Pizza Hut in Birmingham

After a mix up with the bill on the QR code the manager Louise was really helpful and attentive. The issue was resolved quickly despite the restaurant being at its busiest lunchtime service on a Saturday. The food was fresh and restaurant was clean.

Thank you to Louise and all the staff at Pizza Hut in the Bullring first visit for a long time warm welcoming ,great food, atmosphere better then Nandos, attentive the buffet was like it was in the 90s very enjoyable visit will be back to visit again.😋😊

The staff are so friendly and nothing waa too much. They were observant, even when the resturant got busier. Just great. The pizza was cooked amazingly. Would come to this one again

Grace was a lovely server , very polite and made sure everything was okay for us . Very welcoming and met all needs when needed . Also made sure we understood everything

The food was enjoyable, and our server, Tracey, stood out for her excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything wears okay during our meal. She massively helped me out with some vouchers I was trying to use. The buffet is fabulous value for money and tasted amazing for the price. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, and Tracey’s service added a nice touch.

Service was great! Our waiter Tom was absolutely lovely and made us feel very comfortable. A very warm welcome :) Food was good quality, although the pizzas seemed smaller than we thought we were suprisingly full by the end of our visit thanks to the sides and salad bar.

I had a splendid time EXECPT for this sauce we ordered 2 pizzas,pepperoni and then the chicken fajita both amazing dishes, and for starters we had cheeseballs and bacon as well as halloumi sticks which was only 5 so very small portions and when I went up for garlic dip I was graced With a disastrous very cheesy,fishy,sauce under the assumption of it being garlic dipped but to my dismay i ruined my slice of pizza. And made me appalled. And the cutlery at the start was stained with food marks as well as ice cream bowls at the end having left over dishwasher water/gunk and having crumbs inside the bowl

Went out for lunch with my partner, we had the buffet it was fresh hot and worth the money I can't lie... it was actually Great, staff are lovely. Keep up the good work.

Rude staff. Not helpful. Visited with family asked a simple question about how long the food would take and staff member just responded by saying you have to wait 20mins and proceeded to ask me if I waited that long. Did not enquire with kitchen and just walked off. Very rude and ruined the whole experience

Amazing customer service from Louise she is an absolute gem . she got us seated even with a 15 minute wait she was able to accommodate us in a matter of minutes,The food is hot and ready to tuck into always loving the buffet offer at the minute been twice with already x glad to see there is still some love left in customer service. Ordered a delivery. The Romana Margherita is very tasty even with it arriving cold. Pollo Milanese chicken is palatable. The lasagne is just appaling, unfortunately. Lacks flavour, hardly any beef and raw tasting tomato at the bottom of the dish. I will keep my custom but I won't be ordering the lasagne, for sure.

Was like a cattle market, food all over floor from salad bar, pizzas constantly running out, queues for pizza lunch bar.

We came in on Saturday after going to the Christmas markets. Louise made our day infinitely easier. She found a space for our group of 9 and was an absolutely amazing host, making sure we are alright and comfortable. Very lovely, she made our day.

Good service when seated, but it was absolutely freezing and some people had their coats on.

Tracey was attentive and ensuring that our eating experience was very good. It was nice to have a caring person serve us after the hustle and bustle of the Christmas market. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this branch when next in Birmingham.

Food is good and lots of variety when buying the buffet service. Manager was friendly and welcoming. Other staff there are miserable - I had to remind a member of staff I had ordered a glass and ice cream bowl due to it being over 15 minutes since my order, with her response being an eye-roll and no communication.

When we went to another Pizza Hut Restaurant and found it closed, we were pointed in the direction of this restaurant instead. The staff were friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. Great food and service, Tim and Sasha were very attentive and pleasant, down side is it all has to be ordered online through QR code which I find takes a lot of time and you can’t use cash! This in turn you will find will mean less people tipping also which I think the staff deserve. Bring cash and a more personal service back.

Took my 2 boys for a half term treat. Great value with the kids eat free offer. Food was great, lots of choice at the buffet. Service was really good, everyone very friendly - special mention to Tom who did a great job checking in on us, thank you!

Nice restaurant , clean , staff were excellent. It did feel the restaurant experience was lost a bit with online menus and payment but i can imagine its perfect when busy .

