Seated quickly Great buffet choice and service was excellent Given time to choose and ordering process explained as card only when visited Manager special pizzas were loaded with cheese and super tasty

Always an enjoyable experience. Food always hot and well presented. This visit, I had a personal phone call I was expecting and the waitress couldn’t have been more accommodating, offering me other areas of the restaurant for privacy purposes and even turning the music down so I wasn’t haven’t to talk louder than needed. She even checked we were ok afterwards. A credit to the company indeed.

Food was out hot and fast. The servers where polite and helpful. Claire, Emma, Ian, samira.

Visited here today and the customer service was brilliant! (As was the food) My Mam is disabled but our lovely server Claire made sure that my mam was acknowledged and spoke to her as well, as a lot of places seem to dismiss her. We had a lovely lunch time meal but a wonderful customer service which makes it 100% better! What a lovely lady Claire is!

Anya Erin and Mia were lovely. Food was good quality and the prices for this and age were really good. Really enjoyed it. Set menu for 49.99 was spot on. 3 prople full works incl drinks under £60. Cant complain.

Anya, Mia, erin and all staff have been amazing! Food well presented and delicious, affordable and all the help has been amazing! Especially with how to use the new self order tablets that have just been placed onto the wall and how to put in student discounts too. Will 100% be back!

Pizza Hut metrocentre, had a lovely lunch sharing pizza and the servers Claire, Millie and Liam were super helpful and great with my Autistic son, he thought his pizza was incredible

The change in operating methods at Pizza Hut since the pandemic mean it's more self service than it used to be, but Claire was very efficient at seating us, explaining the ordering methods and clearing the plates when we were done. Atmosphere was OK, but it was very quiet so hard to give anymore than an average rating... food was lovely and good value with the January 2 for 1 email offer I received ahead of my visit.

I Will put 5 stars for Algoritm. Got in around 4:45PM while people were sitting in I had the vibe they wanted to go home and from the day Point of view I understand It. But please don’t let me order food give Vibes that you don’t want to have me, people can understand this. Finished halve of the food and took the rest with me since other people were already being send away stating they were closed. Gives me a bad vibe especially since I paid 21 pounds for all of It Please be more careful Vibes you give really makes the difference

Friendly staff and on the whole a really decent Pizza Hut. They ran out of individual pan pizzas so upgraded us at no extra cost to sharing pizzas. We were all happy with our meals. The ice cream certainly helped!

Claire was a lovely server, really attentive and explained in a lot of detail. The restaurant was clean and tidy, only possible improvement was the bulb above our table was not working in the lamp.

Had a lovely waitress Claire she was fantastic really helpful wish all restaurants were like this.

I've been here three times now, once for each visit I pay to the North East. My most recent visit was just a few nights ago, the service from the staff was fantastic and the food was top notch, as always. It's a very welcoming environment for all customers. First time visiting The Metro Centre and decided to pop into Pizza Hut as me and my partner hadn’t had it in awhile. From the moment we entered, we were met with kindness from all staff. Claire (our server) kept checking up on us to make sure we were comfortable. A great experience overall. Food was fresh as well. Thankyou to Claire and the rest of her team.

Came here for food after my daughters birthday party. The staff were lovely, they had the kids helping decorate the christmas window and and turned off all the lights while they brought the cake out. Really nice, thank you Erin, Emma, Mia and Chloe
