All the food had to be reheated, took 90 minutes to arrive. to be fair the food was good, just late delivery and cold.

No food delivered can’t get through on the phone

I made an order from this place my order come late and cold, plus half my order was missing, I called up phone was busy, I kept trying for about an hour and no luck, I won’t be ordering from this place from now on, it’s like they do it on purpose miss few items out once delivered they put they phone on busy, avoid this place please

Waited over an hour after Estimated time and it never arrived. On the app it says food has arrived. Got no updates from the restaurant and can’t call either as they have turned their phones off. Don’t order from them if you’re hungry. You will not receive your food. I’ve ordered from them before, and they usually a little late but this is on another level. Never ordering here again.

No taste at all. Burgers tasted like something is in their sauce and it’s sticky. Overall the food was not good at all.

food was nice and warm , delivered on time, called to ask if any changes could be made to the food that were not available on the app . they were happy to oblige and made the changes. tasty food , really happy with my order

Order never received. 5 minutes after it should have arrived the restaurant said it would be another 25 minutes even though they had marked it as delivered a long time ago! It still says delivered even though we’ve asked them to cancel the order, will have to go through JustEat now!

I have ordered from Pizza Belushi a few times and have been impressed with the quality of the food for the price, particularly the cheesy fries and Mexicano pizza. I would order again.

I’d give em 0 if I could they’re delivery times take the absolute piss and for some reason don’t like answering their phones and when they do they’ll lie about how long then not answer the phone

Never received food, asked for order update but no response, tried several times to call restaurant but phone permanently engaged.

Third time ordering first two times food was lovely they read the notes second delivery late due to weather but however tonight was the worst service never read the notes over an hour late no update via text tried ringing the shop easily 100 times always busy. Really need to sort your service out. Definatley won’t be ordering again.

Estimated timings were not correct at all and not updated. Order marked as delivered before it’s even arrived. Belushi burger was so tiny I thought it was a kids meal.

I called the restraunt to makesure they put in chilli and mayo with order and they thats fine but it didnt come with the order. The order was late by 20 minutes and the previous time to that it was later by 45 mins but doesnt seem like anything had improved.

My delivery was late up to 45 mins, I was really frustrated as I put my kids to bed by 8pm buy the food hadnt arrived until 8:15 . The restaurant called back after I requested some money back and didnt mention about a partial refund etc.

Belushi restaurant is exceptional! The food is amazing and the tastes are out of this world! The pizza was beautiful and if youve never tried the special mixed grill, then that's a must! The staff are so friendly and polite along with the delivery driver.. The food was still hot and delivered on time! Thank you to all at Belushi.. I'll be sure returning real soon! 👌

Good said it would be delivered at 7:40. Then it said it was delivered in on the app. I called the restaurant to ask and they said the driver is five mins away. Worst food ever seriously save your money

Food arrived cold and late. Kebabs were not as expected being a bread base with just meat on top, not what I would consider a kebab.

Nearly 2 hours late, requested a refund but they did not want to honour this in the slightest, had to file a report with just-eat in the end. Beware if you order here, you may just end up with low quality food, long delays and no chance of a polite conversation with the restaurant if you are unsatisfied with your order.

Food is nice but a bit oily, however it's well priced. Delivery takes far too long. Fries were also much smaller this time so sizes aren't consistent

Delivery was around 10 mins late however food arrived hot and absolutely tasty, good quality portions and the flavour was amazing. Plenty of choice on the menu, ordered some burgers, mixed kebab, some large samosas and a wrap. Everything was fab 😊

Brother I've ordered from you multiple times and something is always wrong with the pizzas. This time. I ordered deep pan, received paper thin pizza, burnt with sparse toppings.

All they have to do is call and let us know what is going on totally understand if busy but over an hour late tonight called restaurant and kept getting user busy. Food rather cold but usually really good still tasty but not the usual standard. Just let people know please as the poor delivery person gets the wraf x
