Staff service is not good They cannot take order carefully Special girl And kitchen is not well it's so dirty ..... And only two persons are working together that's not properly managed .....

Extremely disappointed never have I ever come across a pizza where there is hardly any toppings. Don't charge if you are not going to serve your pizza as one would expect. I ordered a chicken hot and it hardly had any toppings on it what so ever. Was more like a marghertia. Also called them up to explain and they couldnt acknowledge or understand what I was saying. Absolutely disappointing.

Lazy worker.order medium pizza but they take 1 hours. I was at my shift break i pass my all break for waiting the pizza such a bad experience

Pizza was terrible had barely any tomato sauce wrong toppings also given, didn’t realise till later. They also gave us the wrong sides asked for jalapeño bites and got chocolate and they didn’t even want to give a refund at the start. Waiting so long for that pizza, didn’t even give a good cheese pull or anything. Do not come here it is terrible staff was also rude and didn’t mention anything about how some stuff was out of stock which is why they changed what was on the pizza.

So insanely behind on orders. Waited OVER AN HOUR to get a small pizza, and they didn’t even get the toppings right. And they let it burn in the oven. They also forgot several other customer’s orders, and one person had been waiting on a delivery for over 2 hours. The atmosphere felt very unsafe and not welcoming, and the kitchen was very dirty. Do not eat here if you can help it.

Lazy staff couldn’t even be bothered to send my pizza cut, ordered extra sauce and received no sauce at all?

Ordered a double pepperoni pizza and there was one slice of pepperoni on each slice. Missing items as well. How hard is it?

Ordered 2.5 hours ago and still no delivery. Have called 4 times and spoken to 4 different people, all said they would “get back to me” and never did, and now calls are going straight to a generic voicemail. Stole my money? Scam.

Wrong pizza delivered. On top of that, the pizza that did arrive was supposed to be 12 inch. Looks like a 4 year old had a go. Chocolate deserted arrived still frozen. All thrown in the bin. Has to be the worst pizza I have come across. Just grim

Don’t order from this place. I placed an order through just eats app my order number was 409987149 placed the order from 4 delivery said 4:30 to 4:50 it didn’t arrive so I waited got a new delivery estimate for 5:10 it didn’t come still so I waited 8 minutes before calling the shop a man answered and made me wait 26 minutes for an update just for him to say a female carrier said she delivered my food and then I said she’s lying then he goes on some rant talking about how do I know your not lying and I’m like I still have the cash I was suppose to pay with you plum if you didn’t receive the money then surely you know something went wrong and then he tells me not call again this shop is so unprofessional

Very disappointed, I ordered a pepperoni pizza, there was literally only one pepperoni in each slice, why so few when it was mentioned Double pepperoni, the crust was really bad and rough. Definitely not ordering from here again. Prices are not fair (when considering the quality), i had much better pizzas that are cheaper. Highly not recommend.

Pizza is decent - but customer service can be improved

Zayn-took my call and handled it professionally, He is such a humble honest guy. Uber delivered my food late even though the instractions were very clear. After receiving the order I was devastated to see my entire order all ruined. I called the store and this man Zayn was so kind enough to go out of his own pocket and redo the whole order and personally came down to deliver it on time. I have never recived such service before expecially now adays crisis people and businesses going through. Best experience, best service, good quality tasty food!

I ordered bbq pizza and when I get back home and opened up it was chicken pepperoni.... yukkkk Try to avoid that branch . The workers are highly unprofessional. Not recommended at all

Very bad experience and pizza. I ask for chicken hot pizza with half spicy and they didn’t do claim to them and wait for another 30 min for expect one pizza that we didn’t order because the taste was barbecue one thing that I’m allergic and not good at all very bad service and pizza not recommended at all.

Do not bother ordering through their website, it's a waste of time. Over 2.5 hours for our pizza to arrive after 3 phone calls and at the 2 hour point we just cancelled. Another 2 hours for the manager to call us. Food is great, service is absolutely horrendous!

Good pizza, however spoilt by the horrendous wait and terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes to even be spoken too, phone constantly ringing and is never picked up despite the staff standing at the back on their mobile phones. The question being asked is, why behave so terribly to your customers when there's a much speedier place right next door? A thoroughly unpleasant place to wait for your order due to the incessant ringing of multiple phones.

Tried to phone but wouldn’t pick up so went into the shop to order. Waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken and then another 30 minutes for our pizza to be made. During this time the phone kept ringing constantly but was answered by no one. 50 minutes of this was a little grating. When I asked the worker why it took so long he apologised and said he didn’t work there. So I’m not really sure what kind of business is being run here. To top it all off he had forgotten to make half our order so we had to wait even longer. When we finally ate the pizza it tasted of oil and nothing else. The pizza place next to it is far better, nicer, and pick up the phone.

The most HORRIBLE experience EVERY TIME. I love pizza gogó next to my house but every time order comes from here it’s just the worst! Management have to to something about their stuff in this restaurant. Just because you work all night you can’t let your stuff to treat customers like dirt! SO SO SO BAD AND DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!

Tonight, I had the pleasure of dining at GO GO PIZZA , and I must say, the experience was remarkable. The food quality and taste were exceptional—surpassing even the delivered version, which I have enjoyed multiple times at home. For those contemplating delivery, I would highly recommend dining in to truly savor the flavors. Upon arrival, I ordered my usual favorites, and I was pleased to find the food just as fresh and hot as always. The consistency in the quality of the dishes is commendable. However, the waiting time was a significant downside. Despite being given an estimated waiting time, I received my meal after a delay that was double what was initially communicated. This is an area where the restaurant could certainly improve. The restaurant itself is well-maintained and exudes cleanliness. It’s evident that hygiene is a priority here, which is reassuring for diners. That said, I noticed the absence of hand sanitizers or hand washing facilities, which would be a valuable addition, especially in the current health climate. Overall, GO GO PIZZA delivers on taste and quality, making it a great spot for a delicious meal. A bit of attention to the waiting times and the addition of hand hygiene facilities would elevate the dining experience even further. I look forward to returning and hope to see these improvements implemented.

