Pizza Hut Restaurants in Medway

Had a xmas work meal here and using the app to order for a large group was a pain and fiddly to for meal deal options. No other option but to use the app. Food was really nice but no real atmosphere, quiet, no xmas buzz or music. Just a bit quiet and dull. 1 member of staff on who was great with food support (some of the party have specialist dietary requirements) but left her running about for all tables

I came in for lunch and i received excellent service from the lovely staff and the manager who helped us fix an online issue.

Well over priced for what you get . I would rather use my another Pizza Hut which give me better service at a good price,

Probably one of the slowest restaurant services I have ever experienced, restaurant was empty & staff seemingly doing nothing other the waitress who kept going to the door to talk to a group of boys. We waited 35mins for our food (there was only one other table of diners), We were left with dirty plates on the table for nearly half an hour, the waitress walked straight past our table twice to go outside to speak to the group of boys loitering outside, then the waitress came to ask if we were ready for dessert and then walked off leaving the plates? I’d actually by this point stacked them all for her to make easier & make the table look tidier. They were finally cleared when the desserts were served, we mentioned this, it was ignored & the waiter just walked off. Really disappointed sums the experience up.

When my order arrived it was cold so quite disappointed considering how much it cost it was not really acceptable.

Wouldn't normally write a review for a chain but the staff were so lovely. I messed up my order and they did everything they could to get it fixed for me really really quickly. Very impressed.

Jaryn served us and was really welcoming. Extremely polite service and such a helpful individual.

Came with my children for the buffet. Couldn't pay online as had no connection. Very nice manager invited me to pay at the till. Salad bar was fairly tidy. Pizza was hot, but as always, they couldn't keep up with the demand for the magerita pizza. Music was too loud, couldn't easily hear the children at times.

The hut has fallen a long way since it's heyday,it just feels a bit out dated the app for ordering is a pain when staff are available to take your order A lot of resteraunts offer pizza just as good for less so it's no surprise a lot of huts have closed Although there is nothing really wrong with here I just feel a bit disappointed and sorry for the place

Booked a last table the night before to celebrate my daughters 11th birthday with immediate family. Other than mentioning the booking, there were no signs or expectations. I was asked who's birthday it was, and my daughters day was made with the most amazing surprise. Such a personal touch and a real example of customer service above and beyond! Such kindness, I hope Becca & Danni can be acknowledged for the remarkable way in which they carry out their jobs. Thank you so much, a memory that won't be forgotten.

Amazing service couldn’t be more pleased. Visited for my youngest sons birthday and without knowing the team brought out his very own little cake with a candle and a made up card with all the team on it ❤️ Thank you my son is very happy and has made his day even more with that surprise

Quick and easy. We were able to order as soon as we sat down and becuase we chose the buffet it meant we could help ourselves. It was nice to have the choice of pizzas and I enjoyed the pastas too. Cathy, the manager was really friendly and made us feel welcome.

I’m not sure when a pepperoni pizza for 2 people became £30.99 but the folks at Pizza Hut are out of touch with reality.

We love the salad cart (despite the flavoured oils being discontinued) and the fact that, even with allergies and intolerances, I'm always able to enjoy a delicious meal out at this venue. 😋 The staff are very accommodating and helpful and they always go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. Several members of management and waiting staff have bothered to remember children's names etc. We've enjoyed many Sundays, weekday evenings and special occasions in this establishment. It's always a huge hit with the younger members of the family (especially the ice-cream and sweety self-service station) who cannot resist pushing the buttons on the unlimited drinks machine! It is also enjoyed by the older members of the family too. Three generations of our family frequent this Pizza Hut, whether it's for a yummy pit stop after shopping or something more special such as a birthday party or anniversary. It's really convenient having ample parking on the doorstep and other things to do so close by. 👌🏼 Fantastic food, likeable location, supportive staff and memorable moments made. Served by Becca this evening , very friendly she explained how the ordering worked and for us to do it on our phones but any problems just to give her a call , lovely hot food, good selection on the salad cart as well . Amy was very friendly as well . Well done girls , saved me cooking 😅

Visited Dockside restaurant today, what an absolute pleasure, restaurant immaculate, staff Ellie and Herm were pleasant, nothing to much trouble. Even the manager Harley came and had a chat with me and my family. Would highly recommend.*****

Food was cold and poorly packed, causing leaks.

