As a loyal customer of pizza hut I have been severely disappointed by the treatment of your staff, Mariella, who appears to be the manager. After ordering and approaching the salad bar we took 3 bowls rather than 2. She came up to us and we were mistaken, so I offered to pay extra for whatever we have taken. However without giving us the space to talk she came back to us and told us don’t eat it anymore in the rudest manner and made sure she was loud enough for everyone to look at us. Keep in mind the third bowl was for my youngest sister and we had no issue paying at all. I’ve never felt so disappointed and disgusted by this behaviour whilst I was sitting with a family. Not only was her behaviour appalling but her treatment with the customers next to us was completely different, the couple seated beside us received warm welcoming service, clearly showing her discriminatory treatment towards my family which is completely unacceptable. I rarely leave bad reviews but staff should have basic respect towards their customers.

Great selection of mouth watering buffet pizzas & pasta for Vegetarians & Meat lovers. The salad bar was full of lovely fresh vegetables & vegan dressings. Gluten free & vegan options are available to order from the menu. They have a wide range of hot/cold drinks including beers & wines. The staff are very friendly & welcoming. A 5* restaurant, great food & family friendly.

Please don't waste your time, lose your money, and destroy your health by choosing this place rude customer Services bad food and very dirty place I ever seen . Stuff keep shouting in a very loud bad words, which is very rude not only on us but two or three other clinets.. I'll never visit this branch or any other branches again ... Be careful ...

The food was not at all hot and when told manager about it she was like you already ate 1 piece what kind of behaviour is this not at all accepted with such a big brand in food industry the name of the manager was Ghadi

A waitress named Pola, was such a sweetheart and brought such a warm energy into the restaurant.

Staff behaviour was very rude and unfriendly, food was good. i ordered a takeaway pizza but during the waiting time I asked about tissue, bin and sauces, staff’s didn’t pay a bit also their response was very rude. Didn’t expect this service.

They gave me the old pizza hut taste. Love it and when I come back to London definitely will eat from it

Food was spectacular! Service was excellent. Regards to Mariola for outstanding service and she was extremely polite and helpful. She served us amazingly and recommended foods that tasted out of this world. The lotus biscoff cheesecake with ice cream is a must to try.

An unexpected oasis amongst the crazy busy Christmas foot traffic of Oxford St. Thought we would try the feast for 4 as we were getting too tired and cranky to make any decisions. From the moment we sat down, the team were the most welcoming people we have met in our time in London. 11/10 for everything service and food, felt every bit a small family pizza shop rather than a typical Pizza Hut. You made our evening.

Bottom less drinks taste was weird, salad bar was poorly maintained. Something was seriously wrong with the taste of Pizza. Finally received cookie dough after long wait and it was frozen. Entire experience was ruined. To top service was not good. I think Pizza Hutt is now dead and a memory from past. This restaurant just confirmed it.

Food of poor quality and more expensive than the Italian pizzerias in the area, it seems like a joke more than 30 pounds for the family pizza and 19 for a dwarf one

Really nice venue, lots of space when we went and not too busy! Service was quick though as with all their restaurants you need to use your phone to order via the QR code. Don't forget you can also use your Meerkat Meals incentive here too for 25% off .. neat! Perfect if you're coming back from winter wonderland!

Mariola is so friendly and helpful! She should get a special bonus for the month of December as being so polite & giving the best customer services. Pizzas were freshly made and served well.

I visited this place on a Tuesday night with a friend after work, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. While the food itself was fine, the service left much to be desired. After placing our order, we received just the pizza on a platter. When we politely asked for two plates, the server gave us an odd look and abruptly dropped them on the table without a word. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was the clear contrast in how other patrons were treated. The couple seated beside us received warm, attentive service with smiles and timely delivery. Despite ordering two glasses of water, we were never served. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lack of basic courtesy and the noticeable difference in treatment made us feel unwelcome. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure all guests are treated equally and with respect.

Great location, great prices, great food but the service from our waiter Reece was what made it really special! Super friendly, helpful and informative! It’s not often you experience customer service like that nowadays!

The food is very good, the service is fast, and the place is clean, but be careful with the Arabs, it is not halal. Order only vegetables and cheese. The meat is illegal, but I recommend the pizza, it is very delicious😍👌🏻

Nice place lot of room between tables and friendly staff

I would like to highlight two every helpful employees named Mohammed and Marlola who helped me in undoing my transaction done from a wrong credit card to the correct one. They helped me fix a critical mistake with patience and positivity. My day was made. Kudos to them both!

The most disappointing Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. The pizza was below average. The salad didn’t have macaroni. What kind of pizza place doesn’t have crushed red pepper/chili flakes??? Idk if this is a UK thing but I’ve never seen pizza without chili flakes anywhere in the world in my entire life

I used to work on Oxford street nearly 40 years ago and often went to get my salad from here. It was great seeing the salad how I remember it and would recommend it. Great lunch deals with pizza and ice cream. Thank you to Tracy for being such a great hostess.

The behavior of the staff is very bad, not worthy of a great entity called Pizza Hut Order delayed We sat along it and then we were told that it was reserved!! Why is there no receptionist to tell us from the beginning?

Very bad service. Had to walk out . Was sitting down for 25 mins no one came my self and my mother. I had approached a staff member and she stated she will be with me , however waited another 10 mins . Spoke to a staff member if they could please serve us and she disagreed and stated I have to use the QR code , I had explained I could not because I need to speak to someone about my allergies before placing an order, but she didn’t give Me the chance to explain this. Instead she just stated I have to use the QR. Code . I had to walk out the customer service was really bad . There was over 10 staff there I don’t understand why someone could not serve me . For Pizza Hut to be a big company with these kind of people working there it’s very disappointing. Myself and another lady walked out of the restaurant. The staff member didn’t care she just walked off . She was wearing a black hijab in her own cloths I am assuming she is manger and if she is manger pizza but needs to look more into their recruitment . Very disappointing

Overall it was a decent experience but mainly due to the excellent service provided by Bijal K, the waitress. The food left a lot to be desired for. The tiny size of the salad bowls were simply laughable, the service by the other waiters were quite abysmal and seemed like they couldn't be asked to move around much. The pizza was quite nice (chicken supreme with extra chicken and cheese), the bbq wings were some of the worst you'll ever come across, their ice cream and fries were great.

The place is beautiful, organized and spacious But the pizza was better Because the pizza in the Gulf in general is much better than this one.

Used to come here regularly but now they upped their prices small pizza £17 and sharing £35😂 its actually ridiculous didn’t even taste nice like it was before barely any mozzarella on it, i noticed everyone was eating except pizza no wonder.. the vibe there is nice however
