Pizza Hut Delivery in Dacorum

Raja from the Hemel branch was very kind and helpful over the phone with my order and processing the discount as the online service was not working properly for me food and service was great :)

Orderd a large pizza, cheese nachos and a Pepsi last night. Greated with a warm welcome from the very nice chap. Talked me through the deals. I was parked on double yellow lines and the nice chap said he would bring the pizza out to my van. Just in case I was to get a ticket! Food was amazing and not your usual pizza dripping in oil. Would very much recommend.

I went in to buy a pizza, was waiting for over 5 minutes to be served (there was no one else in there), the man who appeared to be the manager started being rude to me. When I protested he became angry and threatened to punch me. I cannot believe Pizza Hut would employ someone like this. Phoned the police, who only gave me a crime number, but I think this man is a risk to the public. I strongly recommend that people avoid this place!

Worst and rude behaviour with customers . Food was too bad smells and date expired sauces was delivered with very rude physical activity.

Food seemed okay when I got home, but from 12 am I’ve had food poisoning. Thanks, Pizza Hut 🤦‍♂️

Pizza's were over cooked, hardly any meat on the meat feast. Garlic bread so burnt. Not good

My last Pizza Hut! Opted for a pizza, as we were in town and thought I would save the cost of Uber Eats and pick it up personally. Ordered a fairly straight forward pizza, half margarita & ham/chicken and got home to an oily burnt mess. Really disappointed that on a fairly slow day, Pizza Hut weren’t able to produce a basic pizza, I suspect low quality ingredients contributed.

Good price and nice people, 10 minuite wait and a slight excess of garlic but overall nice takeaway. Workers friendly and happy to help.

Staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help. They know the products and are always telling us what is best. They look for the offers when you order, so you don’t have to pay too much. Food is ready quickly and is delicious!

You expect a certain standard from a franchise. Same service , same food etc etc. food was cold, hard and inedible yet Hemel Hempstead won’t answer their phone. Terrible.

The server was wearing dirty, stained clothes. Pizza had wrong toppings and they ask you to pay in cash, I can only assume to get away with using inferior ingredients

I have been using this Pizza Hut for years, the man who runs it is always so friendly. Always has a smile on his face and makes the experience so much better. Food is always fresh, will continue to use it!

Ordered for workplace party. Disgusting taste , cardboard will taste better .. old dough with bits of carbon from dirty unwashed pans sticking on to pizza base . Stale toppings. Lack of flavour . Pan dough like thin and crispy.. uneven toppings and heaps of sauce in centre . Local pizza shops are way better in taste and service .

Yum yum yum! Haven’t ordered for years and he had a hankering. Quick delivery, super hot and with lots of toppings. Very tasty, would definitely recommend.

First time had a pizza from Pizza Hut for a few years. Had a Veggie Pizza with Garlic Bread and Wedges. Delivery time was quicker than estimate which was pleasant surprise. Was very impressed with taste and portion size. Drink reasonably cool and pizza was still hot. Would fully recommend if vegetarian options.

I've ordered a meat feast was way over cooked, doritos were very soggy and not edible!!! The cheesy triangles were cold n cookie dough was also over cooked tasted burnt and came with no ice cream that I aslo ordered disgusted in the serviced provided as I've called in to complain about there order an they've put the phone down on me once an then told me I need to contact uber eats like the driver is responsible 😡 I will never order from hemel pizza hut again

Extremely poor customer service if something is wrong with your order. However that may just be the Hemel branch. Would not recommend if you need to remove an item and replace it by another.

Drink was warm, pizza was also warm. Just feel disappointed overall Tbh

Terrible service. Was 35mins late (pre ordered for 8pm) When called advised that it was on its way. 15mins after that still no pizza. When finally turned up was left out side the wrong block of flats and was cold! When complained to customer service head office, they were told that this didn’t happen and made out we made this up! Shocking.

After a ten year absence I have been converted back to Pizza Hut!! The pizzas were super fresh, ingredients were fresh, spot on and tasty with a food amount of toppings. Sides were good. Delivery arrived quickly and on time!!

Still trying to order a pizza! This one only delivers to HP postcodes, so will deliver to Bovingdon which is 4.3 miles away from them but not to The Aubrey Park hotel which is 3.5 miles away from them. Honestly the idiots have taken over at both Dominos and Pizza Hut.

Food was mediocre but the delivery driver refused to come to my door as I live in the kd and had to leave the kids alone while I went down. All the other delivery guys come up and I wasn't happy at all with this

Pizza arrived and was cold. Hardly any cheese on it with all the toppings falling off it. Ordered Cherry Pepsi Max and just got a normal Pepsi Max and the cookie dough Ben & Jerrys I ordered ended up arriving as Caramel Chew Chew. For the £5 odd they charge for the pots of ice cream, they could at least attempt to get the flavour right! When mentioned to the driver he wasn't interested at all. Won't be ordering from here again.

Tasteless pizza, ingredients taste old, dry as anything on the top yet really greasy on the bottom, I thought Pizza Hut was one of the best, certainly not nowadays, they appear to be a run down outfit now

Food is nice but always gives me an upset stomach later on now, never used too when it used to be owned by clearly a different chain. Very greasy.

Not best place to find parking but they do deliver. Mac and cheese side off the menu due to lack of demand. Usually enjoy but not this time pizza a bit soggy waited 15 mins . OK visit but not great.

For a pizza that apparently came straight out the oven it was cold chicken wings slimy and yes cold was able to track the order said it was in the oven and yet I was looking at it second time we have used them and the first was bad and now the 2nd so lesson learned

Rude people serving, grunted and had no manners. No one wearing Pizza Hut shirts, people sitting around talking in the office and had to wait 5 mins before someone could be bothered to take my order. Really worried about the state of the food if that was the level of service. Pizza Hut going downhill at great speed employing people like this!!!

Awful service. Ordered for delivery n driver didn't turn up as he could not find parking despite clear instructions given on where to park. No call from the restaurant to say food would not be delivered. Had 5 nurses waiting for food who then only had 15 mins left for lunch before going back to their patients. Totally unprofessional and would never order from them again. Dominoes much better service!

I would appreciate if the employee answering the phone understands English .had to hang up in the end very disappointing

Horrible thought I would give it a go have a change from dominos, never again. Way too much cheese hardly no toppings and under cooked. 👎🏻

They make best pizza compare to others. I love veggie sizzler. Sometime they also running good offers. Always worth to ask if they running any offer or not.
