Pizza & Grill in Rotherham

I have been coming to Tesco cafe for the last 2 yrs for my breakfast at least 3 times a week we can’t fault the staff especially Racheal and Tom as soon as they see us they know what we want and we have never had any issues they are friendly polite and make you feel very welcome I would Tesco cafe at wath to all friends and family

food was nearly cold by time it got here

Rang a few times cant get through nd the app says iv got my food i dont

Ordered our food at 7.23 rang up at 9 asking where it was,was told it was the next order out! Rang back at 9.30 told where waiting on the driving coming back,bare in mind we was told the delivery would be an hour! Just pure lies told on phone rang up and told them to cancel the order at 9.45

Never again going here ordered off the Mcdonald app order came withing 30 mins which was good, but missing two items. I spoke to driver as told him its missing two items all he said was its sealed which it was. So I rang the branch to be told iv got to go through uber eats, which is a joke tried to go through user eats even though it wasn't there fault. Cannt get through to anyone my last order isn't up on there site but is up on my Mcdonald app with photo of proof. So now I down two double quater pounders and a tenner. No help from cortonwood restaurant what a joke if I could put 0 stars I would. Passing the blaim onto someone else went through mcds app as had this problem before with justeat app. Got told it would have been sort if I went through mcds app. So did it this time to be sent else where. Jokes give your heads a wobble.
