Very gentle ladies at service, especially Melinda.

I’ve come here on 23 Dec and the atmosphere is nice with all the Christmas decorations. The food is delicious and the service was top notch. One of the best branch I’ve ever been! Thanks to Melinda for being our hostess.

Lela was so kind and lovely. She was patient, helpful and made dining at Pizza Express a pleasure. Thank you so incredibly much you beautiful human!

Ordered 15.04 and didn’t arrive until 16.38. Not good enough really is it. Very disappointing service.

Food was great as always. Anna was a polite and attentive server. Pretty empty which meant atmosphere was lacking a little but overall a really good experience.

We probably eat here way too often because the kids menu is so good, the service is so friendly and welcoming, and we genuinely feel like we’re with friends when we eat here. Thanks especially today to Leila who not only calmed my little ones down, but made me feel better too!

This is our go to place to eat and relax when visiting Leeds. Yesterdays meal was fantastic as always. We were warmly welcomed by Anna. Who remained attentive throughout the evening. The meal and service was first class. Looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely rank meal. Chicken Parmigiana, quite possibly the worst food I've ever been served. It looked like a 5 year old had just chucked it in the bowl. As for the sauce it was more like the concentrated paste you get in tubes at the supermarket. Utterly tasteless. And the Chicken was worse. Resembled something from one of my school dinners 30 years ago. I don't know who prepared this meal but if it was me sending crap like that out to eat, I'd be plain ashamed by it. Only good thing about this experience were the drinks!!!

Un servicio horrible. Tal vez 3 mesas ocupadas, pero tomó más de 40 minutos para nuestro pedido de 3 pizzas. A la pizza se le presentó un aderezo en la ensalada de la pizza legarra, que no estaba en el menú. La camarera no estuvo de acuerdo hasta que ella misma revisó el menú y luego estuvo de acuerdo. Luego se suministró una ensalada separada con un plato para quitar la ensalada cargada de aderezo de la pizza. El tiempo se leyó justo después de las 9 por lo que el personal comenzó a despejarse, un montón de golpeteo de platos, golpes de cajones y una cerveza de lado para uno de los empleados. Sin disculpas, sin descuento ofrecido, solo una experiencia genuinamente horrible. No vayas a desperdiciar tu dinero bien ganado. Qué vergüenza tu pizza express.

Absolutely fuming about the service at this particular pizza express. Got no good service whatsoever and when we asked the man pointed a finger and said wait like we are animals. We got no good service whatsoever. Really shocked to see pia express with staff not trained whatsoever.

Nuestra segunda visita a este expreso de pizza, útil para nosotros, ya que está cerca de casa y está el aparcamiento de varias plantas cerca (o aparcamiento gratuito en la calle si se puede encontrar un lugar libre). Las dos veces el personal ha sido encantador, nuestro servidor esta vez era conversador y amable. La comida ha sido deliciosa en ambas ocasiones, en el lado caro, pero bueno como un placer - me gusta la leggera, la pizza con la ensalada en el medio, ya que me hace sentir saludable y no demasiado lleno, y a mi marido le gusta el dúo romano, ya que puede elegir 2 tipos diferentes de ingredientes en cada mitad. Probamos las patatas fritas polenta esta vez ya que no las habíamos tenido antes pero no éramos fans.

Lovely food just a shame about the delivery time

Just like to say this was the third time to sit outside at the end due to having a rescue dog who’s scared and can be challenging at times with people around and other animals. But always feel welcomed bringing her here. Pizza express staff seen me get a table with my friend outside and with it being hot and with the dog being thirsty too, without asking they brought a large bowl of water for Luna 🐕 I was speechless 😊 Rob, Sywia and Ana was outstanding and went the extra mile. Really made our night. Can you please pass on our thanks to them? See you soon x

First time to this pizza express restaurant in Leeds. At the entrance we were welcomed by Lela an Amazing person. Always with a smile got us a table and serve us like VIP food was great and the Lela once more always with a big smile and super professional. From my 6 year old: it looks really beautiful. Like, the food was really nice especially the best bit. That's why I love it so much. To any other 6 year old coming here I think they should buy the margherita. For a drink it was the yummiest drink ever. It was the summer berries. I would say it's just the best ever and a big thank you to all the chefs because they are very good chefs and the most thing I love about this is the food so well done chefs.

Absolutely disgusting £17.00 for tiny pizza. Arrived cold and the chicken was old and smelt. Paid for extra onions and had about 2 shreds of onion on the whole pizza. Soggy base and old ingredients, never again!

Customer service is great! I dropped my paper hat on the floor and a waiter picked it up and put it directly back on my head. 10/10.

Stayed at the holiday inn around the corner and got hungry so thought we would get a pizza,wish we hadn’t.The hostess acted like she didn’t want my business then we got the pizza and it went down hill from there.There is thin crust and then there’s THIN crust our pizza was cooked on a crust that was as thin the wraps you would use in a Burrito.20+ pounds for a pizza cracker is a joke.

Pretty decent food and service although the GF pizza crust was a bit “limp” but we took leftovers home and heated in the oven which made it much tastier. The pollo pesto pasta- gluten free - was delicious as was the side salad. We really appreciate the gluten free options for coeliac patrons.

