This place does not disappoint, I usually order pizza and they’re gorgeous but decided to try the burgers exactly what I wanted it was beautiful

Great food and delivery service. Restaurant called me to tell me they didn’t have the flavour ice cream I ordered and asked if I’d like a different one. Most other places wouldn’t have the courtesy to do this, would recommend! One of the best takeaways I’ve had in the area.

the 3 cheese loaded fries has the same amount of cheese on as the standard fries, but was almost double the price!

I order a lot from this company, and the food is amazing and drivers are polite, but this time the driver was very rude. He called me saying that he's outside and I asked him if he can come up to my flat, then all of a sudden he says "can you come down or not?". I am sorry but its a door delivery not street delivery, you are paid to deliver it to the door. I didn't want to ruin the night telling him to his face. He needs disciplinary action. You don't speak like that to your customers. Order number #463146674

When we first moved to Chapel Allerton this was our go to place for pizza but more recently we've been ordering from somewhere a bit more local. They're not taking orders tonight so we tried here again - very, very good, in fact better than we'd remembered!

Regularly go here as they have good GF options. Consistently deliver the correct orders on time and good quality food.

Bolognese pizza was probably one of the best I have ever tasted, full of flavour and perfectly cooked. Meat feast was packed with toppings and the base on both pizzas were delicious. Spicy chicken burger was tender and the edges were crispy which was a nice contrast. Chicken strips were banging. All delivered hot and on time by a friendly driver. Took advantage of 40% off & used my 6th order discount through Just Eat, £50 of food & final cost was £21. Highly recommend.

i was looking forward to the Calzoni, there was some flavour and it was hot, however it was far too cheesy with very little tomato sauce inside, mostly cheese.

Food is great - best pizzas in the area. A suggestion would be a little less salt in the pizza sauce perhaps, but otherwise brilliant.

Ordered a good few times over the last few years and is normally very good. This one went in the bin; the moment I bit into the burger you could taste grease. A few bites later I got gristle, then again. Chips were different. Went in the bin.

Possibly the best pizza I’ve had since I visited John’s in New York. First class ingredients. Perfectly cooked. Friendly people. Only one problem. I’m only in the area for the weekend and I usually live over 200 miles away. Otherwise I’d be a regular.

The food is pretty good if I'm honest... however the manager is severely lacking in any customer service skills, he won't admit that their website isn't upto scratch and will always blame the customer, you'll notice in a lot of reviews he likes to call people liars it's a sad state of affairs when that's the constant response from a supposed adult it certainly says a lot about him, although perfectly polite to me a male always seems to be condescending and rude to my wife so possibly has issues with women ... If you do decide to order from here apparently the app is the way to go, although other reviewers state it's also not exactly perfect, however I would like to give a special commendation to the delivery driver who faithfully passed on the message to him he's a credit to the company and deserves a generous pay rise, I wonder if the managers wife was spoken to in the way he spoke to mine knowing that she had done everything right and was made to feel the way this "manager" made her feel how he would react, I would hope he would be as appalled as I am....also....they got our order wrong after all which wasn't rectified as his he abhorrent attitude was pointed out to him...which is a shame because the pizza is genuinely good...EDIT ....with all due respect...the cashier was lovely and was spoken to very politely, he was confused as to what was said to him so he passed the phone to the manager who immediately started accusing my wife shouting that she was "doin it wrong" and it was her fault that there was no toppings, he was extremely rude to her , something that other people have also mentioned in their reviews ( definitely not a coincidence) to the point that she was in tears with the abuse this manager handed to her, the comment that was passed back to him via your delivery driver was more than justified as nobody deserves to be treated the way she was, I understand you as the owner feel the need to defend your business however you also need to face the reality that many people have commented how rude he is and this can't possibly be good for you as a businessman either. The comment.i made about getting the order wrong was after the food has been delivered ... Pizza house company clearly needs to get it's pizza house in order ... I'm sorry your staff aren't trustworthy enough to admit their mistakes....and actually before the absolutely abysmal customer service from your employee life is pretty good

Pizza smaller than expected but tasted ok, chips were hard.

Terrible service and app set up. Ordered at 2220, called at 2300 as they close at 2300 to see if it was on the way. The server told me he didn't receive the order, then heard him cancel the order. Had a server shout at me before as I ordered before closing but this was plenty of time. Be aware because they will take your money, but that doesn't mean they have accepted your order. You mustn't need the money. Never again.

I was super delighted my food arrived early as we were starving and didn't want to wait super long, the food itself was gorgeous and the pizza was perfectly cooked. uber eats, carry this on and try to be early more often, it really helps.

My wife had pizza size 10.. The charge her 9.50..and then in shop door ofer 6.50..for any pizza.. So 1 time and last time..customer service is disgusting

Pizza was cold amd the base was and the dough was very dry . The pizza dough did not taste freshly made. Toppings were bacon mushroom and pineapple . Tomato sauce was nice and tangy . Its not worth the money really. Maybe they got it wrong on the day?

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I've been charged for a bag, so when collecting the order I was asking the man, where is the bag I've been charged for? he has got so aggressive and told me you need to speak to just eat not me, in a very absurd and rude manner. I've reppeardily told him, as a business, you shouldn't really talk to your customers like that about their concern. But he became very aggressive and angry and started arguing with me which made food cold. Will never come back!!

I normally only order at lunch time and I have always been happy with the food. Lastnight I ordered in the evening. The loaded fries were a joke, a portions of chips (£2.50) a bit of overcooked cheese and burnt pepperoni £7. It was so dry. How in the world can this be justified? The pizza was just as bad, undercooked base and hard vegetables and at £11 ish. Your prices are way off the mark for the quality of food you are serving.
