The food we received from Pizza Hut in Walton-on-Thames was burned and inedible. It was clear that no care was taken in its preparation. Despite this, Pizza Hut seemed indifferent to our complaint. We strongly advise against ordering from this location.

Only once paid you get told how long.nearly hour and a half and the food was poor quality . Hawaii covered in garlic butter . Ruined the pizza and it wasn’t asked for ! Garlic bread not even cooked.waste of money and poor quality

Normally pizza is great however I ordered today and pizza was absolutely not fresh it was chewey like a pizza had been cooked a while ago. Not only chewey the pineapple was dry!! Common guys don't take the p like this!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered online waited 1 hour 20 minutes only for the delivery to be canceled on route. I am told that the delivery driver knocked on my door and attempted to call me. I have 0 missed calls a ring door bell and I was watching from the window. I was lied to and the man on the phone at the restaurant was rude with 0 customer service skills. It’s now late at night I don’t have the food and have a 48 hour wait for a refund. Never again ever.

Really delighted with how early our order arrived! The handcrafted base was great, really light and tasty as were the halloumi fries and onion rings. First time for years I’ve ordered and really enjoyed the meal.

I'm so disappointed I ordered 9:44pm, after I order they say they will delivery 10:20 to 10:40pm it's ok I message them 10:55 my order still not delivere, they keep changing the timing so disappointed, I received my order 11:10pm so late and food is so cold I can eat it oil in the box is so greasy. I will never again. Shame

You can make another pizza with this oil 🤣 Never again...

The staff is so friendly in this outlet while ensuring Good Customer Service and the area is also quite peaceful.

I’ve been asked to leave a review. Pizzas delivery used to be free. Now you pay a charge and the delivery driver asks for a tip. He has been told to ask apparently. Pizza Hut you are getting way too greedy. Pay your drivers properly and stop getting them to beg for tips. You can’t charge for delivery and expect me to pay on top of that.

First part of my order was missing and I had to call them, they sent it out I order x2 cookie dough rolos and they only sent one out!! No refund no nothing!!

Order at 20:10 with an eta of 30-40 minutes. It is now 21:30 and no sign of order! Cannot get hold of the hut via phone either. So disappointed!!!

You got my order wrong: you gave me garlic crust whenI wanted normal crust and forgot one of my garlic dips

Awful goey mess of a pizza, simply terrible

Cold pizza’s delivered. And when we phoned to ask why they were so cold the manager questioned that we were telling the truth and said that he thinks they would have been hot…. He eventually agreed to send new pizzas after alot of unbelievable excuses and accusations and told us it would be 30 minutes. An hour later and we’re still waiting so I phoned to ask what was happening and he told us that he’s had 10 new ordered and was prioritising the new orders over sending us our new ones! Very unprofessional manager and tries everything to not send us new hot pizzas! Would not hurry to order from Walton Pizza Hut again

Pizza at walton on thames is always hot and full of flavour, the gentleman named Satyam was especially welcoming giving us really good offers and excellent customer service 5+++

This outlet is utter rubbish the staff ignored me when I came in and when another guy appeared he was unfriendly, not bothered and he couldn’t be bothered to raise his voice enough so that we couldHear him 🥴 this has to be the weirdest experience I think I’ve had in a long time. The guy clearly doesn’t like working here or the customers. I feel utterly frustrated with this place. Never again!!!!!! I asked him for chorizo and he had no idea what it is . My advice for anybody thinking of using this branch is to STAY WELL CLEAR 😬😬😬😬😬

I ordered a chicken sizzler pizza and asked specifically to make sure there was no pork on the pizza. When the delivery came the pizza had a mixture of salami and pepperoni covering the entire pizza. When I called to tell them this they refused to do anything about it and said if i wanted a different pizza i would have to pay for it. This is unacceptable from any level of service.

Home of the Pan pizza, Pizza Hut's Walton kiosk does not disappoint. Crispy on the outside, fluffy interior. Friendly custom to boot.

Don't bay any pizza from pizzahut from Walton-on-Thames I will not recommend to anyone Is better to bay a bread from tesco and some pepperoni from tesco and will be much better

as i asked. I love spicy food and we were wondering what to eat. Friend told me pizza and went to get pizza. Nice staff and got knowledge about waht they doing. I asked them to make my pizza a hot and spicy. After 10 min, pizza was wow…. taste was exactly what i expected. Love it ❤️❤️…

The pizza from here is always excellent. I ordered and collected from Walton as delivery always come from Staines and are normally overcooked dry and burnt. It's worth the journey to get pizza how it should be.

Ordered a few times and so far so good! Will be buying from here from now on because our usual place Papa Johns in Walton went absolute 💩e

When I used to work there all was much better than now! There is this young manager that doesn't know too much!