2 hours to send a pizza 60 seconds across the road. It was not worth the wait. Never again, take the p for the price

Absolutely loved the vegetarian Soho 65 pizza. It was recommended by their server Jhanvi. She really made our experience here outstanding! We would definitely come back soon!!!

Pizza as a whole is tasty but the pie/crust in it is wafer-thin. It was extra transparent with side of see through. But overall preparation and delivery quick enough

I went with my family of 6 and had an amazing and memorable time. The food was delicious, but what made this especially lovely was the service! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to our server Sylwia who made this lunch particularly special. She was so attentive and kind to us and especially our toddler! I would definitely come back! More places should have a Sylwia!

We were staying at Holiday Inn just around the corner. Plenty of tables on a Monday at 8pm, great service, delicious food, £100 for 2 which was mainly cost of alcohol. £30 bottle of wine 3 g and t’s £25. Food great value and delicious. Lovely staff 👍🏽

We had a pizza party at the Leeds Dock restaurant for our child's birthday. Luke and the team went above and beyond and the (very noisy!) kids loved it. It was stress free and Luke really made it a lot of fun for the children - I would highly recommend - the food was lovely too!

We visit Pizza Express Leeds on our trip to Royal Armouries yesterday…Great place for pizza. Top choice. Atmosphere and service was fantastic. We’ve been host by Sylwia who take care of us in higher expectation. She was kind, welcome us warm, had great knowledge of products. Highly recommended.

Classic pizzas and italian dishes

Writing this review on behalf of the amazing, kind and professional staff who were working on the eve of 13 Feb, particularly the waiter who served us (who's name I unfortunately didn't ask for!) We came in with a new friend who was in much need of a warm drink, relaxed environment and safe space to chat. The staff provided us with that and more, speedy service and no questions asked. I really admired their excellent service, compassion and professionalism and I couldn't be more willing to visit again. The hot chocolate was particularly delicious and it was made ten times better by the kind people working there. Thank you so much!

Pizzas took a long time and pizzas were soggy and weren’t great quality for the price. Won’t be ordering again as just wasn’t worth what we paid.

Fabulous service from the team especially Treyz who even though it was a busy service kept us happy. Food was good and good price. Only criticism is the restaurant acoustics are poor, a loud environment at height of service. But we will be back!

It was incredible afternoon at Pizza Express Leeds Docks yesterday. We had celebrated 8th Birthday there. Staff, Mangenent and all the Chefs did a fantastic service rewarded 5 stars from us all !!!! Pizza and all food was delicious and well presented, fantastic chocolate cake, cheerfull Happy Birthday from all the Staff made Mia's birthday very special. Thank you very much to you all. 'NDUJA CALZONE absolutely beautiful

Order a Pizza 20 minutes late call serval times no answer after 20 minutes I called them and they said that it had been delivered 25 minutes ago but no one answered I have idea how this happened as I was sitting downstairs the whole time.spent around 25 and it never came thanks allot thanks a lot PizzaExpress. First time trying to get a pizza from PizzaExpress and doesn’t show up.

The food was great and it was amazing

My first visit to this branch of Pizza Express. Located behind the Royal Armouries on a corner site you'd expect this place to be packed, but no. Maybe it was the time of year(January) or the weather (Bitterly Cold & Rain) but the place only had 3 tables with customers at 1 o'clock. The food was fine but the service was steady verging on slow. Would visit again if I'm in that part of town but it's not worth a special trip.

Originally told us delivery was at 16:15 as i ordered at 15:45 and it didn't come till 17:35.Kept updating the time later and later and in the end arrived all cold.Rude service from the driver too

Service was nice and quick. Food was okay, pasta was too spicy which is kind of strange as Italian pasta can’t be spicy and I don’t remember asking for it to be spicy. Other than that everything was good. They have plenty of seats indoors and outdoors.

Always enjoy coming here. Staff a very friendly and welcoming. Food is always nice, always great offers available. Location is nice. Plenty of space and not too crowded. A year on and it is still our favourite restaurant. Silwia is always so welcoming and lovely and recommends new dishes on the menu and makes time to follow up if we're happy with our food. If you haven been, highly recommend!

Love the food from pizza express I'm glad ur on just eat now..my mum used to bring me to pizza express when I was little so it brings good memories thanks for food

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered on Uber eats and 3 delivery drivers came to the restaurant and they cancelled their job because it wasn’t ready after I’ve 59 minutes. The restaurant cancelled the entire order after making me wait for almost an hour, I’m very disappointed and given the prices you would think the service would be a bit better. I’ll be letting my friends know where to avoid if they’re ever in this area of Leeds looking for somewhere to eat, as it seems a lot of customers have the same issues when they’re eating in. If this pizza “express” isn’t equip it to run a take away service they should take themselves off Uber eats to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

I recently went here with work colleagues and it was great , the food was very tasty and well presented and quick service considering it was quite busy , luke was very attentive and polite and provided great customer service, all in all a great experience had by all we shall be going back very soon
