Hace 5 horas | Pedí recogida a las 8 pm | Entro al restaurante ya alguien se está quejando por teléfono - diciendo algo sobre un pedido equivocado | luego intentan darme una pizza diferente para la recogida | luego se niegan sobre el hecho de que pedí una recogida | Tuve que mostrarles mi recibo | luego dijeron que no han hecho mi pedido (mientras me muestran el recibo del pedido en mano 🤣) . Ahora tengo que esperar otros 15 minutos para mi pedido (cuando les he avisado con suficiente antelación). Es la primera vez que experimentas algo así en un restaurante de cadena Para cualquiera que quiera un pedido de pizza en Meadowhall, vale la pena la entrega en lugar de este terrible servicio

Ordered a large Margherita pizza last night, within about 4 hours my stomach realised something wasn’t right, I’ve had now been very unwell for over 12 hours. Food hygiene need to check this place out, I’m currently severely ill since ordering here.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and was given a normal pizza base, I was then told by a rude and dismissive member of the team that they sent me this pizza as “they had ran out of gluten free bases”. Rather than call me to let me know they delivered an item I could not eat due to coeliac disease and they have refused to refund the order. Stay away if you have allergens as this restaurant does not respect them.

Last week I ordered vegetarian pizza and they delivered nonveg items, after that I called and told them issues and they replied you will get refund and after getting follow ups, sending emails, filling forms and after every process they declined my refund request. Worst experience ever with this people, now I will think 100 times before visit this place.

Pedido en grupo grande para entrega. . . La entrega fue casi 30 minutos tarde. Falta pizza y botella de Pepsi. Habló con un miembro del personal de la tienda que argumentó que habían entregado todo, pero no lo hicieron. La oficina central me dio un reembolso parcial (a través de un código de descuento), pero el personal en la tienda tenía una mala actitud y un servicio al cliente terrible. No ordenaré desde aquí otra vez.

Ordered 4 pizza's only delivered 3. Did not replace, said we ordered wrong. The deal was a 2 pizza deal x2. Will not use again

Food items always missing and they blame the Deliveroo rider eating them. Utterly rude incompetent staff. Not worth the money at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Would mark service zero stars if I could. Female particularly rude

I'm a regular guest in this Pizza Hut. Today is my first day back in Sheffield. Thanks to Mr. AJ, who offered me a tasty meal and good service.

Order didn’t arrive, restaurant didn’t answer the phone.

Really bad says open at 11, went at 11:30 and the guy was only just unlocking the door when i asked what time it would be open, he said 1 hour and a half meaning orders would only be ready at 1.

They have poor customer service. My order was not delivered at all; the delivery man went to the wrong address and then back to the Hut. He told me that some other delivery person would deliver my pizza, and it was 23:00, but no one delivered. I called several times, but no one picked up the next day; when I called, they said it had been delivered, but it was not delivered to me. Then I complained to customer services, and after several emails, they believed me that I hadn't received the order. It was a horrible experience with the Pizza Hut.

You can't eat in .. only take a way and workers there not really happy doing they own that's the way he they talking to the customers 👎

Great pizza and great service. Always fast to make your order and manger James is always happy to help/compensate if anything goes wrong. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys pizza or a feed after a few beers

This place is a good to go option when I return late after work to get some really good food. The man who attended me named James gave a medium pizza when my order was for small and even gave some extra sauces as well as it wasn't really expected. Really good service.

Ordered a pizza at 10.40pm. Called the store who advised that it will be delivered. Received email to say pizza should be with us at 11.15pm. Called at 11.30pm only to be told that the order is for the next day despite having an email to confirm it was for today! I still agreed to have to order today and will wait another 20 mins. I then receive a call to say we have no pan dough and would I be happy with another base. Being involved in franchising and fast food for over 15 years I do understand that issue can happen however it should have been dealt with better. Very dissatisfied.

Ordered food off of Deliveroo and was instantly disgusted at the price however seen reviews of the food being fab so we decided to treat ourselves and give it a go. We ordered 2 large pizzas , 2 sides , a large bottle of Pepsi and several dips . No dips or drinks turned up with our order and the food was god awful ! £70 pounds worth of food and the supposed ‘ hot honey chicken strips’ were gooey and undercooked with a tiny drizzle of hot honey , the macaroni cheese was watery and oily with absolutely no flavour and the pizzas were dry , over cooked and terribly made. Absolutely horrendous food and I wouldn’t recommend to anybody to waste their money. I Imagine the chefs could do with some extra training hours 🤦🏻‍♀️

I used this Pizza Hut yesterday, 6/4/24, as a regular customer of this location I can only offer praise for the quality of the good and the service. They are my first choice for takeaway pizza and the only thing that could change that is the ridiculous way Sheffield City Council are trying to exclude vehicles from the town centre. Excellent service - tasty food, on time and friendly staffs. I received the order ( delivery) from one of the employee of Pizza Hut named Gulfraz (driver)who delivered my order on time and was patient enough to wait for me for 5-10 mins. Very amiable person!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've always loved Pizza Hut chain but tonights experience was disappointing to say at the very least. It was supposed to be a treat. My vegan pizza arrived with dairy cheese on it, I can not eat this, I called and was told by a member of staff that they'd probably ran out of vegan cheese so just swapped with dairy instead?! Like how is that even okay, what about allergies and intolerances?! Asked for refund, was told to email.