The team were so friendly and helpful, took my son down for his birthday and they had made a little table card and a big brownie for his treat. Really thoughtful and made for a special birthday treat.

The worse pizza I've ever ordered.. Was covered in that much grease it was un eatable.. Hard and nasty.. Absolute disgrace.. 1 word.. Minging.. Avoid this place like the plague!

I came in with my girlfriend before seeing a film at the odeon, we came in at 8 and we had unlimited drinks and salad, the food took a while for the pizza and chicken so I asked a server (abi) who was so polite about it and went out back and sorted it immediately, there was a tec issues where my order didn’t go on the screen but they resolved the issue so fast and the food was delicious and all the servers where so polite and kind! Abi was an amazing server apologised for the delay on food and was super kind and nice to talk to, we also then got some vouchers which I wasn’t trying to get but they insisted, just seems like a place with the most amazing kind staff, and as I said the food was delicious!

Being able to just go straight to the Buffett with no waiting times and constant variety of pizza. The salad was being replenished all the time so nothing ran out.

Went a few months ago. Absurd how expensive this place is now, though the deal we got was okay I guess, but no drinks included, and those were really expensive. With the deal we got some chicken strips which came out raw, got returned, then came out raw a second time. First time can be a mistake, twice is flat out negligence by people that just don't care. Manager did apologise both times, replace the food and even comped the strips in particular so kudos to him at least.

We visited yesterday, we had an absolutely lovely experience, from being greeted by the manager and sat at the table, the food was lovely and the wait time for food was so quick. All the staff was really helpful and so friendly.

So food was served very quickly, I would say the cheese was a bit underdone ... could have had some brown bits rather than just being melted. They stacked up the cheesey garlic bread so it all stuck together in one lump. You order through your phone, but it asks if you want to leave a tip before you pay, and before you know if its worth giving a tip! Feel sorryy for the staff there. The water machine was just a dribble, so if you want some water be prepared to wait. Some outdoor seating available if you like a car park view.

Update review. The staff are excellent. The food is hot & freshly cooked. The staff are very helpful & friendly. Outstanding 👍.

The food is standard Pizza Hut offering. However, the service of Aimee was exceptional. She genuinely cares about the people who come to the restaurant. She deserves a pat on the back and a raise from the administration.

Delicious piping hot food just before the buffet closed at 3pm and the staff were first class especially the manager Kara who told us not to rush as it had gone way past 3pm. We’re 2 very slow pensioners

Had the buffet again today , there was plenty of choice , fresh ones bought out regularly and lovey cheesy garlic bread to, lots of choice at the salad bar

I came into the restaurant and felt rather lost at the new online ordering system. Luckily a very helpful member of staff talked me through the ordering process step by step. The staff all appear very friendly. Food wasn't bad either :) . Left very happy.

Easy to order, the variety and quality of the food was great, friendliest staff, whole place was clean and welcoming. Love the booths, they give a really welcoming cosy feel.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing. £25 for a 11 inch cheese and tomato pizza?! Lady who seated us was lovely but won't be paying 25 pound for a normal size pizza

Took a party of eleven 10 years for a birthday. The staff couldn't have been more helpful despite complicated orders and very over excited children back and forth to the tables filling drinks and salad bowls. I would highly recommend coming here. The kids meals were very reasonable for a side, main, drink and pudding. Thankyou for such amazing service

Food was so cold when it turned up. It was awful and inedible. I didn’t bother to warm it and instead my partner ended up going out to pick up some food as this was beyond a joke. I’ve submitted a refund request as this was terrible

The friendliness of the greating staff was outstanding, the food was delivered timiously and was hot. We enjoyed our visit and would definatly come again.

Ordered a supposedly regular sized pizza for £18.99. There's no way i would have placed an order knowing I'd get a kid size, 6 slice pizza and came in a box labelled 'small'.

Staff were friendly when I came in. Food was available, fresh and hot. Drinks came quickly and the wait time was short. The restaurant was clean.

Wouldn't bother going, firstly you have to order your meal on your phone, and they want a tip in advance, secondly if your eating in as a couple with drinks and sides, expect to be exchanging the same sort of cash you would if you were eating a nice steak meal. Well overpriced for a fast food restaurant. We had to send back food that was poorly cooked and sparce toppings.

