Nothing wrong with the food but the delivery driver is one of the rudest people I've ever met. I thanked him for the food and he said "Only thanks, no money?" When I explained that I didn't have any change as I don't generally have cash these days - not that I needed to give any - he then said "Doesn't have to be change, ten pounds would be good!" Absolute joke! Am disgusted with his attitude. Don't send him here again unless he is ready to apologise

I went for collection of my order . On counter Adnan gave me my order , his service was really good and the pizza was delicious. Thankyou Adnan and Pizza Hut

I ordered the Vegetarian Supreme pizza from Pizza Hut, and it was absolutely fantastic! The flavors were spot-on, and the toppings were fresh and generous. A special shout-out to Sardar Adnan, who served the pizza with great hospitality and professionalism—truly a great guy. Overall, an excellent experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back

Love this pizza hut ,great atmosphere and the pizzas are lovely, lovely waitress called ISUE always looks after us and takes our order because I don't like ordering off my phone , it's ok for the young customers but a bit more complicated for us older generation, this place makes better pizzas than some of the real Italian places I've tried . It gets our vote every time .

Food came... eventually. Food was cold and wedges were not very cooked.

Went there to sit in for a meal. On arrival realised it’s a takeaway only. No indication of this on the maps listing. Other branches like this have the word delivery in the title. This listing also has a photo of a different dine-in location which is also confusing.

Can i just say how amazing the staff at this pizza hut are. I literally walked out the shop with a fresh pizza and the wind swept it out of my hand. Went back inside and explained, the staff gave me another pizza for free. I am ever so thankful for them as they didn't need to do that. Excellent customer service for the staff. Many thanks for doing this.

Pizza is always piping hot when arriving & always arrives on time or before which is great! Mac and cheese is always good too! Happy customer!!!

Got food poisoning soon after having a take away from this store. Reported to management and Pizza Hut who are claiming it’s nothing to do with them. I have recieved no evidence of these reports, have no idea how accurate they even are or any details of when a food hygiene inspection was done. Will never Be ordering from this store or any other Pizza Hut again.

I’m not happy I buyed a pizza from this place I asked for ham on it and they don’t even put much maybe on one slice pizza on half ham I’m unhappy with this place not good is not even really Pizza Hut 😤 horrible

I don’t visit this place too often (about half a dozen times) but each time the pizzas have been excellent. In my opinion these pizzas are better and tastier than Domino’s and Papa Johns. I recently had a margarita pizza for the first time in about 20 years (normally I always get pepperoni) and it was delicious, Nice amount of tomato paste on base of pizza, generous portion of cheese and a well cooked tasty pizza base. Large pizza for £10 was a bargain and certainly better quality than most surrounding takeaway that serve pizzas.

food came early but they put something else on my pizza I dno if they didn't have the thing I ordered in but they should of messaged instead of putting something els on it witch I don't like also garlic bread was burnt . its a shame as I was looking forward to my meal now im sad and I'm definitely not going to order from here again

Food was cold, like cardboard, forgot items and refused to replace continued to tell lies won't be ordering again, and on the business side of things I can't see them lasting long

Ive been ordering from here for a while now. There is a good amount of options for gluten free and they taste great. Very polite and friendly staff on collection everytime.

Worst pizza hut I have ever been to. The manager was rude & ignorant.

Driver rang saying he was outside and to come out, went outside and no one was there next minute food said delivered and driver rejected all calls. Restaurants response was sorry we can’t get in touch with him!!! Food stolen or dumped but never delivered and useless response from restaurant after a 2 hour wait

The driver did not read the delivery instructions and phoned me to walk to the road closure 20 minutes away in the pouring rain,by the time he came the right way our pizzas where cold and not very nice,way did no one read the delivery instructions

Awful pizza, no taste, dry, hardly any sauce on the pizza and missed off the sauce I ordered with the chicken.

Overcooked bases and received pepperoni on my pizza even though I ordered a chicken supreme.

I was missing the cheese triangles from my order I contacted the restaurant and they said they would send a driver with them but they never came! This is the second time this has happened when I've ordered through just eat recently, I'm really not happy!

Estimated delivery time 14:20-14:40. (40 mins/ 1 hour after ordering which is normal) Finally arrived at 3:25pm. Had already phoned at 14:48 to be told driver will be leaving in 3-4 minutes. Phoned again 15:13 to be told ‘I can see on the app the driver is 2 minutes away’. I work with just eat and am aware that when an order leaves your restaurant it is in the drivers hands and you cannot see how far he is from delivery location. Food arrived and was dried up and tough, didn’t enjoy it at all

They gave the wrong side, which didn't taste nice and no ice cream with cookie dough's. I tried ringing a few times but the phone line didn't work either. Disappointing!!

Poor quality pizza. Lack of cheese, overdone / burnt. No dips despite ordering. Delivery driver could not understand or speak English. Will avoid pizza hut from now on.

Brilliant pizza and sides, quick delivery and really helpful by coming round to the back door due to mobility difficulties.

Our drink was forgotten but I was happy to be credited in some way on our next order. Delivery driver was extremely apologetic and within 5 minutes drinks arrived. Fantastic service even with the minor fault. What stands out in business when my mistakes happen is the way you rectify them and his customer service and resolve was brilliant. I ordered two pizzas tonight, it was not good at all, it was cold, the size was perfect

The food was a little colder than usual, but that was likely due to the colder weather we're having. There was a mix up with the drinks, as I ordered a Pepsi, but got a Pepsi Max instead, but that's okay. I could do with less sugar. Overall great service as always.

Didn’t even deliver my pizza, said they rang me and they didn’t neither did they knock on my door as I was sat in the front room the whole time, then they had the cheek to tell me I wasn’t getting a refund and I had to come pick my order up my self!!! I’m pregnant and shouldn’t have to come and pick up my order that I’ve paid for to be delivered. Food was freezing and the men in there were so rude

Food arrived half an hour later than the latest time allocated. I rang the restaurant and they said it had set off 3 minutes prior would be 10 minutes maximum. 20 minutes later it arrived after several failed attempts at contacting the store. They offered a free small drink due to it being late so they had obviously lied and it hadn't left the store when I rang prior. The pizza and cookie dough has been reheated by them rather than fresh. I order alot usually through the website direct (just eat had better deal today) but really disappointed.

Lindsey the server was lovely, very patient with my 3 year old. Lovely atmosphere, Clean, attentive staff.