They don't deliver. The order was marked as being packed for 30 minutes, then all of a sudden it's marked as delivered when no one came to deliver it. A scam, nothing else.

Food is really nice but it took forever for them to serve me. After waiting for ages I alerted them to my presence, they continued with what they were doing. Even then they didn't acknowledge they had me waiting ages. sounded like they were arguing in the back. Pizza hut service standards are dropping

Went to collect my pizza but it wasn’t ready. No one was at the counter when I first came in and the phone was ringing for a good 20 seconds as the 2 employees were talking behind. One bald guy and an Indian lady. When he finally picked up the phone he shouted “No delivery No delivery!” To the person on the other side of the phone. I then told him I’m here to collect. Bald guy didn’t even know I ordered. Went back to tell the Indian lady to make my pizza. I get that retail workers have a hard time at their retail jobs but come on. Pizza Hut is a big chain and they’re hiring people like this and the restaurant looks super rundown. I’m typing this as I’m waiting for my pizza right now. Let’s hope the pizza isn’t as bad as the service.

I have collected a peperoni pizza. The pizza box had a hole under it so all the peperoni oil covered my white shirt that I bought recently. So after I washed my shirt the oil didnt removed from my shirt and I had to throw the shirt because they didnt use any paper under the pizza and the box was damaged. I wont buy any thing from that shop any more.

Terrible cold food came 2 hours late

Awful. Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Tried to call for an hour but kept getting cut off. When it was eventually delivered and I said I didn't want it (kids in bed, hungry), the delivery man confirmed they were just hanging up the phone when people called. Delivery man said he would request a refund (5 stars for that poor bloke) but who knows if I'll get it.

Thought I'd write my review while I wait over 90 mins for pizza to arrive. Looking at the other reviews I took a gamble. Wish I'd not. Give this lot a miss

Absolutely god-awful service last night. Order a £20 order that never arrived. Literally £20 down the drain that they are refusing to refund. Placed a second order only for it to come without ice cream, told the driver the order was incomplete and he yelled at me that it wasn't. Rang to ask that he bring the ice cream, he yelled at me again, hung up, blocked my number. Tried to get through to the store by phone, left ringing for 30 minutes and repeatedly hung up on. Never ordering from here again, absolute bloody disgrace.

I just feel like if I choose classic crust (with garlic sprinkles) I should actually get the garlic sprinkles on my crust? Yet everytime without fail they refuse to put it on

The staff here are so rude and have actually put me off buying from here. I live near the store in apartment building and they often are impatient and passive aggresive probably because they feel I should collect while being completely ignorant to the fact that I can't leave the building right now. The last time a delivery driver actually glared at me and said nothing and walked away saying nothing because the lifts took about 3 minutes to take me down. Doing their jobs is an insult to them apparently.

Definitely the best in store Pizza Hut experience I've had. Extremely friendly staff. I believe I spoke to an Aliza and Mohammed Majid who were wonderful. All my needs were catered for (plus extra) and the food was spot on! I had an issue with my Samsung mobile phone payment and they were very understanding allowing me the time to go to my car and get my card. To mention today's delivery, the food was extremely hot and intact. I've had issues with other pizza deliveries where the food is cold and the cheese melts on the box but this was not the case. The delivery driver arrived in a blue estate Toyota car - he was extremely professional and adhered to all coronavirus protocols. Absolutely 0 complaints.

I didn't get my order until 4 hours after it was placed. Even after we repeatedly called the store to enquire about status, we didn't even receive it until I drove to the restaurant and picked it up (still had to wait 20 minutes for it too because they'd clearly forgot about it)

I forgot that its not halal and made paparoni and chicken supreme order. After a while I remembered and called them back and they agreed to change it to margerita even thou it was abit late. Very friendly and considerate staff.

Took over 2 hours for food to arrive, when it did it was cold. They refused to pick up the phone, currently waiting for a refund. Just go to dominoes, it's much better for a similar price.

Ordered an hour and a half ago online, said its gonna be 25-35mins and it's still not been delivered, tried ringing multiple times and line was busy every time, too hungry to wait any longer so if they do come, my line will be freaking busy

Ordered Pizza, got notified that the delivery will be late. Received pizza after an hour by the time we were starving. Garlic dips were replaced with sour cream and mountain dew with 7up, without our consent. As we were already hungry, so I had accept the delivery. But totally disappointed..