Pizza don’t go. Slow, it’s not ‘fast food’ if you’re waiting 45 mins for a pizza

It used to super great and i used to visit twice in a week until that one day where they served me half cooked pizza . Never went again then and forgot to mention about the only lady who works there, something is wrong with her attitude.

The worst pizza ever ordered through Uber I ordered a deep pan i was given the opposite very disappointed in that the pizza was bland and cold,It also gave a bad stomach when I raised this issue to Uber I was offered an insult in compensation,I will not accept this offer what i will do is never order from you again or Uber for the foreseeable future,Pizza Hut is mostly on point your pizzas are terrible. I would give zero stars but it wont let me.

Extremely rude service by the lady working here. I asked for the napkins and she refused while i could clearly see them at till/counter. Really disappointed with this behavior. Food was barely eatable as well. Kindly educate your staff specifically that lady please.

I want to inform you that the lady working here is CONSISTENTLY & EXTREMELY RUDE. This is not an isolated incident, as she has been consistently unfriendly during my visits. Despite being a paying customer, her behaviour makes me feel like I am inconveniencing her. I have been a regular visitor, but her recent behaviour has been so unacceptable that I am considering not returning to this place.

Food is pretty much what you would expect from a cheaper pizza place. Its got bread cheese and its hot what more do ya need? Wings are great as well staff are pretty friendly, got the wrong pizza but it was £10 for a large so I'm not complaining too much.

Terrible customer service, I used to shop here until today where I was discriminated against and served last after arriving before the people being served.

Walk in order of two pizzas. 1 hour wasted- no pizzas and two missed trains. Was told 10 minutes to wait. 40 minutes later. The lady comes and says there is something wrong and the pizzas haven’t gone in the oven yet. The kitchen was filthy and the woman had her hand/fingers inside her mouth constantly. We had to ask several times for our money can and was repeatedly ignored whilst she spoke to a delivery driver instead whilst we were asking for our money back. Avoid.

Fast warm pizza, worths the price

Very disappointing delivery service! I ordered some pizzas which meant to be delivered in half an hour but after 50mins they called me and said that would take another 50 minutes.

It’s an alright place, but for my last two orders they either forgot a side or forgot the drinks and dip which I paid for so yeah that was not a good ending. And of course it’s not the delivery driver’s fault but what can you do, pizza go go are not organised at all! Oh and when I called them to ask about my MISSING SIDE they lied and said they gave it to the driver. But the food is ight.

I only ever leave reviews if an experience was either so delightful or if it was so dreadful, In this case it’s definitely the latter. How can I order a pizza through ubereats which costs me £18.28 just to receive a small 10inch pizza! If that isn’t broad day light robbery then I don’t know what is! This restaurant is charging Mayfair prices for a 10inch pizza. A pizza that was so mediocre, they should be charging no more than £4 for it. I will never order from here again, a place that’s clearly deluded into thinking that their small vegetarian pizza is good enough to charge nearly £20 for!

This is super hot delicious pizza. Chicken and peproni and galric sauce on top. It amazingly delicious. I have ordered by phone and they delivered me 2.7 miles away in under 40 min. This is really quick especially for camden traffic and rainy weather.

Not impressed. Ordered pizza and was asked to come and collect after ten minutes. Arrived and was asked to pay £9.00, pointed out their "Collect & Save" deal of £5.99 for a 12 inch pizza. Told it was only for online orders, despite the menu leaflet not mentioning this, so tried to reorder online but website was closed for orders. Was asked to wait for manager who "will be here in five minutes", life is too short so went to JoJo's a few doors along who didn't try and rip me off.

Absolutely ridiculous service. After ordering they told me 10-15min but after that it’s took them 55min 1 of my pizza was ready in 30 min but I have to wait for 2nd pizza for nearly 1hour I have to wait. They was so worried for online orders.after all this 1 of my pizza was cold and 2nd one with raw topping.

Took more then 90 minutes to arrive and it's cold! Saw the driver wondering around outside after a hour looking lost but he drove off before I could get there. Not sure why he didn't call if he couldn't find the address. Rang the shop after 70 minutes and she told me the driver had just left. It was then another 23 minutes before it arrived and I live a 5 minute drive from the store. First time ordering from Pizza GoGo and sadly probably the last now

I ordered 2 pizzas and extras for a lunchtime. Food took over an hour to arrive, and when it came the starter type things were really poor quality, and one of the two pizzas was wrong, it had a tomato sauce base when I ordered garlic sauce base. Called store twice, once to ask where food was (store is literally a 5 min walk from my house) and once to complain about incorrect base. They replaced the wrong pizza in about 20 minutes (they said 10-15 on the phone). Just think with the amount of competition out there you can't be this incompetent. The guys running it may be nice, but if you take over an hour to deliver food that's incorrect you're not going to survive.

Really poor experience today. Ordered pizza at lunchtime for my daughters 10th birthday. It took an hour to arrive and when it did, the bases were wrong and none of the amends we had requested had been made. Emailed customer service before posting this review but they haven’t bothered to respond. Seriously disappointing
