Drashti was excellent, cooked our pizza and chicken with 10 minutes before closing. Super polite and friendly highly recommend coming here

Food was OK but customer service was poor. Ordered online to collect. Was the only person in the shop but the was ignored fora number of minutes, even though staff could see I was waiting to be served/collect. One staff member came to the front desk, pottered about and then walked away like I wasn't standing there. After telling them that my order should have been ready 8 mins ago, they found my order and handed it to me. Food was OK but was a bit cold partly down to the delay.

Placed my order on the App for collection. One of the pizzas ordered wasn't right. Drashti, the lady who served me, rectified the issue with no fuss. All sorted in under 10mins. Really pleased.

Placed an order on Uber eats for 1 cookie dough, still said preparing after an hour. I called the restaurant to get an update and was met with an extremely aggressive man with broken English but somehow managed to verbalise that he wouldn’t compensate me. Staff do not have a clue about customer service. If the food ever arrives I won’t be eating it and his aggression made me feel like he may tamper with my food.

I tried ordering cookie dough over the phone and they did not have the one I’d wanted but instead said I can order a white chocolate cookie dough which I am not a fan of anyway but when I tried asking if it contains nuts (I have a severe but allergy) , they couldn’t understand what I was saying and could not give me a straight answer .It was a simple yes or no question which I believe the workers should know as it could COST MY LIFE !!! Worst part is I was handed over to 3 different workers and non of them had an answer for me, VERY DISAPPOINTING , I’m just a girl .

I recently visited this pizza hut branch , and I experienced best customer service ever. The person name Ruchit was fantastic guy he gave all details about pizza and help us a lot , more over he’s very hardworking managing everything single. I felt over the moon . #Bestpizzaaaever👌❤️

I went here couple months ago to get some pizza i got a plain pizza however the guy at the till try scam me for £1. I don’t care about it but it is the fact that he didn’t want to say anything so when i brought it up to him he said it is for the amount of time to make the pizza also the pizza was disgusting never again will i step foot here and i don’t recommend anyone to go here terrible service horrible staff disgusting pizza

Nice authentic Pizza. Only problem is that they are selling standard pizza and not customised as per customer requirement.

I ordered 5 large pizzas for my family friends. Every single one of us experienced an awful night. Constantly vomiting and multiple trips to the toilet. I do not wish this experiment upon anyone. Avoid this place at all costs.

I'm not one to leave reviews but these guys consistently make great pizzas. I have been taking orders for the last year, and they always deliver fresh and tasty pizzas. I'm not one to eat the crust, but when it's light and perfectly baked, it's hard not too. Well done, keep it up.

Food arrived luke warm at best

Just ordered pizza supreme on line as couldnt see veg option. Rang them confirmed it must be vegetarian and no mushrooms. I got delivery 30 mins later. Guess what wrong pizza got delivered even though I had rung them. Confirmed it. I rang them spoke to a lady named Basira who said she was the manager i told her i got meat pizza delivered. She shouted and said she will make veg pizza and i have to pay again. She will not take wrong one back take it or leave it I was shocked and the fact she was shouting appalling service and totally unprofessional. I will NOT BE ordering any more pizzas from Harrow Weald branch. Basira is not fit to be a manager she needs customer service training. I have been a regular customer of H/W Branch . You have lost a loyal customer to Dominos. I will bin the pizza which is delivered. Thank you. I would give zero star. Go to Dominos instead oe Papu miya

If you want late/delayed pizza delivery this is your place. If you want no customer service this is your place. If you want lies from staff this is your place. If you want stomach issues…THIS IS YOUR PLACE! How has Harrow food safety & hygiene team allowed this place to stay open!

Order from another branch. They lied about 4 times on the phone to me about delays to my pizza which they had actually forgotten. Pizza came an hour and a half late. Soggy and under cooked. Manager was rude and didn’t really want to help. Customer service were even worse and offered me an apology. When asked further they offered me 2 £5 vouchers which can only be used on separate orders and not with any deals. Lol. Apparently this is consolation.

