Amazing food! Just tasted as charcoal grilled chicken. I can't have spice food and the koola sauce and lemon & herb were just fine. An item was forgotten but resolved in 10 minutes (amazing costumer service from the restaurant and driver)

Caesar Salad: almost perfect. The chicken - 11/10. Sause good. Only thing I would change is add more bread. Corn was a bit dry, and the mash as a side is inedible. It needs some butter and a bit of salt or pepper. But overall the chicken - was fire.

Never received the order through uber eats. Ordered on Sunday 10th November at around 12:15, had multiple drivers reassigned only for them to cancel because restaurant was not even opened in the first place. Wth?! How is the order showing as being prepared and being wrapped up on the app? Very disappointed

Tasty halloumi pita with three wings, the best wings I’ve ever had, juicy and full flavour. The halloumi pitta was packed. What I really like about this place is you can see them preparing your food.

Usual excellent Piri Piri chicken from PiriFino. I’m not sure how they get that gorgeous smoky car grill flavour but I’m glad they do. The only disappointment is the fries. They’re a bit dry. There’s ample,commercially available, ‘skin on fries’ that would knock spots of these ones for the same price or maybe a few pence more. I’d pay for decent, crispy skin on fries.As it is the fries today went into the bin after just a couple of mouthfuls.Salad a bit light on cuke & tomatoes.

I don't have much issue with the food cause it has been very flavoursome but when you're spending £20 plus and they make a huge issue over a dip that is an issue and when they make you feel like you're in the wrong for asking. We have a right if you're spending that type of money or Evan buying 2 separate meals sauces could be provided. Sauces aren't anything special just a normal cheap brand.

Went in for a collection order the staff where too busy having a chat of there own messed up my order and didn’t even leave any utensils 😒 very disappointed

Took my order and my money but didn’t turn up. Wouldn’t pick up the phone and then appeared unavailable. Had me waiting for an hour with no updates ignoring my calls. Kids are now crying and I have heard no update about anything. Am going to have to order from somewhere else with no clue or update about what is happening with the money I’ve paid. This is so unacceptable.

New Year’s Day app shows open placed order money taken and 2 hours later find they are closed as no food arrived how bad service this is PERI FINO take responsibility and return my money and update your customers on opening times in future

I have been going to this place for over 3 years, my little sister is a massive fan of the pasta pots. Never really had a major issue before apart from sometimes overcooked or dry food but nothing to complain about due to the food being pretty decent in general. But this time it was different(apparently new owners from some reviews I've read), I bought 4 Pasta pots and Pitta meal for my work colleagues totalling around 55 pounds. Unfortunately I ordered over the phone to collect and that was the big mistake. The Pitta was fine, but the pasta pots were extremely salty, I mean very very salty. So I called up and let the guy on phone know there is something wrong, it's not normally like this, but apparently everything is premade in a factory and then comes to the store so it can't be anything, they don't boil pasta in store, nor are the marinades or sauces made in store, after some lousy excuses and arguing, he then asked me to come and drop the food back off for a replacement during my lunch break which of course wasn't possible (15 mins journey there and back twice). We had to throw all of the pots away, it was genuinely inedible. The fresh ingredients etc that they advertise on the website is basically false. I quote "Using the finest, freshest, 100% natural ingredients, we never compromise on quality." and "always freshly prepared for the ultimate standard of taste." So according to the guy over the phone, the freshly prepared means everything comes from a factory and they put it together. If you are going to order from this place, order via JustEat or UberEats so you are well protected for scenarios like this. Don't pay cash.

The food was like warm when it arrived. The pittas were awful, it’s as if they had been cut in multiple ways, falling apart, so the filling didn’t stay in. The wings weren’t hot which is what we’d asked for. As regular customers, you notice a real decline on quality and taste yet the prices have been put up.

Absolute scavs £8.35 for a tiny portion. Charge 35p to put sauce on your food. Food isn’t the best either avoid at all costs!

Absolutely, dropped off £8.40 for fries chicken burger . Did not supply any sources asked for extra 30p . Chips is dry like a rock burned .. the chicken burger had some old lettuce in there and the chicken is not even cooked. I literally squeezed it and the blood is pouring out. Bunch of criminals awake in the street gangsters. Very very disrespectful people.

Burgers were cold again! My last 2 orders have been disappointing, not sure if it’s because the food is ready before the driver arrives or what’s going on. It’s a shame as I love the food from here. Hopefully it’ll be better next time
