Went after theatre with family, great food and service, kids welcome.

Good location. Pizza was small and base very doughy not firm at all. Very crowded restaurant, but the staff kept it ticking over well.

Awesome restaurant and great food. The cooks and hosts are all genuinely lovely. I was hosted by the amazing Sebastian and Pawel. They took care and attention for all on the floor. Great service guys!

Excellent pizza, gourmet dishes. Great family time. The service is very good with attentive staff, at least the waiter who served us. I recommend. The only downside is that the pizzas are cooked with gas and not with a wood fire.

We had an utterly splendid time here, didn't even know there WAS a Pizza Express in Kings Cross, perfect for a visit, as it is opposite Kings Cross and Euston train station and Eurostar at St Pancras. The restaurant is nice and big, so great for families with children or couples, we had a lovely romantic time. I can't really understand the bad reviews, it's the usual brilliant Pizza Express, spotlessly clean, delicious food, dough balls were piping hot with loads of garlic butter. I asked for the retro Four Seasons pizza, which was not on the menu but happily supplied-hurrah! The tiramisu was not only delicious but enormous! Top marks to the chef! What made our visit so wonderful was our charming waiter Cristian, he greeted us warmly and was friendly and super attentive. We really couldn't have asked for better service and it certainly did make for a lovely experience, he served us throughout the whole evening and made us feel very looked-after and special. The old-fashioned ways are still alive and well here, he asked if we wanted to taste the wine (Montepulciano-perfect temperature and delicious) then poured it, getting a bit sick of restaurants who just plonk the wine on the table...... A huge thank you to Cristian for the outstanding service.

Excellent restaurant! We opened the door of the restaurant and were very well received with a big smile! We were comfortably seated and the waitress was very pleasant and helpful. The pizzas were generous and delicious! We highly recommend this restaurant to share a good pizza in a warm setting!

Zamora was a really nice server, and the pizza was delicious. The restaurant was full and noisy, but I guess that's typical of central London.

The gluten free food was absolutely incredible. We were served by Sebastian who was so lovely, despite how late we came in (thank you!). The restaurant itself was cosy, comfortable, and beautiful 😊 Can’t wait to go back!

Popped in after a day out for my friend's son's 12th birthday. 4 adults & 2 kids - they were visiting from Australia. We hadn't booked but they found space for us. The kids menus contained hats and puzzles etc which occupied the younger ones well. Our waitress was Tanya - she was extremely friendly and efficient. When she found out it was my friend's son's birthday she arranged for his dessert to come out with a candle and Pedro ( manager?) got the attention of the whole restaurant to announce the birthday and got everyone singing and clapping. The birthday boy was completely overwhelmed with happiness and his mum was in tears. Everyone went over and above and completely exceeded our expectations in a large busy London restaurant which you'd expect to be a bit impersonal. Thanks to the whole team for a memory that one little boy will treasure! The food was great too!

Första intrycket var faktiskt bra men efter tag fick man ändra uppfattning. Det verkade som det saknades struktur bland personalen. Men vi fick in det vi hade beställt. Det blev lite olika recensioner av maten i sällskapet. Det var absolut ingen katastrof men ingen höjdare heller… Antagligen kommer vi inte återkomma till detta ställe

no criticism of the delivery time, the deliverer delivered promptly and could not have done better. The restaurant however gave him cold food to deliver (there is no way the food got cold in the 5 or so minutes it took him to deliver).

All as you'd expect from a chain like pizza express, but the floor of the place feels like it's about to cave in. The whole place feels run down and a bit unsafe in that aspect

Looks huge but easily finished it because it was 😚👌 delicious. Thin crust the way I like it. Interestingly you can get it smaller but thicker base. So same amount of dough but they stretch it out for thin crust lovers and make it thicker for idiots JK.

Astro provided great service and the dessert (Chocolate Fudge Cake) was lovely!

The pizza was great for a great price. The service was quick and the staff members were all very kind. Xina, our server, was very friendly, and even when our student discount code was not working, he went out of his way to make sure we received a discount.

Had a lovely meal here with friends before catching trains from Kings Cross and Euston. Great location, quick service and good food.

