Mia was brilliant, she was super friendly and helpful, and food was gorgeous as always! Really recommend this Pizza Hut!

Had a booking for 6:30pm. Arrived on time and we were sat down straight away. Ordered our meal on the app and it came really quick. The food was lovely. The waitress’ were very helpful, especially Chloe and she was very accommodating when we asked for our desserts to go :)

Went on a Thursday evening and the staff were amazing especially Dan. It was very quiet so the food came out quickly and was piping hot. No complaints at all!

Dan, Dan the Pizza Hut Man, Served me pizza as quick as he can. Served us good and served us quick. Didn't take us long to pick, And we sure ate it quick. He delivered dessert and they were quickly gone. Ice cream and cookie dough, cheesecake too. To much food, now I need a poo. Cheers Dan mate, sorry about the bad jokes...

Dan Dan the pizza man was a great And Very helpful 👍 Dan the pizza man, oh what a sight, Tossing dough in the air, making it just right. With toppings galore, from pepperoni to cheese, He serves up slices that are sure to please. In his little shop, the aroma's divine, Each bite of his pizza feels like a sign. So if you're hungry and in need of a plan, Just head on over to Dan, the pizza man!

Sue was our server today for a big party of 17, including 11 kids at the Teesside park restaurant on 26/1/18. Sue was amazing and great with the boys. We are super grateful for her accommodation our allergies and being a really great server. I hope she gets recognised for her efforts. Thanks and see you next time!

Absolutely amazing, the best pizzas tasted in long time! Obviously created with the freshest ingredients and straight from the ovens - the buffet was constantly replenished with an array of pizzas and breadsticks, complimented by a fully stocked fresh salad bar. Kind and subtle accommodations were made for a person undergoing medical treatments within our party. All staff were welcoming, friendly and ensuring our vegetarians were catered for! Thank you Guys.

Called in at lunchtime. Very good value "all you can eat buffet" for £9.99. Very nice pizza and serve yourself from a fairly pedestrian salad bar. Also pasta dishes which I didn't bother with. Drinks are expensive (though, if you can manage it, you can have unlimited refills of pepsi, Tango, etc). Avoid banquette seating if you don't enjoy inconsiderate people thudding into the back of your seat.

Helena was a fantastic host. She apologised saying they were understaffed due to sickness however this didn't affect service at all. She was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Restaurant was clean and food was hot and quick. Couldn't ask for much more really

The manager was extremely caring and helpful this is the second time with her service and she is welcoming and personal and remembered me and my beautiful girlfriend from last time just great overall 👍

It was a quiet night, considering 241 at cinema. Our server Chloe was helpful and cheerful, assisting us with our online checkout. We shared a pizza on the new sourdough handcrafted base but didn't think much of it. Perhaps a little soft. Still had an enjoyable time and ate the lot! 😄

Pretty good pizza, fast and welcoming service. Atmosphere is a little outdated and definitely more catered towards kids and families. Really missed the cheese and chilli stuff they used to have to put on the pizza.

Came at the end of the buffet, so the pizzas had been out a while and Jo made sure we had a fresh pizza made even though it was right at the end of the all you can eat. Very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Lovely staff

Stopped off on a road trip, was last half hour of lunch buffet and nothing was too much hassle for Jo making sure we had everything we needed.

Lovely people that work there I always try to talk to them and interact as I feel the table scan thing is just lacking that human interaction which I really enjoy when I’m out eating, it would be good if you accept cash as is what I brought but other than that my daughter was happy so so am I Thank you keep up the good work great team also compliments to the chef top job guys thanks

Visited today and were looked after by Jo, we have visited many times in the past and Jo is always 5stars. Extremely friendly and attentive. Foods pretty darn good too.

Great atmosphere we were seated straight away with no fuss even though it was very busy. The server we had Chloe was so helpful! I tried using the online ordering with not much luck my fault technophobe. I also wanted to use a gift card and use blue light discount but couldn't figure it out so she re took our whole order at the main till and did It the old fashioned way so I was so grateful a lot less stressful. Thank you for the fab customer service can't praise high enough bonus it's been years since we've been here and we were more than impressed with the quality of food plus quick service time. Recommend.

