Pizza Hut in Kirklees

The chips were totally greasy black undercooked Poor experiance been here many times but the quality and sloppiness is really great these days The plastic cups I wiped with a serviette they were disgusting too picture attaché exchanged them for glass ones Not sure how they clean the plastic cups!!!!! Not a clean place please clean your pots Pizza Hut

I went with my family who were visiting this evening i can honestly say i have never had such a disappointing meal. The children's bread stick starter were so chewy you couldn't eat them. Their main course they enjoyed but ours was tasteless mostly the plate was filled with salty kale and the chicken tastless, the mushroom sauce was curdled and looked like vomit. None of us ate our meals but fortunately we had orderd chips which were perfectly fine. I would not recommend this place at all. The staff also could not have cared less.

My wife wanted to go to Pizza Hut in Huddersfield, as it has been a long time since we had visited i gave in to her. The restaurant was nearly empty the service staff gave us a table i was a bit worried that the place was empty for a reason. The waiter talked to both of us and said the night had been very quiet and took our order, The salad bar was free and you could go as you wanted the garlic bread came along with the pizza hot as was the pizza. It has been a long time since i have had a pizza that was that good with the salad and garlic bread it was great we will be going back real soon service great as was the food !!!!! My daughter had a birthday party here today we booked on Line .I dropped a balloon of before and was given party bags so could make my own. the table was all set and ready,! the kids had a brilliant time their was 7 kid 2 adults and online was given a code so the birthday girl got her meal free we visit this store lots and today all staff and the manager very nice food really nice and the staff made it really nice party will be coming again thanks pizza hut staff 5☆

Could not ask for more! I’m vegetarian and they did everything the can for me and made sure they was enough vegetarian food out on the buffet for me all the time! Kept coming over to make sure I was ok and had everything I needed! Highly recommend. Chap behind the bar, quite tall with ear pieces is the best and could not ask for more. If he is their go to him, he will do the best he can. Best smile and customer service

We have visited the place on Saturday afternoon.The reataurant was very busy.We have been seated by the Manager who wasnt the kindest person. He was rushing around ignoring everything and everyone he havent even smiled not onece. The young guy who was behind the till was very nice and kind appologising for the delay and also the waitress girl who boxed up our left over pizza both been very nice. WE all know managers can be busy how ever bit of kindness would be nice of him especially when the place is full of kids and even childrens notice that he wasnt very nice.

Visited here on a bank holiday. Was very quiet which was a bit surprising but the young lady that came and saw to us was very courteous and pleasant. She explained how everything worked the salad bar, the drinks machine etc. We ordered our pizza and it arrived with 10mins. We had onion rings and fries which both arrived hot and well presented. The food was lovely, the staff helpful and well mannered. The cost was as expected at pizza hut.

Called in before going to the show at the town hall We were greeted and seated by a pleasant Young lady we were a little surprised we had to order and pay at the counter ,the member of staff was lovely that took our order ,but I do prefer to be served they had a nice salad bar , the pizzas were very nice ,service was a little slow We managed to sort the drink machine out not sure exactly what I pressed but I not sure what the drink was I made ! All in all it was a pleasant experience but it’s not for us as we like being served at our table

Great food, service and value for money. Kids loved it. The kids meal included unlimited salad, a small pizza, a side and dessert plus a drink!

You're paying for expensive pizza and the least you expect is to be seated and treated with respect. staff are rude. and you do not get treated like a customer. pathetic. Do not go to this location! You feel like you are unwanted. You have to seat yourself, and theirs hardly staff, all wearing non uniform. I asked a staff member if there was any ketchup and he pointed to it across the room and said "get it yourself". Will not be going here again!

Don't appreciate having to go to the counter to order and the member of staff taking orders completely ignores you while she's texting away on her mobile. What made it worse was she wad the MANAGER. Memo to rest of staff. Don't follow suit. Plain ignorant.

It’s been a while since I have visited Pizza Hut, and that will be the last time. The prices reflect a waitress service but you now have to queue at the counter to order your food, get your own cutlery and then eat below average food. Tiny portion of tasteless chicken wings,salad bowls that should not be in the ‘bowl’ classification. A portion of chips £3.89, works out at about 20p per chip, Pizza distinctly void of cheese and a 330 ml bottle of beer £3.79. I can see Pizza hut shutting down many of its outlets and it would be no great loss. The staff were pleasant though. Go somewhere else and save some money/grief.

