Pizza Hut Delivery in Stockport

I recently had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut Cheadle Hulme. The service was abysmal, and the behavior of the manager, Bilal, was terrible. From the moment I placed my order, I encountered numerous problems. The estimated delivery time was significantly longer than promised, leading to frustration as I waited for my food. When it finally arrived, not only was it late, but it was also incorrect. This has become a recurring issue with this branch making me question their reliability. Manager’s Attitude What made matters worse was my interaction with the manager, Bilal. When I brought up my concerns about the delayed and incorrect order, he responded in a dismissive and rude manner. Instead of addressing my complaints professionally, he seemed more interested in making excuses rather than providing solutions. His lack of customer service skills was shocking and added to my overall dissatisfaction. Given the terrible service I’ve experienced multiple times and the unprofessional attitude exhibited by Bilal, I cannot recommend this Pizza Hut location. It’s disheartening to see such poor management in a well-known chain that should prioritise customer satisfaction.

Been using this takeaway for 20 odd years but tonight's pizza was just PERFECT. A fantastic deal and an amazing pizza. Check out the deals anyone reading this........there is no compromise on quality.....nicest pizza I've had in years

The best pizza I have ever had! The crust is thin and crispy, and the toppings are always fresh and flavorful. I especially love the veg filling pizza . The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Daughter ordered a Margarita pizza and garlic bread last night via Uber eats - pizza was absolutely stone cold and tasted awful. Total waste of £20- won’t be using Pizza Hut ever again - amazed they are still in business!

Appalling. Ordered at 4pm and my card auto - filled my wrong address, nonetheless they didn’t call when they got to my old address and the app went straight to “your food has been delivered”. I called the Pizza Hut branch 60 times and in the end had to come in to the Pizza Hut branch to re-order.

It's a pizza hut, so food was pretty good, but I do think its pricey even with the deals. Delivery driver was very friendly and food was hot when it got here, great job.

Patrick took our order but did not process it on the system However he did the 2nd time round and even took the time out to bring it to us as soon as possible. What a lovely chap he was at the door dropping it off for. He could not have been any more polite, he is a fantastic chap

It is sad to see that Pizza Hut does not do delivery to M20 area in Manchester. Alots of places wants you to use just eat or uber eats. This is pathetic. The other avenue is self pick up. Very sad.

I placed a fairly large order, it was delivered in time. I was disappointed with the pizzas, they had got stuck to the box lid and most of the margarita pizza was left without cheese. The veggie sizzler was burnt. I rang to complain and was very pleasantly surprised, the gentleman on the phone was very apologetic and reassured us our replacement pizzas would be with us in 20 minutes. The replacement pizzas arrived on time and piping hot. Very impressed with their level of customer service. Will definitely order again.

Today i visited the Cheadle Hulme Pizza Hut to collect my order, was greeted by Mr. Asim must admit i received very good costumer service from him. Pizza was warm and perfectly cooked. Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family to try cheadle Hulme branch because of good costumer service.

Pizza arrived on time, nice and hot and with great customer service. I ordered for a lockdown birthday and the pizza did not disappoint, the taste is more restaurant quality than a cheap high street alternative!

Food came right at the time requested and was still nice and warm. The delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Would definitely order from here again

Placed an order and took advantage of an offer to order dessert and an extra bottle of drink. Unfortunately they were not brought by the driver although they were on the receipt. I thought only a bottle of drink was missing at first so he went to the local shop and brought back something other than what we had ordered and we cannot drink it. We still didn't get the dessert and although I suggested he go back to the shop and collect the correct items and bring them he wasn't interested in doing that. The food wasn't particularly warm. Won't be ordering again!

Ordered a pizza from this rubbish Pizza Hut. Ordered 4.09pm. And deliver drive came 5.10pm. Called 5 times no one answered the call. I asked driver it only 1 mile from my house. Why r u so late. It take only 5 to 10 worse case to come my house. And the driver instead saying I am sorry. Saying me if u go there in 5 to 10 mins. I will give u free pizza. Mate pick my kid every day from there. Even if u walk it take 20mins. Ur coming nearly one hour. So rude. Never gonna order again from this branch.

Food was lovely and delivered quickly, shame both mine and my girlfriends pizza had long hairs on them.

I placed an order for delivery earlier this week of 2 pizzas with a side order of cheesy garlic bread. The order arrived within the given time scale however the taste of the pizzas was very disappointing. They both tasted rather bland and the cheesy garlic bread also arrived without any cheese! After paying the delivery driver for this overpriced takeaway, the driver then suggested he keep over £4 of change! Needless to say, we won't ever be using this takeaway again!

Absolute disaster. Ordered from this franchise over 10 times and I can't remember a single time they've got an order right. Staff are rude and the delivery driver begged me not to ring the store when he got the delivery wrong. Store manager offered a free pizza but then refused to give it when I tried ordering it the following day saying that they had no record of it. Even when I've been in the staff were swearing about customers. Seems like it's ran by a bunch of amateurish kids. They can barely handle a simple telephone order. Needs to be closed down or be put under new management.

Slightly confusing when using GPS but being next to station does help to find the place. Overall good.

Called to complain about my frozen cheesecake which apparently is normal. How can any one eat frozen food. Spoke to the store manager. His attitude was absolutely shocking. If he was the store manager he needs the sack. Why are people so rude especially when ur a store manager running a business.

Hygiene not so clean , when I receive the pizza they have a private part hair on the cheese.Second time order they have a set come with the bottle of pepsi but when receive the delivery is no drink at all.when I call them they told me is the other set I was order. is totally cheat.
