Pizza Hut in Castle Point

Tried 16 times to call the restaurant to chase up a order of just 2 pizzas on a Sunday. No answer, order never came. Took my money though. Will now have to visit store. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE., this is why dominoes is better

Ordered takeaway from Benfleet Pizza Hut for a birthday meal tonight and all pizzas and sides were lovely! The chicken wings were especially tasty! I wanted to do a feedback survey for our delivery driver Kevin but never received an email for us to do one. Kevin was on time, the food was piping hot and he even gave a small box to the little one for her to carry in so she didn’t feel left out. Will definitely be ordering from here again and hoping we get Kevin as our delivery driver too

Ordered here a few times. Never a problem, food comes hot and pretty quick depending on time and day. Lots of yummy toppings.

Ordered from here quite a few times during lockdown and delivery was quick and piping hot. When a recent delivery arrived one of the pizza's had the wrong base and after a phone call the correct one turned up within about 15 minutes with an apology and a free tub of ice cream. Excellent customer service. We moved to the area a couple of years ago and gave up on pizza hut delivery where we lived due to long wait times and temperature. Since ordering from here we now have them regularly again. ps the staff are really helpful

Came one night with family. Server very helpful found great deals and helped in many ways. Lovely and smiling great service. Got food and gave us extra dips. Lovely pizza beats dominos for price service and taste. Never sick from Pizza Hut a total classic