Terrible restaurant. Dont ever order from here. The lady manager is so rude. I had placed my order this afternoon, they said the oven is not working and asked me to cancel. They don't know the right procedures on how to cancel the order. The lady manager gave me a number and when I contacted that number only has an automated message and doesn't connect to any customer service operator. So I had to call the store and check the right procedure to cancel my order, but this time around the lady manager spoke really rude and started yelling at me. Please dont ever order from this store.

Had a really good customer service experience with this branch of Pizza Hut. Had an issue with an order that they were quick to fix and the New Yorker pizza was great today.

The worst pizza that I’ve ever had recently, those cheesy bites smelled and tested horrible. Garlic bread very dry. Un cooked dough with tomato sauce

Ordered via delivery, the app was telling me that the pizzas were delivered but they were not. Called the branch and they advised that drivers were clicking delivered on their delivery portals to keep in line with delivery times and that we should wait a little bit longer. No apology. Pizzas arrived, ordered a veggie supreme and deep pan margarita, we were delivered a meat feast and New Yorker which was burnt. Called the branch and they said that veggie pizzas are meant to look meaty. Tried to ask them to explain why a veggie supreme would have meat on it and there was silence. Was advised that they can't deliver our actual order as they had no delivery drivers and we had to go collect. Went into the branch to collect our correct order and there were 4 delivery drivers waiting outside. In the branch we were offered no apology but advised to wait for our pizza. While waiting we witnessed an employee creating pizzas with no gloves on and moving from handling veg to meat items. To say that we were disappointed and shocked with the way this was managed is an understatement.

I came to buy 2 pizzas last week and again i came today to buy same , both ladies they serve me very well , both are so polite, really love their service , i wish if i could give more stars

The food barely had cheese on it, wasn’t cut it and was cold and burnt on top.

Melts look nothing like the picture and chesses wasn't even melted properly

1 year after the first experience we tried Pizza Hut again and found another 2 hairs right at the front of the pizza.

Betting was absolutely amazing. The best customer service that I've ever had at Pizza Hut. She made an amazing pizza even though it was almost closing time and offered toys and gifts for children to play with. Absolutely amazing. Please give her a promotion and Pizza Hut will succeed.

Avoid ordering pizza from here! Pizza arrived 1 hour 25 mins when the lady told me it will be 45 minutes..NO apologies from the lady over the phone, was very rude and when I called the third time, she didn’t even pick my phone.. Also I didn’t get the drink I ordered… NEVER ORDER PIZZA from HERE!!!!

Ordered two pizzas and the Cheesy Garlic Tear & Share. Delivered promptly by Sheraz/Sheraj! Food was hot and tasted great! Haven't ordered regularly from Pizza Hut for a while but will now reconsider! The online tracker isn't quite accurate regarding time of food delivery which causes unnecessary stress - this should be reviewed

Pizza was poorly made. Staff were good however.

I made an order at 6:13pm at 7pm they said they delivered it never arrived. 8pm I am asking for a refund and they keep putting me on hold walking away from the phone or telling me the manager is busy. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED Down. 8:30 they refuse to give my money back. Keep saying the pizza was sent out. I keep telling them speak to the delivery guy we haven't received anything.

Very Disappointing Pizza. I ordered a half and half, thin crust. It was thick crust. The chillies were replaced with Jalapeños. Hardly much toppings…. There were about 6 pieces of mushrooms on the whole pizza and the same amount of peppers. The cheesy jalapeños wedges were waxy and uncooked. Hardly any cheese on it. I remember when Pizza Hut was one of the best pizza places around. What a shame the standard is so poor now.

Ordered from Bushey heath, food came in about 35 minutes was hot and fresh, somehow about 30 minutes faster than Domino's in Bushey heath delivered previously

Food was delivered late. I didn't receive any update, tried to call the restaurant several times no one bothered to answer. Just Eat wasn't helpful either they kept telling me to call the restaurant, the Pizza Hut website said I need to speak with Just Eat first about the order, kept going around in circles.

Poor service. Lady in blue top least interested in serving. Ran out of green chili,,,fine.... but be helpful. They don't accept cash.... And finally did not give card receipt, receipt printer not working. The lady in blue top didn't bother informing. Another ... topper, person preparing my veggie pizza didn't bother washing her hand after making ham pizza for my veggie pizza... sorry state...