2 small pizzas, 2 salad bowls which are tiny. 1 fries 2 beers = £35.18. Spent most of the night on the loo and still feel sick the following day. It was the only thing I had that day. Meat feast with steak shavings ..... dry as anything and feel robbed....and squashed into a very uncomfortable booth.....no thanks

Went for a pizza with my wife and two children on Saturday 6 January 2018 at lunch time. Their strategy now is that one 14in deep pan pizza is for 2 people at a price around £17. A small bucket of fries is £3.50 . Diet coke at £2.85 for each person. My bill was £44.55 This is getting too expensive. I am afraid they are loosing customers because of their greed. £7 for 2 small portions of chips in a cute bucket is crackers. Bye Pizzahut..

Had a great meal when visited Pizza Hut. The staff are every welcoming, friendly and chatty which is always a bonus! The salad bar has a wide range of food available however it would be helpful if the sauces were labelled. On past visits I have noticed that the plates and cutlery can sometimes be dirty but staff always happy to swap.

We spontaneously visited on a quick trip into town and I'm glad we did, we were greeted and served by a lovely young lady who was fantastic with my son! I didn't catch her name, she had short dark hair and wore glasses, seemed to really enjoy her job, hopefully will get to visit again soon!

Called in on a Monday night. It was very quiet, the food arrived quickly and the waitress was friendly and helpful. A good Pizza Hut.

Para ser sincero no soy un fan de pizza hut, de todos modos, pero fue un trabajo de hacer. El servicio era realmente bueno en primer lugar acogedor. Pero el servicio de la comida era bastante molesto puede ser simplemente mi manera de pensar, pero en serio! Cómo estás dando a personas acompañantes cuando al menos tres personas no tienen su pizza y pedimos al mismo tiempo! Sólo tiene sentido si soy honesto y era bastante molesto! Preferiblemente que las pizzas de primera mano luego guarniciones y prueba asegúrese de que su ver todos al mismo tiempo. La comida era buena y estaba encantado de caja hasta después.

La comida era buena, como siempre, la ensalada, el tango no disppoint había acabado y nuestro servidor llegó y nos explicó y nos dijo que sería una nueva factura, no era excesivamente caro. . . La pizza era partícipe pero parecía más pequeña de lo habitual.

Mi familia y yo visitamos el restaurante esta noche. Pensarías que todas cabañas pizza son las mismas, pero éste tenía un interés particular en un buen servicio al cliente, además de tener una buena comida.

Everything there was average. Average food and service. Nothing special, defo not for this kinda money. Not worth £30 for a meal.

Called in last night after been on a day out other half and me had a starter I had spicy shrimp he had garlic bread daughter didn't have one my shrimp served in a plant pot didn't get any Sauce at all it wasn't the best mains came his pizza was dripping in oil too most of our lasagne home it went in the bin the staff were lovely so even though the food wasn't the best we still left a tip haven't been for years don't think we will be going again had better food that's a lot cheaper else where

The most fab dish which i didn't get at any other place till now.. were the huge mushroom sides ... It was the most lovely starter type dish I ever had..such a huge mushroom with somekind of very very peculiar cheese .. and lots of other stuff. it was fabulous .. I want to have it again ..

Like Nando's this place is like .... yeah Okay, that was nice. It's OVERPRICED unless you have the all you can eat, I take pure advantage of that little beauty! Personally, I'm more of a Domino's gal, I LOVE dominos Pizzas. Never seen the rave about Pizza hut... I find the base hard and it's not got enough cheese or fluffyness... it's just that really, they're hard, everytime... not just a one off, been 100s of times and still meh, not that great. I only ever end up going cos of the kids!

Booked meal for 9 . Originally wanted to book the one next to the Town ground but thy were booked up so had to book town centre one .Want expecting much but was pleasantly surprised .Found it better than the stadium Pizza Hut .Excellent service We will be back

Visited with friends for pasta and pizza.The staff were polite and eager to please but not in your face.Pizza fresh and tasty as was salad and pasta great lunch.

