is gluten free, with a good amount of options. I highly recommend trying a little bit of everything since the portions are sized to where you can do this. The food comes out piping hot and fresh, and is extremely tasty. The place itself can be a little noisy, but worth it for the food!

A great family friendly dining experience. last week we visited here . We were made to feel really welcome, the service from lihan was exceptional, he was really lovely to our kids and made sure they got to experience the robot waiters!

A weekend in London and our friend couldn't get us here quicker..... thankfully we managed to get a table. Service was on point, never a minute there wasn't staff walkong about, clearing plates and offering more food or drinks. Food was awesome, some of the best we've ever had. Sad there was no draught but a large beer followed by a few cocktails soon dulled that negative!! Buzzing atmosphere woth a mix of clients which always allows for some good vibes.

Lovely restaurant and the food was ok. There is a great choice for gluten free food however the allergens service treatment was abysmal. We said we have Gluten allergy at the table and they served us the dishes all together with no “gluten flag” on the specific gf and no warning to what was gluten, they served us also gluten Soy sauce again without a warning on what on the table is gluten. So although the place has gf dishes in the menu, the service staff needs to be seriously trained to avoid poising people.

Firstly , the food wasn’t fresh , the buns and prawn dumplings were likely ready made frozen from food factory - I’m a native chinese and have been living in London for 25 years . Secondly the starter sweet sour chicken - not sweet nor sour but flavourless. Lastly, the bill was 65£ for one single person which is also very different from Google Review.

Really was not happy with our experience on the bottomless brunch. Our starters were delicious but the main was revolting! I also did not drink alcohol and was charged the same price for mocktails! I was really disappointed in this place ...given the great reviews and starter I expected better! I also don't expect to pay the same price for mocktail as you do not Cocktails! on top we believe we have food poisoning....several of our group had upset stomach following eating here and ruined our plans for the next day...do not eat the bottomless brunch here

I booked a weekday team meal for 24 people in August. Our host was Paul who was attentive and readily available without being intrusive. He was great at making sure we had everything we wanted and keeping us updated on the progress of things. The food was brilliant and able to cater to a wide selection of tastes and dietary requirements including gluten, nuts, vegans and FODMAP. Great place to go with a big group.

Had a wonderful dinner at ping-pong Soho, courtesy of our server Paul. Our son has celiac disease and is gluten-free, and Paul was very knowledgeable about ordering options and keeping his food safe. The food was amazing and Paul’s service was excellent!

This restaurant deserves 10 stars from the second we walked in the service was fantastic. A special mention to our waiter Paul he was An brilliant friendly and knew his menu and advised us what to take and how many portions he just couldn’t do more for all of us. All the food we had was delicious tasty and presented well. Will definitely be back next time we are in London once again a big thank you to Paul x.

I came with a group for bottomless brunch. My food, the vegan menu, was decent and well served. Some of the group that had the original menu didn’t enjoy every dish, with almost everyone didn’t eat the chicken truffle gyoza. My biggest issue were the cocktails and service. Since you have to pay extra (42,50 pounds per person) I expected a decent quality cocktail, but it didn’t meet my standards. The waiters were also slow and rather dry. They never came to check up on our table and it almost felt like they were actively avoiding us.

Very disappointed with the food and drink this evening, the dishes did not taste fresh at all, not even the prawn crackers. The service was underwhelming and the staff were clearly un happy which made the atmosphere pretty poor. The drinks were very over priced and limited in choice the mocktail was incredibly sweet, the water for £4 was ‘bottled on site’ the large containers could be seen in the downstairs area. The £9.25 rice bowl was by far the worst dish, tasteless and not nice the rice overcooked and honestly the whole thing was grim. So disappointing please do not waste your money as it was all overpriced and poor quality .

I have to start this by saying the food was nice, I enjoy picky meals where you have a choice of a number of different dishes and each was very tasty. The reason I’ve marked it down so much is due to the awareness of allergies and the dishes on the menu. On arrival we were asked about any allergies in our party and this was documented on the menu and the member of our party affected was given a special plate to note this. When the dishes came up, nothing was pointed out and we began to eat. I took a bite out of one of them and the allergen mentioned was in the dish I was eating. I called the waiter over to check and he was unable to tell me what was in the dish and was unaware of the seriousness of not knowing the ingredients. When I asked he said ‘would that be bad’ and shrugged when I asked what was in the dish. He made no attempt to alert the manager and didn’t know what to do to remedy the situation. I alerted the manager on exit that they need to do staff training and awareness of their dishes as a matter of urgency and all she could ask was ‘is he alright’? A disappointing meal but could have been a whole lot worse!

One of the worst places I have been sitting in, the staff completely unprofessional and rude, sat for a drink with friends, as soon as they realised someone else came and they were willing to spend more they came to us asking us to leave immediately saying the place was reserved when nobody told us once we sat down. that’s something to be ashamed of, that’s not the way to treat customer, apparently they said they were two managers in there, one curly guy aged around 40-45 with glasses, and a young lady blond hair, both absolutely with no shame asking us to leave not even after 40 minutes we sat, we also asked for an iced tea and they gave us the wrong order not even apologising for it, they must change their staff because I never experienced such unprofessional people, I never leave bad review but this place went all over my expectation, don’t ever come here because you will regret it. When I asked the names of the staff working they refused to give it to me knowing they will be in trouble, whoever is the manager or whoever is the responsible those two guys they need to be fired because they taking customers away. I heard was a good spot but I will never come back again, we live 5 minuts walk from there and we will definetly tell people around us to never step on that place again

Lazy Sunday All You Can Eat Dimsum for 90 minutes is so lovely and so much satisfying for people looking for Asian treats in London. Price indicated in the review is for two people.

Went for a birthday bottomless brunch, food was mediocre and feel a let down based on food I have had at ping pong before. For the bill we are informed that price per person for the group is c. 5 pounds higher because one person was drinking cocktails which we were not told at the start but is apparently on the t&C's. Would have been nice to have been told...

Friendly staff and lovely food!

I love Ping Ping in soho. It’s got a good selection of dumplings and other Asian dishes, and good value for money. All the plates were yummy and they come around quite quickly. Ordering system is a bit of a hit and miss, especially with a larger table. You have to fill in an order sheet, and so it becomes messy the more you order. It was super busy and lively on a Saturday night which provided for a nice vibe.

Had an excellent meal at Ping Pong Soho! The Ping Pong fried chicken was crispy and flavorful, a perfect starter. The char siu pork bun was soft, with a beautifully sweet filling that melted in the mouth. Both the Flaming Phoenix and spicy chicken dumplings were absolutely delicious, with just the right kick to elevate the flavors. The trendy vibe and friendly service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Very fine Chinese food at fair prices. The dumplings were especially great. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the restaurant was almost empty on Sunday evening, which was a bit strange. The round tables are great, there were 8 of us at one table. Went here for a business dinner a few weeks ago. Wasn't big on the menu layout but everything else was amazing. The noodle soup was really delicious and came out quick, the edamame was done perfectly and the seaweed salad was incredible. Best ping pong I think I've visted
