Pink Island Cafe in Stockport

Great food, service and value for money. I would highly recommend. Large variety to choose from and caters for all. We wasn’t rushed off our table and the children was able to partake in the activities whilst we was seated. This made the whole experience more enjoyable for both the children and the parents as we was able to relax whilst they had fun.

Fantastic staff from start to finish Very welcoming and friendly Food was beautiful especialy the salt and pepper chicken thanks guys had a great time.

Wow!! Came for my daughters birthday and was treated amazing from the start our lovely waitress Natasha gave us such a warm welcome was so friendly . My daughter was given a birthday crown , the food was fantastic , all the staff were so incredibly engaging and polite But special thanks to natasha she was absolutely fantastic!!

Every little girls dream visiting here! We all absolutely loved it! Highly recommend My daughter loved playing the games and what fabulous prizes! The staff are all so kind and helpful We will definitely be back xx

This place its absolutely unreal. Its a dream for everyone Im booked this place to my little girl to make her happy but wow im very enjoy to be there . Everything its just perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful atmosphere its magic hot chocolate and sweets are delicious. Highly recommend.

What a total waste of money! I brought my 11 year old daughter here for lunch for a birthday treat, and i can honestly say that the experience we have received was completely unacceptable. The staff here were more interested in making tik-tok videos than serving us, and they made us feel like we were not valued customers. After we first sat down, we were waiting 40 minutes just to be served our drinks. We waited much longer for food, which was ok tasting, but the wait was just not what we expected. Even whilst we ate our food, members of staff were infront of us making tik-toks. There needs to be some discretion with these and I cant be the only person that doesn't want to be all over tik-tok when I'm trying to enjoy a meal. Staff members ignored me, and 1 even counted out her tips in front of me . Even after I made a complaint to staff, the experience was not made any better. I'm very disappointed that I had spent over £150 bringing my daughter to P Louise, and she wasn't made to feel special. What a let-down!!

We (myself & my 11year old daughter)booked back in June for our table booking today (21st October), the wait was definitely worth it, We both ordered Buttermilk Chicken Burgers, they were lovely & crispy but still juicy & tender, proper chicken served with quality potato chips. We couldn’t help ordering desserts, I had Lemon Meringue cheesecake & my daughter had Brownie, the presentation was impeccable & the taste even better, the perfect balance of sweetness!!! Amazing!!! All of the people that work here from the guys that run the car park, the floor staff & the kitchen staff are all genuinely lovely people that obviously all love their jobs )”(there is a lot of smiles) plus they’re all incredibly beautiful.

Amazing food and staff are very polite. My daughter was over the moon!! I ll be definitely going again soon ( fingers crossed I ll get a booking for next half term)

We visited the cafe for my grandchildren birthday. Staff were great however very overpriced for what we had..... four deserts three milkshakes and a latte which in total came to 73.45. I'm happy to pay for something at a high price if it warrants that value this definitely didn't. We won't be going again.

Absolutely amazing for my daughter’s 10th birthday! Everything was above expectations! The staff was amazing! A big shout out to the man in the car park that came to our car with an umbrella! The girl on the booking system that got us seated much earlier than planned & also put us in the hot air balloon table 💗 and Annie! Well she was just amazing from us walking through the door, the girls winning prizes on her games, to her doing there make up & always checking in with them! Amazing lady thank you Annie 💗 our waitress Natasha was amazing too! Nothing to much trouble, the birthday platter was brilliant & very good value, food very good too,the shopping experience was out of this world the girls loved spending there money! The best birthday ever!!💗thank you plouise & all your staff 💗

We had a really poor experience. On entering we were greeted, had wrist bands slapped on us and then told to, "Go through". We stood the other side of reception and waited. And waited. And waited. Asked the greeter if we just choose a table (on arrival explained we had a 4pm reservation) only to be told it wasn't possible to have a table. Asked why when we had booked and she then said she hadn't realised we werw booked in, despite her checking us in. Taken to table after 2 further chases and told had 3 mins to order before kitchen closed! Chased waitress and finally placed our order for main and dessert. Chased up milkshakes 4x, finally arrived, one just tasted like milk. Did some make up shopping with my daughter. Bizarre queue system where you scan a QR code, stand around waiting for that to be called, eventually give order to assistant who processes payment and then you stand around again waiting to be called. As standing around waiting for make up, our food came. Asked if purchase could be brought to table and told no or itd go back to warehouse. Stood for 10 min watching food go cold. We were next to where the sales assistant told us to stand whilst at our table! Was like a creche, kids everywhere, people on stilts and a dog pen (!) with puppies in next to the cafe. Staff touching them and then working in shop/cafe. Apparently the owner brought them in to be adopted. Really gone downhill. Appreciate its a business but the customer experience side is non existent now and you feel you are just pound signs. Spoke to staff re experience, one said we shouldn't have come at 4pm during holidays as its chaos! 4pm was only time slot available. My teen daughters like the make up but it'll be online only purchases from now on. Lunch and dessert for 4 was £119 and I feel so ripped off taking into account the experience.

