Very impressed with the service from all the staff including Nidhi very sweet and always available to help. Coming to food, typical pizza hut but should have options of halal in the buffet to accommodate everyone.

The host nidhi was really good and she worked really well under pressure being the only one that was working on the restaurant floor by herself

Today i been with my family to dine in. Food is great & waitress service is good but i had a worst experience with the behavior of that lady manager, who is clearly showing racism to the customers

Visited pizza hut restaurant on new year day to celebrate my son’s birthday. Called the restaurant in the morning to book the table for 12 people but as it was 1st January, most of the tables were booked already. I was asked to walk in directly and might have to wait based on the availability. Reached around 12:30. More than half of the restaurant was empty. So no need to wait and ready to be served. We tried buffet lunch with unlimited salad. Decent options in salad and the pizzas were hot and fresh. Staff members were friendly and keen to assist. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend to everyone. Pizza hut restaurant is located inside beckton triangle retail park and allows 3 hours of free car parking.

Very friendly staff. Pizza and salad bar is well presented and tidy. Parking available which is good. Only downside is the company doesn’t accept cash payment, and only available to order online.

Took my friend for a quick lunch on the way home. Food was brilliant (took buffet, and I love pizza so much to chose from), manager interacted with customers, smiley waitress, nice and clean - what else would you expect from a restaurant? Thank you guys!

Keli was extremely helpful! I accidentally ordered a pizza with Pork (I don’t eat pork) and she approached me at my table and informed me and arranged for an alternative vegetarian one! Thank you Keli and the Beckton branch.

Terrible attitude from waiting staff. Accusatory behaviour and little to no skills in customer service. Not happy with the service at all. Was also told the buffet was closed but was not cleared away till at least an hour later. Creating a bad name for the brand.

If I could give -5* I would. First at all, totally unprepared and not trained staff to cope with the customers. Second, people who use to go there are disgusting, I went there(against my will) twice, just because there is no other option around. And I tell you, is like a pizzeria in the middle of a jungle, people doesn't know what mean good manners or been polite or even use good sense, it's like a mad max movie, and everybody is starving or fighting for their lives. Tables dirty, seats are sticky, the buffet was messy and all food was mixed up, the spoons was disgustingly stick, the pizza was lacking toppings, was more like they was lacking ingredients to fill properly. The manager??? He was rude, not get involved or tryed to help us with all the complaints, he just ignore our complains and leave us talking with the walls wen we was nearly been attacked by two women from hell. I don't believe a word of those good reviews because they are biased, you all know what I'm talking about. I prefer starve to death than go back there. AVOID FOR YOUR LIFE!

The fact it wasn't overcrowded which is in previous times an issue as the buffet food runs out quickly and you end up having to wait for long periods for refills

Hardly any cheese or topping on the pizza £17 for a medium pizza. It tasted like eating dough. Salad what was left looked dry. Not topped up completely empty on salad potatoes

The manager is always very rude! Experienced it many times. He changes prices and what you can order based on who he is serving. Staff constantly hover around tables to count drinks watching whilst you eat. - avoid until they change the manager

Worst Pizza hut I’ve ever been too As soon as you walk in the 2 staff was too busy into their own conversations a man and lady very unprofessional not even greet or acknowledge us to after finishing there conversation. Also requested for air con to be turned down as it was too cold to even eat was literally shivering to be pulled faces at. What a joke Worst customer service !!!!

Considering it was weekday and we went post 9pm, the restaurant was pretty empty and therefore the experience was good. The server were helpful and showed where each stuff was. However, please note the salad bar gets empty and does not get topped up later in the evening.

Woman took our order and gave herself a tip without asking us, I had only seen it after she took our order. We ordered takeaway so I’m unsure why we got charged for this. I wouldn’t recommend this place

My first time here at Pizza Hut Beckton because we were visiting friends nearby. We used the QR code on the table to scan and order our food. It was easy enough to use and pay. We were not rushed to eat. We were with our two under 12 children and was not made to feel pressured to give the table back or keep the noise down nor feel bad for making a mess of the table/chairs. The food was fresh and hot. Very tasty! The lady called Binu was friendly and came to check up on us every now and again. Gave use our glasses, cutlery and bowls quite quickly.

Ruined pizza as it was cold. Either ensure your delivery guys have appropriate accessories to deliver pizzas or do something at the restaurant.

We visited the place today. From the moment we entered, we are welcomed with a big smile by SHARMIN. She not only helped us chosing the best place for us to sit but also with menu and getting few things for kids. She would come to you to make sure if you are comfortable or if you need anything. She deserves 10 stars as she makes you feel being looked aftered. A true asset to Pizza Hut.

Binu was extremely helpful and accommodating. She would regularly check to see if we needed anything else and how our experience was, she also played with our children and made our experience overall very enjoyable.

Dietary requirements and requests not met

Had a lovely lunch with my mum, the restaurant is clean, light, spacious and above all the staff are so very helpful. They have amazing buffet deals and the food was hot and tasty. We got unlimited salad, fresh tomatoes, peppers, onions, jalapeños, cucumber etc., ate bowlfuls with a choice of over 4 sauces. Really cheerful relaxed place and toilets are clean too. Thanks to all staff who serve with great customer service.

Nice place to have a pizza eat in. The staff was kind and they assisted us all along during our dinner. Scan menu was playing around sometimes when amending options. The buffet with salads was a great idea. Ice cream unfortunately melted in the machine but staff was helpful and they gave us ice cream from the freezer!

The go-to pizza place for the family. Easy parking, friendly staff (Binu was nice and friendly), hot cheesy pizza, unlimited fresh salad, what more to ask!
