Pizza Doner in York

This place used to good, but how bad is it now, wow, half of the order came, when I phoned to tell them he said read my order out then said yes they have missed things and would send it down now, when I phoned back 20 minutes later he said it was on its way, I told him it had been sat there for 30 minutes, to which he replied, why haven’t you ate it. Couldn’t understand I was waiting for the sauces and was unbelievable rude….. don’t waste your time and money

Worst kebab I’ve ever had,totally tasteless.wont be going again in a hurry,not good. Shame as it used to be good……………..

Been going to this takeaway for over 10 years and have never been so disappointed in them as I have these last couple of months. Constantly being over 30mins late on delivery. Just not acceptable when your expecting a service.

This was the best in York for food but has changed got very expensive and for instance ordered over £40 of food tonight and was very disappointed ordered a kebab no salad as was £1.50 extra to get in an plastic tray had it with chilli sauce as was £1.00 extra to be in a pot it came with salad on top chilli on was discussing I would have got it as it usually came with chilli, garlic sauce and salad on the side so can have as much or little as you want, long time client that will not be coming back

Spoken to with no respect or basic human decency at all. Have previously gone here for years will not anymore. Staff rude beyond belief AVOID.

They promote offers for free garlic bread on orders over £15 etc, BUT will only deliver it if you write in the optional comments section, which is hidden at the bottom of the order confirmation page online, that you would like to receive it !!! Which we only found out after our order was delivered, and I phoned them up to ask for it, they said no they wouldn't send it because I hadn't specified on the order that I wanted to receive the offer! Feel like the offer was very misleading. The food was ok but the chicken pieces were dry and overcooked
