We decided to give this place a try, we first went in june and had a decent but nice pizza so we decided on friday we would go again after a month, well the pizza we were given was completely different to the one we enjoyed before, the dough tasted as it had chalk in it from all the flour underneath the sauce, totally unedible. It ruined our weekly pizza night with the in laws. The owner was not there but was told it was really busy ??? Ordered a pizza,chips and a drink - took over 50 minutes to arrive and was cold, I had to heat back up in the oven. When I called up after 50 minutes to ask where it was the lady on the phone simple said it should be with you shortly - no apology or sorry about your wait, not great customer service in my opinion. Not very happy and would certainly not recommend.

Ordered 4 pizzas and cakes for myself and my colleagues after it had been recommended to us. FML NEVER AGAIN!!!!! the cakes were frozen. The pizza was totally tasteless. You know a pizza is bad when your colleagues are more excited about the box then the pizza so good job to whoever designed that. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Will not be going back. The lady on the till was nice though ;)

I absolutely loved the taste and texture of the pizza. Very friendly staff, a family atmosphere.. Highly recommend. Hopefully they will open a dine in restaurant soon.

11 Station Plaza, Station RoadOrdered delivery from Ilkley Restaurant. 2 hours later still not delivered. No communication. Called the restaurant and it was closed. Literally couldn't have been worse. Short of them sending a steaming turd in a pizza box.

195 Manningham LaneOrdered a spicy keema pizza it seemed like someone threw all the ingredients from over the counter and put it in the oven. It was burnt, floppy and soggy. I called the shop back to complain and he said that’s how we make our pizzas. Never again will I be ordering from here again.

Unit 18, Broadway Leisure Quarter, Bradford BD1 1EY EnglandThe first man we were greeted by (I assume he was the manager) was lovely! The restaurant was really quiet. The waiter just seemed like he did not want to be there. He was not personable in the slightest. He seemed like everything was an inconvenience, asking for the Christmas menu, ordering etc. I dread to think how they would deal with someone who was demanding. The food was okay, nothing to shout about. The service let them down though and that’s a big part of the meal experience! Bad atmosphere. Much nicer places to go!
