A lovely cafe. Wonderful ambience ,and lovely food . I love to make a special journey here and warm treat myself to lunch before going shopping

I should really be giving this place a 5 star review. Great food, great coffee, great staff, great environment etc etc HOWEVER I am completely fed up with one member of staff. So much so I have decided not to go any more. The manageress/owner, is so utterly miserable and rude when I go there when she serves me, however polite I am she is completely miserable when she serves me. Shame, everything else is really is 5 star! It’s important to point out service is equally important particularly from the owner. The other staff are absolutely excellent.

Conocí a un viejo amigo para tomar un café a media mañana a mitad de semana. Uno de nosotros llegó temprano, pero no fue un problema esperarlos antes de pedir nuestros cafés. También venían con un vaso de agua gratuito con sabor a pepino. No nos sentimos presionados a pedir nada más mientras hablábamos. Más cerca de la hora del almuerzo comenzó a llenarse. Muchos clientes conversadores felices

La comida y el personal son increíbles. 100% insisto en que visites. El café tiene este encanto increíble y la comida es realmente auténtica, uno de mis favoritos es la ensalada de queso de cabra.

Hermosa cafetería en West Norwood. La comida es deliciosa (su pasta es mi favorita. ¡Lasaña en la parte superior de la lista!). Súper sabrosos y bien presentados tablas de salami y queso también. El personal es encantador y hablador. También es ideal para llevar antes del viaje de la mañana, ya que está justo en frente de la estación.

Quite possibly the best Italian café in LonDon. Outstanding. Applies to place, products, people, value. Try th vegetable lasagna or the pasta fungi. Mouth watering flavour and very filling. Happiness on a plate. Don't miss thia gem in the West Norwood crown. Bellissima!

Io e mio marito siamo stati al Pintadera e l'abbiamo trovato adorabile! Bella l'atmosfera e ottimo il cibo. La lasagna vegetariana é buonissima ma anche la pasta é davvero ottima. Ci siamo fermati anche per una colazione all'inglese, ottima anche quella! Complimenti ai ragazzi che lo gestiscono, é stato in piacere chiacchierare con loro

Fabulous little Italian cafe. Great selection of fresh pasta, salads, sandwiches, innovative breakfasts. Excellent coffee, wonderful service. Really lucky find.

This is a lovely little family run friendly cafe. It was nice and cosy. Lovely food and coffee. The beans and mixed veg soup mushroom pasta and panini was tasty and fresh. The desserts were also fresh and tasty too. Would love this sort of cafe where we live however was only passing by as near Dulwich College. I would definitely come again if coming this way again. Leonardo who served us was so warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him!!

just pop in for a quick espresso coffee, the lady with a tinted red hair is not capable of a basic customer services.Not responding greeting from a customer is pretty bad, banging the coffee cup on the table and splashing all over without apology ...founding coffee grain inside the cup just because you don't bother to clean the coffee group...and after payment my hand is waiting for the cgange and deliberately avoid it and bang it to the table..no thanks..alright..i do not back until this person learn how to deal with payng customers. give a smile is not to hard.

Sat outside eating an Italian-style breakfast on a warm day and almost forgot I was on the streets of West Norwood. Such lovely food and such lovely Italian owners/ staff.

I'm not saying the food is bad, it's not - its quite alright and good price. But did the cafe as a whole appealed to me? Not really. Tried it for breakfast and lunch and the experience was average, the staff were more interested in chatting with the regulars than actually serving me. What a pity - had read some nice reviews and was really looking forward to a nice experience which didnt really happen.

The lasagna was a big portion and it has got very creamy and nice flavour in it. Fall in love to eat lasagna again. Small but cosy place to go with friends indeed.

This is only a small coffee but very nicely decorated with an authentic Italian feel. The couple running the place were working their socks off while I was there for lunch. The menu is not extensive but there is a fantastic choice of filled ciabatta, all with a Mediterranean style filling. West Norwood is not short on cafes these days but, in my opinion, this one is the most stylish. Being right opposite the railway station also makes it the ideal place to wait for a train.

We are always welcome there - alone or big groups, with or without kids -its small but always accomodates us.... PLUS the food is fresh and gorgeous, with healthy salads as well as hearty pasta dishes, and delicious panini, there is something for everyone - I really do not know what I will do without a place like this in my neighbourhood.