Visiting Birmingham from Dublin, found the service so bad I can't even rate it. After waiting an extremely long time for the food to arrive, it only partially arrived and had to wait till food was almost gone for second side. The plates we were given to eat our food from had dried on food them. The manager asked would we like sauces when delivering pizza but did not show up with sauces till pizza was almost eaten. We asked for our second side which was a dessert but after a half hour wait decided to leave as the manager and staff were too busy chatting to each other as the restaurant was very quiet. I would not recommend this place.

We visited the St Martins / Bull Ring Pizza Hut earlier today and it was a truly lovely dining experience! Having been met by the manager Louise with a great big friendly smile , we were seated quickly and her service, attention to detail and excellent customer care was without fault .........Nothing was too much trouble and despite us having no expectations, Louise made sure we were happy, regularly checking up on us ! In addition this lady was running around tirelessly, seating people , cleaning tables and making sure all her staff were doing ok ,we witnessed several times, her interaction with the staff positively. All the staff were without fault and appeared to be happy in their job ! We both work customer facing so it's important to us that today's experience doesn't go without being recognised Wonderful , positive dining experience and Louise is a fantastic ambassador to your brand ! Please pass on our thanks and if you have a in house reward scheme ,be sure to recognise Louise please!

Overall the concept is good. The Unlimited Salad and Drinks issue is also nice. The food is also delicious. In terms of size, the pizzas are quite filling.

Took a load of kids. Lunch buffet excellent value for money with the offers. Within a few seconds of order confirmed online, drinks glasses were on the table. Exemplary customer service from Joel and Tom who were managers on duty. Tom was efficient and said he’d do his best to put our big group together but did say out was hugely busy. Joel was super professional and helped with all my questions, ordering online and superb customer service. Many many thanks. Food wise, it’s a gigantic American chain, pizzas, salad bar etc as they should be!! Spotlessly clean. Very very busy on a Sat afternoon but the queue outside moved quickly.

One of the best Pizza Huts I have been too. Was a really busy Saturday afternoon, but all staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Pizza was amazing Salad was all fresh and topped up regular. Would definitely visit again, when shopping in the City Centre.

Not been here in a long time due to a bad experience a few years ago but all I can say is wow, the food was super fresh, the restaurant was spotless as were the facilities and the staff could not do enough for us would 100% recommend if you’re shopping in the bullring and need pizza you won’t beat this branch for service, cleanliness and most of all fresh pizza

Brilliant service, food and the staff are so professional. I'm not in the industry but you can tell the management of this place is empecable. I've been put off by other pizza hut restaurants recently , but my visit to the bullring had restored my faith. Great food , service and management 👌

The women took us to our seats, and while walking, she explained it's no cash there. There's only contact less, which is fair enough tho was saying all this to us with her back to us. I found a little rude. When we got to the table, she showed us on the table where to order. On the link to order, it said about leaving a tip, which we were shocked about as we were doing her job for her. The pizza was very greasy, too. The only good thing about the place was the ice cream and bits on top that I put all together. I really can't see me and my other half going back there, to be honest!

App only service I will never visit again

If I say bad it's not enough, the pizza was horrible, I couldn't eat, and very expensive for what? Can someone explain me how someone ask for £18 for a pizza who taste as a oregano and so much oil?

Found it very difficult to make our order on the q and r code at the table had to get the staff to help twice eventually having to use card machine all in all too over half an hr to place order to b honest I nearly got up and left !!!

The sitting arrangement was perfect. Quite area, not to long to wait . Every thing to hand. Staff very attentive. Toilets were clean . Great atmosphere.

We were greeted by a really friendly member of staff who found us a table. The place was spotless. The online ordering and payment system is brilliant and the food was amazing. The choice at the salad bar was excellent and although it was 9 o'clock at night it was all really fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant

Treated my two teen boys yesterday during our Birmingham stay and I (and they) thoroughly enjoyed it. Lady that greeted us was very friendly and approachable (and looked to be working hard with a permanent cheery disposition - other front of house team members take note) and explained the ‘online ordering system’ to us which was easy to use. Another team member, a fella was also super-nice and a credit to Pizza Hut. Food was great,; pizza, pasta and a lovely salad selection. I like re-fillable drinks, a plus for any restaurant and the self service icecream factory is great too. I’ve not been to Pizza Hut for years as I’m pretty sure Leicester no longer has one so this was a real all-round treat.

1 of the hottest days of the year but no air conditioning! But great food as always & friendly servers.

Awful experience at this pizza hut to be honest. A rude short lady with braids came to serve us that was very arrogant and angry I don't know why. If she still works there in my opinion no customers will ever want to come and eat again! Eventually, this restaurant will shut down cuz of her mean attitude!