Terrible value for the too good to go listing. It says a main or 3 sides and I got a garlic bread and a box of dough balls. Unless two tiny containers of garlic butter counts as a side? Had to wait 20 minutes for this as well, past the collection time even though I arrived at the start of the collection time.

Este punto de venta es uno de la cadena de Pizza Express, pero nos pareció muy bueno - excelente comida y servicio y tan conveniente para los diversos hoteles alrededor de Euston. Un agradecimiento especial a Xina y sus colegas que nos cuidaron. Las pizzas son muy buenas con grandes cortezas y bases, además de coberturas generosas, la lista de bebidas es buena y los precios razonables. Una de las mejores pizzerías de Londres, sus calamares y otros platos también eran sabrosos y agradables.

En realidad una compra de Sainsbury pero su sitio está caído. He amado Hawaiian Pizza por más de 40 años, a pesar de que mi familia se ríe de mí. La opción de pizza en casa es Pizza Express. Así que mi marido pensó que me estaba tratando cuando lo vio a la venta. Ojalá hubiera olvidado sus gafas. Como se ha vuelto normal, pequeños trozos de piña solamente. Corteza demasiado gruesa. Lo peor fue el condimento de demasiadas hierbas para esta pizza en particular. Fue para cubrir los conservantes. Tan triste.

Cold. Impressively, despite being just round the corner (OK, lazy me but let's put that aside), they managed to bring to colds pizzas and they were both sparsely garnished. Poor.

We stopped in to Pizza Express on Euston Road hoping to get a quick meal. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza and the side salad. We ordered the thin crust mushroom which was very tasty. Really thin crust topped with just the right amount of mushrooms, sauce and cheese. Side salad was fresh and dressed. The house classic GnT was excellent too.

Lovely restaurant . Always friendly and welcoming staff when we visit . Food is delicious & the tables are nicely separated - you didn’t feel hemmed in . Would recommend if using one of the main nearby train stations .

HOW ON EARTH DO YOU BURN A PLATE OF PASTA!?? Speechless

So came here for a lunch and was trying pizza express for the first time in London! Probably the worst experience I have ever had at an Italian restaurant. Mushroom Aranchini was fried risotto balls with filling of mushrooms and molten cheese. So it wasn’t made fresh but precooked and was warmed up in oven probably till the level that the cheese inside was still solid and not melt. It tasted like Mcanes cheese balls when not fried properly with low heat. Worst Aranchini I ever had. Another dish was Chicken parmigiana supposed to be served hot but was served cold. Third was Hot American, a pepperoni pizza with either hot green chilli or jalapeños, which was supposed to be hot but I couldn’t taste chilli at all. Service was slow. I would give 1 star for the overall experience.

The arincini at pizza express are fantastic, also the nduja doughballs, the pizza was alright but as for the small plates I loved. 10/10 would recommend the arincini and order it again.

We were running short on time to get food before we had to get our train, we told the waitress this and she understood and got our food out in record time.

Food was awful. Couldn't even be bothered complaining. It wasn't like it was a bit salty or too cold. The standard and quality was just rubbish. The guy who served us was lovely ..you could tell he was embarrassed too. Total meal was 60 quid....and we didn't even eat it.

Great Saturday night at PE. We hadn't booked but turned up at 7.30 and they were able to find a table for us. Charming waiter. Lovely pizzas and salad. As good as we remember. Desserts utterly delicious!

Gluten-free pizza nothing special... Small and thin, it was difficult to cut it, the base was so hard. The other pizzas are good but for the high cost it's not worth it for us celiacs there is better.

Very nice restaurant. Suitcases and buggies can be left. There is an extra children's menu and high chairs. The price is higher, but pizza tastes very good. However, the floor is very thin, so it cools down quickly. In general, the restaurant is (too) well air-conditioned. Toilets clean, changing table available. Very nice service.

Really enjoyed this trip to Euston Road. Despite clearly being one of the busier restaurants, the food and service was great and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves (including the staff-or they gave a good impression of it).

Went 2 nights in a row for easy meals after long days of traveling. The food was great for gluten free and picky kids!