In COVID you had a certain process to follow, my phone was hopeless so had to order a different way. The lad was very helpful so i left him a tip, he had to leave early so i said to the girl can you absolutely make sure he gets this. I could see with the other staff she had a good old laugh about it. When i was leaving i tipped her because she served me aswell i didnt want to tip her after the ridicule i got but wanted to prove a point, THE GUILT was palpable, i knew i'd get some kind of reaction and boy was it worth it, i've never seen someone act so standoffish. A third guy served me, did i heck tip him, felt guilty about not tipping the oldrr gent nut id spent enough already, the other two had to leave early but i wasn't tipping because i hoped there was a bit of wtf'ery between the members of staff and slight headscratching, worth it my my eyes as the woman annoyed me and i don't think she realised i cottoned on. See the thing is in the service sector, so many staff think they're superior to the customers, i've seen this with my own eyes loads of times, that woman saw fit to ridicule my nice gesture, why i'll never know but if i wanted to i could have run rings round her, she was young, naive, arrogant, she'll grow out of it with a LOT of time, thats why i'm giving her the benefit of the doubt and leaving this review instead of walking in again and revisiting the episode in not a very nice way, not everyone's as nice/petty as that but she's young so i'll leave it at that.

The food arrived quickly and the staff (Chloe) were friendly . The order process also went smoothly.

We came on a busy Saturday afternoon! We were greeted straight away by a friendly manager with blonde hair. She welcomed us and sat us down straight away on a quiet table as I had a small toddler. She brought crayons straight over and showed us around the buffet. The buffet choice was fantastic! It was fresh, warm and looked appetising. The pizzas were continuously flowing throughout our visit. All members of staff were attentive and friendly. After finishing, We were offered desserts to complement the meal. We never felt rushed considering how busy the store was at the time. An extremely positive visit and would defiantly return.

It was fairly quiet when we went in for an early tea, we were seated immediately and everything was explained to us. Ethan was our server and he was very polite and cleared our table and boxed up what we hadn't eaten promptly.

Disappointed in the website for Pizza Hut advertising offers that are no longer available and apparently ended 5 days ago. If we had known we would have gone somewhere else. The service was exceptional from Daniel who I did feel sorry for as he was getting complaints from all directions but he handled it like a professional. He needs a raise.

My order sat in the restaurant for over two hours due a lack of drivers. Then the order was marked as delivered but never came £30 gone. No customer service from just eat all at.

Lovely food, lovely atmosphere and brilliant service. The only one we go to now

First and last visit. Had to queue just inside door over 40 minutes, despite empty tables that needed cleaning . eventually shown table then left alone .had to go find staff member to order then told to pay first. Seems like no fluid system or organisation pizzas just dropped onto central area , no hygiene or wiping down ,should have been indication of what followed .on second bite of pizza pulled out long strand of hair , managed to tell a passing staff member who just shrugged it off and walked away . As leaving in disgust, able to see into kitchen area no head coverings and the place looked chaotic.money not well spent.

Party of ten 10 year old boys at Pizza Hut today with unlimited pizza and ice cream it was carnage but the staff were fantastic and we had a great party! Thanks everyone !

Went in for my boy 11th birthday. It was a busy Sunday so I'm glad we booked a table. There was very little wait time even though we were early. We got 3 kids buffets which the kids loved and I had the adults buffet. Hubby tailored his order which arrived timely and was perfect. Our server Chloe was so helpful and double checked everything personally.

Without the support from Sue to handle the ordering process we would have left and never returned. The hands off ordering approach will stop us visiting again. Staff were very helpful Sue is your greatest asset.

Went to Pizza Hut after bowling the food was lovely and tasted fresh the restaurant was clean and a nice atmosphere, clean toilets and fresh salad bar! Servers Debbie and Jo were lovely !! We will definitely come again :)

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Lovely food and always warm. Joanne has been very attentive and keeps on asking if we needed help with anything. Toilets are clean , and atmosphere is great . Have been coming back regularly due to value for money.

Came in late on a quiet Monday night. Despite having started to clean up, the staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us and opened the salad bar back up. Our waitress Molly was lovely. Food was great. Highly recommend!

food was cold, Pepsi was warm. didn't even taste like a pizza hut and I've been eating them since I wad a kid. won't be ordering from here again. if you can't deliver the food hot to these locations you should not be including them in your service for delivery. possibly the worst pizza hut I've ever had.

Service and atmosphere was perfect but every pizza on the all you can eat buffet had hardly any cheese at all on! I have been going since a kid and alwaysed loved the place but it's getting worse. Hopefully they see this review and start putting more cheese on.

Been to Teesside Park Pizza Hut a couple of times recently. Served by Sue on both occasions who was lovely and very helpful. Popular. Always consistently good pizza. Children’s meal deal is good. They accept Blue Light discount too. Card only payment but ordering via the QR on your phone is straightforward.

Daniel was our server and he was amazing with the children we brought. All children had vision or hearing impairment and Daniel went above and beyond to support them independently ordering.

We enjoyed our visit tonight the food was top notch and the amazing service we received from Daniel was superb ensuring everything was ok asking if we needed anything Thankyou for the 5* service (my son loved the onion rings as he told u repeatedly)