Was a bit poor as quality goes , bit disappointed

the delivery man carried our order on his hand from his car to our door, not even placed in the thermal delivery bag, so we ended up having a cold pizza and a watery ice cream, normally they carry the bag up to your door and at least your food is warm when you get it, but not this time, I wasn’t even sure if he placed it in the thermal bag because the pizza was stone cold when we have it, shocking

LAZY WAITRESS a 5’4/5’5, black hair in a messy bun, dark ish skin tone looks Asian. Dressed in all black clothes Was SO SO SO lazy with simply picking up the menus to put down the food. Didn’t know where to put the pizza down on the table when it was all clear. When we finished she. Couldn’t. Be. Asked. To get the pizza pan to take back. My family and I are very hands on people we do help out the waitresses and waiters but you can DEFINITELY tell when someone doesn’t want to do their job.

It was very enjoyable all round. Getting great service and food just perfect with the best pizza around.

Slow service, salad bowls dirty, tables not being cleaned and other people were getting turned away even though there was tables that needed cleaning. No host at door.. people scratching their heads waiting to get seated. Seemed understaffed but the staff that were working were friendly and helpful - they were doing their best considering their job load.

Never received the order. Why cant you call people if there is a problem with the order. Dreadful service. I want a refund.

Great food. We haven’t been to Pizza Hut in over 10 years, not for any Particular reason but just haven’t. Not a bad priced meal option as we did the buffet option for two adults and two children which worked out around £52 Cleaning enough, and there was definitely enough staff walking round

Pizza wasn’t cooked properly. Most of topping was just a thick layer of cold tomato sauce with hardly any cheese and what there was was barely melted.

the service was absolutely terrible the servers didn’t have a clue what they were doing. although kind, they seemed as though they hadn’t been trained properly. would not recommend coming here. the service was slow and when speaking to a female manager about how long my food was going to take after waiting for an hour, she couldn’t give me any support and didn’t apologise.

The driver has delivered my food someone else I’m really not happy S he even called me for directions and still failed to bring me my food

Far too overpriced for how much food there was and it wasn't even good enough to be worth it, the waitresses weren't welcoming or seemed to know what their doing, I get that it's probably a minimum wage job but come on don't ask me if I'm done with the menus in a tone like you're talking to a child.

I normally never leave reviews, always leaving tips but here… Service is appalling, don't bother to come here, 30min wait for empty glasses and blank coffee, pizzas with see throughout pepperoni sinking in tomato base. Staff with no training, no friendliness or interest in customer whatsoever, very disappointing and ruined family dinner. Not coming back. Improvements definitely needed.

Food was an hour delayed and when arrived was stone cold

The restaurant was nearly empty but the server did her best to make us feel rushed to get out by hanging around and keep returning to our table to check we've no plates etc to take. The server wasn't rude atall but she did have an air of not wanting to be there which came across to my whole family.

Sent our niece here for a mini 11+ exams celebration. It was my first time so I was excited. At the entrance we were told that they do not take any cash so we could only use card. I didn't think that was inclusive at all and we were only lucky to have a card with us because we did come prepared with cash. The service was a little slow. It did feel like a 25-30 minute wait for food after we ordered on our phones. The kids finished their entire activity booklet before the meals came so it was a while!The salad didn't have great dressing options too. The pizza tasted ok but didn't finish my salad. The kids did enjoy the bottomless ice cream for sure. It works, just not sure if I'll visit again but I'm not against it.

It is ok. The air con was on really high and it wasnt a warm day... we were cold when we sat down. Ordered pizza and the wrong size came so we had a new one brought out. Went to collect ice creams and ths machine ran out! Food is good as always.

The food and drink was decadent, ordering was easy as can be, and our waiter Muhammad was all smiles, very patient and a pleasure to be around. Me and my son are excited to return here again.

Some horrid badly behaved children spoilt the visit. Left table in disgusting state. Felt sorry for staff who had to deal with it. Some people shouldn't be allowed to raise children

Early and nice not very hot but not a problem

Driver left restaurant and went to Gillingham where he stopped for at least 15 minutes. By the time my order arrived over an hour later than estimated in Chatham it was all stone cold so had to go in the dustbin.

We didn’t receive any delivery at all. It’s more that 30 minutes from the estimated arrival time.