What a fantastic, beautiful, magical place….. my 10yr old daughter and her friends had an amazing time. The food and drinks and the menu overall is top notch, really special. So nice to be able to dine and watch the girls do their make-up shopping. Well definitely be back. Thank you

Amazing day trip with 3 pre-teens. Travelled from Sheffield. I was nervous after reading some negative reviews, but they were absolute nonsense. The place is as impressive as the reels on social media. The staff were lovely. The food was really nice. Girls loved the whole experience and the shopping afterwards. Exceeded our expectations.

Love coming here. Love coming here visited few times now staff is always really helpful and goes above and beyond food is always amazing! Even when they busy they stick make time to assist you Jess is a credit to the team and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend it x

I came to celebrate my friends birthday, the atmosphere was out of this world, staff go above and beyond for their customers and are amazing help, the decor and aesthetic was incredible, I will definitely be returning!!

Amazing atmosphere! The cookie and cream milkshake was amazing! Our table was at 2.30PM but we got a bit after our booking but staff were very accommodating. There isn't much time in between bookings so if someone stays for a while may take a few minutes to get your table. The food was great. 2 of us had a steak sandwich and they very happily let us take out some fillings it wasn't an issue. Would defo recommend checking it out if you got to P.Louise. ❤️

Exactly what I expected being in a warehouse, slightly on the cold side and no atmosphere , the cafe is more of a kids cafe but for girls, disappointing really as the hall has an unfinished feel to it. On our arrival we were seated at the bar that looks abandoned and uninviting. Ordered our food only to arrive with ingredients missing that was swiftly rectified by the very helpful staff, providing complimentary drinks. On a plus side the food was excellent so compliments to the chef’s.

I took my two daughters and they LOVED it! The two girls who went above and beyond were Ebony & Charlotte. Lovely morning x

Absolutely ridiculous service. Firstly, we ordered our brunch with some sides. One side came first for no apparent reason we then waited about 20 minutes for the rest of the food and sides to come. Despite the sides being the same (fries).. I then went to order drinks and went up to the counter and she said she'll come to table to take the order and payment, waited 15 minutes and asked about the order I wanted to make, apparently she 'forgot'.. ERMM OKAYY! Food was nice though. Then.. we ordered dessert with English tea. Ordered a single tea along with a double pot. The single tea came first and we waited 10 15 minutes and then asked about the rest of the order, she went to chase up and then confirmed its coming. They then bought another single tea (which we didn't order), so we asked about the double pot. She said that's not on the order despite the woman double checking the order on her ipad before payment.. ERMM OKAY. .. also we had to keep asking for milk/sugar. One by one. Ridiculous. It's tea, give the whole package. Anyway. I asked for the pot and we finally got it.. and what do we get?! A teapot with just hot water. So I then had to ask for a flipping teabag. Whaattt the heckkk!! Imagine ordering tea at a restaurant and paying for it, and then they bring it out in a teapot and you open the lid only to notice plain hot water. What a joke! And then finally after 20 minutes we asked about our blimmin desserts and supposedly they were being made fresh. They finally came. May I add they weren't hot hot. They were lukewarm. Anyway.. my raspberry had mould on it. Told the manager, she looked at it, took it back, told me that the chef said its not mould its a seed, I disagreed. She called the chef to speak to me specifically, he came. Started boasting about how he has worked for 20 years private chef etc and they check their produce.. dude i dont care where youve worked or if youve been unemployed. Im not taking your job interview! but anyway I said the raspberries haven't been washed either because they were dryer than eczema then he said they don't wash their ingredients. ALARM BELLS!!!!!!!! And kept saying its a seed not mould. However the seed to a raspberry isnt green, only mould is. Anyway we agreed to disagree and I got a refund on the dessert. Rubbish service, I wouldn't recommend. Definitely not going here again ever. Rip off, too pricey and the service is rubbish. Their too busy piling on makeup and walking about in their slippers to notice anyone who's been without food for 20 25 minutes. And then they tell you clearly when you arrive that its a 90 minute slot. If its 90 minutes surely you'd want your customers fed and gone? Also can i just add, it wasn't busy at all so I have no clue why our food was so delayed. All I must say is if you want to treat colour people differently just say it straight! Everyone else's orders were perfectly fine , people that had booked came ate and went while we were still begging for our food. Might I add, at the time of us being present we were the only coloured people there, so clearly we got treated different. Actions speak louder than words! I'm entitled to give my review so I hope you take this on board. Work on it, you have homework to do!