Will keep this short and sweet. Waited over 2 hours for my order, no one picks up the phone for you to communicate about your order. Don't even think about ordering from here is my advice.

What a disgrace. My wife ordered Pizza while i was away, which never arrived without any explanation. Having to look after our babies we rely on takeaways sometimes but pizza hut was a huge let down. Never ever again! We are better of supporting local pizzerias who appreciates local business and customers.

Awful place, service is non-existant, they turn the phone down to pretend not to hear it ring, close unexpectedly and don't fulfill orders, there are many other places in Walton, excellent places, and this is certainly not one of them.

Never pick up the phone just ordered £50 worth of pizza online for delivery but it’s collection so some muppet will have a free pizzas because u don’t answer your phone bad for business I’d say . Never again

I ordered online some pizzas for my daughter’s birthday, they didn’t show up for delivery at the expected time. Called them incessantly, no one answering until the phone disconnecting. Eventually the manager picked up the call, but couldn’t be bothered to find my order (despite me wanting to share the order number and payment confirmation). The manager managed to send some Pizzas after my complaint, which were delivered nearly by the end of the birthday party, but all of them came soggy, the boxes were all smashed, cheese was stuck on the top of the cardboard. Driver’s manners were also not the most appropriate. This place nearly ruined my daughter’s birthday party. All the guests were appalled with the lack of manners and professionalism from this people. So far not even an apology from their side. Avoid it!

Called 16 times until it rings out , waited just under 2 hours now still no delivery and impossible to contact !! Never use this place ! I can only hope they go out of business and struggle financially because its disgusting to not even be able to contact them to resolve an issue ! The other poor reviews speak for themselves!

Large pizza good value and quick service

Paid for extra pineapple on a Hawaiian pizza and they went the opposite way and put maybe 4-5 tiny pieces on a XL pizza. Not sure what’s so difficult about following simple instructions.

Please just don't waste your time with this shower. About 2 years ago we stopped using them because of the shocking service but thought we would try again tonight. No idea where our pizza is, late, no one answers the phone - I've called 4 times now and it rings out until it disconnects. Happy to take your money quickly, not happy to deliver what you have paid for. Back to Dominos all the way.

I ordered from online .delivery was on time and driver was so polite and hold the food really securely. As your regular customer will recommend this place to every one who are looking for fresh pizza.

This place is taking a p..s!!! They are a Pizza Hut so tried to order through their app. It says they are closed which is not true!!! They switch the app off!! Called the restaurant and guy on the phone told me to order through Deliveroo or Uber Eats which is at least £6-£8 more expensive and drivers take multiple orders and your food arrives late and they have attitude!! Complained and reported to Pizza Hut and awaiting reply! Advise other customers to do the same!! Out-f…ing-ragous!!!

Ordered via Deliveroo, both pizzas cold when they arrived, dough stale, tasteless, dry and chewy. Driver had turned boxes on side so the pizzas had spilled out everywhere and become one sloppy mess. Won't be returning, reckon Pizza Hut need to review this franchise.

Every time I have orderd always something wrong with it ethire it’s late or it’s missing something from the order

28/03. Ordered at 18:39, it is now 21:04 and it still has not arrived. 2 & 1/2 hours for delivery. I was happy to accept the hour and a half that I was advised but it’s now two and a half and it’s still not arrived. Hungry and not happy!!

Had to go and collect my pizza delivery because no one would answer the phone and they were 45 mins late told Mark the manager I wanted a refund but he apparently couldn’t offer one and told me a sob story that he hadn’t had a drink of water all night- sorry Mark not my problem!

Absolutely useless, every single order I have made with them has been wrong, wrong toppings, wrong base, missing toppings. Simple orders they get so wrong??!! Avoid at all costs.

Update 3: how many months have passed now? Still no refund, no one contacts me back. Apparently no one monitors these reviews either because I see no responses to any reviews. There's absolutely no assistance whatsoever. Will try to contact pizza hut one more time. I expect whoever I talk to will tell me I'll need to wait another 16 working days for my refund and once again they'll "forget" to process it... Update 2: 2 weeks later and I still don't have a refund. Received today £10 gift card to spend at pizza hut. Hilarious!!! Waiting for a manager to call me but no guarantee it'll happen today. Was informed it will take 16 working days more to process the refund IF it's approved. I requested to have the gift card cancelled as I want nothing to do with pizza hut and I'm not going to be forced to spend more money with them. If anyone monitors these reviews, I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!! 2 weeks ago: Absolutely appalling service. After 1h30 waiting for an order. Over 20mins on the phone with customer service because the restaurant doesn't answer or rejects calls. Ask to cancel the order and receive a refund only to be told it will take up to 16 days to process. 16 days!!! Never again with pizza hut!