….it was an average pretty boring meal food wise. The restaurant ambience was odd, cold outdated and not in a clean sterile type of way. Although this branch did get a 5 for cleanliness on the day the health inspectors visited. Hopefully they’re as clean on all the other 364 days in the rest of the year! The decor & furniture needs replacing and given a modern clean feel. Do all branches of Pizzahut look as uninviting as the ones in Huddersfield? We went with young children otherwise we wouldn't have bothered going here and gone for a curry. Staff were friendly which was a plus. The branch was quiet which is why we opted to have pizza here rather than at the Leeds Road Branch which is always busier due to the cinema. The meal deal was ok. We had garlic bread, oven cooked fries and cheesy jalapeños. The garlic bread was ok, the Jalapenos were odd tasting because of the cheese but tasted better when dipped into dressing. The pizza was a deep pan pizza not much to say, acceptable with a good level of topping unlike my local Dominos which is really tight on toppings! I haven't eaten at a Pizza Hut branch for many years and the salads appears to be worse. Everything on the menu appeared to have a cheese option, fries with cheese, cheesy garlic bread, how much cheese can anyone eat! The salad bar left much to be desired. The potato salad was cheap quality potatoes and tasted of little, the mayonnaise was pretty sloppy & tasteless. The same can be said for the coleslaw again sloppy. The beetroot was not pickled and bland. The tortilla chips were bland. It would have be nice if they offered olives and ingredients to make yourself a Greek Salad or there abouts. The dressing were sloppy and uninspiring. The options - no salad options were overall boring and It is little wonder they changed the salad to refill as many times as you wish because one visit is probably enough. Drink as much as you wish refills are flat carbonated liquid, much the same as other restaurants offering refills. The best bit was the cookie dough dessert. This tasted pretty nice even with the ice-cream scoop. Looks are deceptive, it looks large except it's not. Apparently it used to be larger but been reduced in size. I doubt I will be visiting again for another five/six years or if I’m lucky never again!

All three of us had buffet and a friendly member of staff approached and asked what we would like, which isn't part of standard service, they went the extra mile and made us feel welcome. P.S. The waiter looked like the buff ting version of shrek.

Visit on Saturday teatime with 3 children. Generally the food standard was good and comparable with other Pizza Hut restaurants we have visited. However there was food and litter on the floor under the table and seating which must have accumulated during the afternoon. The bowls on the salad bar were not clean and I asked for replacements. The table surface looked like it had just had a cursory wipe over. Higher standards are expected. This was a shame as the customer service and food itself was faultless.

Went yesterday early evening with husband and son enjoyed the meal. Was extremely busy and it shows on the staff due to the demand of folk coming in hence staff being rushed and slightly less attentive from previous occasions but can forgive that due to probably having so many tables to serve . Had a pitcher of woo woo (cocktail £20 for the pitcher ) total bill came to just over 50 pounds as got a meal deal for me and hubby and kids meal deal too would go back again without no hesitation

Went here as we had 45 mins to spare before the boys haircuts and didn't want McD's or KFC.It's the same as most Pizza huts.The staff were really friendly and on top of everything. We got a booth by the window which the kids loved. Kids meal for £4.99 was good value as you get salad, main, dessert and a drink for that.Worth visiting if you want an after school tea treat!

Knives and forks were dirty, asked for some more they were also dirty. was told we would get salad bowls, we had to ask for them 10 minutes later and when they came they were also dirty. Won't be coming back any time soon

Great salad bar, pizza, unlimited drinks and good service what more could you ask for, the buffet is very good value and there was plenty of other offers aswel

Please don't get confused between this branch the Town centre branch and the other branch by the football stadium, cinema.

Called in for Lunch whilst out shopping in Huddersfield. Staff very welcoming and obliging. Had the lunch special pasta or pizza from the counter and bowl of salad. This was just average. Pizzas not very hot, the salad was okay. The beetroot too acidic. Disappointed as was not cheap cheap. The soft drinks and beer were expensive.

Called for tea and the staff were welcoming and the service was good. It's time to improve the pizzas and menu choices will some special meals

Service was quite poor and we waited a long time to get a table, only to be told the table to fit our party size had been given to someone else who had waited less time than us by the colleague of the man who was treating us. My friend was also ID'd even though he's 19 which he took offence to as they didn't accept his driving licence as proof so I had to buy him drinks. Food was lovely and when we couldn't eat it all, it was boxed up for us to take home

Went with my family and the staff are rude And the place was filthy. The salad was old n congealed especially the pasta salads and coleslaw. The Apple was brown, I saw staff just empty the old salad on top of the new stuff. When it should have been thrown away. I asked for the main manager, he was in the back and wouldn't come out. It used to be such a good place but the manager has run this place into the ground

Service very poor, went for the buffet one lunchtime £7.50 all we got was scabby pizza, there were hardly any out & when questioned the waitress she said they bring then out every 20mins. £7.50 for 2 pieces of pizza & salad is a rip off

This is where Huddersfield gets it right. I pop in for lunch some work days and get seated and order taken swiftly and politely. Even when I rudely happen to be on he phone on entering, they still sort my order. I appreciate that. Piping hot pizza comes quickly and while it might harden my arteries, it is a welcome treat now and then and saves me from the buffet which is not my style (stranger's kids fingers all over my food? No thanks!) This is good solid option for swift courteous service. It's like they've seen the competition and thought, "ooooh, don't do that!" Cheers!

There is a variety of toppings available as with any pizza hot, good touches are free salad and refillable drinks, the staff are helpful and it was a pleasant atmosphere