Great place to hang out and decor is just on another level. Really nice food and drinks. Staff members were all really nice, polite and we were made to feel welcome. I would definitely recommend and will be returning. We had full English breakfasts which were delicious followed by the most beautiful desserts. Soft drinks were in little gummy bear bottles which were super cute and the coffee was really good too.

Came here for the pink! Booked for 4pm and was greeted at the door by a lovely staff member, our table was ready so we sat down straight away which is always a bonus! They took our drinks order a few minutes later and gave us time to look at the food menu. My friends had the chicken burgers and I had halloumi with Cajun fries and it was delish! Food came out really quickly and was still red hot, the staff were extremely helpful, asking us how the food was and if we needed anything else. Which of course we did! We ordered some milkshakes and because there was 4 of us we all chose a different one so we could try them all, of course the nutty one was the best😋. We had the table for 1.5hrs so we were out by 5:30pm, overall lovely experience, amazing food and helpful staff! Would recommend xxxx

The most bizarre set up! I personally think it’s more like going to a warehouse rather than a restaurant/ cafe experience. Arrived to zero parking spaces available after going through the barrier not knowing then where to park. Shutters were all down on entrances so you have to press to be buzzed in what seems like a side door. We arrived slightly earlier than our cafe booking so we could shop, we were not made to feel welcome. When you walk in to the cafe area it’s very impressive and extremely instagrammable which my daughters loved and the shopping service was good. Menu is good and food was to a good standard, staff just seemed very disinterested and lots of them running round not seeming to know what the hell they were doing. It’s very clear there’s no structure or staff training. They seemed quite put out by our earlier arrival even though we didn’t expect to be seated earlier and just wanted to browse and take photos, they were quite condescending when I asked questions about the parking. Would be really helpful for customers and staff if policies and information about your visit were sent in the confirmation email as we arrived thinking what the hell have we come too. Also if you need to loo a member of staff has to escort you to what seems like staff toilets through their staff room which yet again just very strange for a public establishment. Glad I came to see it but we wouldn’t return, my daughters are only young and even they picked up on the disorganisation of the place. Very over rated and seems like the cafe just doesn’t fit in with the rest of the business. Anyone who raves about this hasn’t eaten anywhere decent with high quality service.

Birthday meal out, this was our first visit and my 10 year old daughter was super excited about coming here for my Birthday. We had booked a table for 4pm 6 people Monday the 19th Feb. We was super happy we got a booth and waited for it being cleaned so we could sit there, had a look around taking selfies ect. Sat down for possibly 4.10pm. We then looked at the menu and didn’t get asked what we wanted or even a drink till about 4.40pm which we was then told we would have to order everything in one go as the kitchen closes at 6pm and the chef goes home. So drinks, main and desert in one go. We then had to pay for it as well before they would make it. The change we got told would have to be given to us at the end as they run out and she needed to find some. Overall the waitress was lovely, she was a-bit scatty as she missed some of our order off, all our food came out and my mum waited another 10 mins for hers to come possibly longer as we was nearly finished. As we were having our meal i felt like there was a real rush to get us in and out of there with the kitchen closing. There was cleaning going on around us and when we saw henry the hoover cross the floor we laughed, we did see the funny side luckily but i did feel unwelcome. We then sat for ages for our desserts it was quarter to 6 before they arrived. I spent a lot of money on this meal £100 just for myself and two children, and overall i left disappointed. There was no order to the place. There was one waitress running around doing everything she even stated the people before us wasn’t happy and they had same issues with big delays in food, which i will add she said it had been busy but at 4pm it was dead, there was clearly something going on with work this day at 6pm and that was this urge to get us out. While we waited for desert i said let’s get some makeup before it closes and true enough she closed it straight after we had been. I just don’t think the place is very well organised, there was loads of staff filming selfies and reels for social media but no floor staff. Maybe this place would do better if it was just for events. Because it certainly doesn’t have that nice feeling of being looked after as a restaurant would be, the food was lovely but the customer service let it down. I tipped the waitress because I genuinely felt sorry for her, all she did was apologise for things thats out of her control and no manager around to guide them. To top it off I've never seen anyone mop in socks before while i eat my food. We made the best of the situation especially with it being a treat for my birthday. Will i be back no, it’s definitely an experience, probably a one hit wonder
