Super time at Pizza Pilgrims! It was outrageously busy this New Year’s Eve but we were still made to feel special and had great service from Isaac! Thank you and Blwyddyn Newydd Dda from Wales!

Service was 10/10 and the waiter Jorge very nice ....

My partner and I called in Pizza Pilgrims at Carnaby on New Years Eve 2024, and we had the best service from Isaac! The service of Pizza and drinks was extremely quick and of the highest quality. The pizza was amazing and the tiramisu was so good!! Thank you Isaac!

Found this place by chance and loveddd it! Not only was the food and atmosphere amazing but the service top tier. Gilda was so funny and welcoming absolutely made our evening !! Would highly recommend ♥️

Very tasty pizza, but you have to wait in line for a while. The service was always super friendly and very concerned about your well-being! Would come here again and again!

Food was fine. But waiter didn't mention that only half the items on the children's menu were available. After the children had decided what they wanted we then had to tell them they couldn't have it. Worse still, after we'd eaten pizza and asked for the ice cream that was included in children's menu we were told they had no ice cream. I asked for money off the bill and somehow they managed to find ice cream but no nutella. Still charged us full price and had the cheek to include service charge.

We had a great time and service was great, in particular Artemis that was our waiters she was amazing ,definitely will be back

I recently visited Pizza Pilgrims and had a mixed experience. I started with the smoked mozzarella bites served with chili jam, which were absolutely delicious and definitely my favorite part of the meal. However, the margherita pizza was a letdown. It had barely any basil leaf on it, and it tasted bland and doughy. Additionally, I ordered the garlic bread, which was a small, circular serving with no flavor at all. Definitely not worth the price. Overall, I feel this place is overhyped. Aside from the tasty smoked mozzarella bites, the rest of my meal left much to be desired.

Sorina, a great charm, I will come back for dinner again.

Waited for an hour for a raw doughy pizza to arrive, when i asked to have it cooked more they refused. Won't be coming back and won't recommend

The one star was for the pizza and one single staff that calls Gilda I had a family of 6 I tried to book online but they allow for a table under 8 people We waited outside in the gold while inside had plenty of seats and after gone in nobody sit on those places so let people outside waiting it’s a total joke and the staff that deals with the tables is so so rude. She was so annoyed when I said my party was for 6 people, so bad business I would never come back here The pizza it’s not outstanding to be dealing with that After we sat to get the staff attention to get our orders was embarrassing They took the orders from the people behind us in the queue So definitely no attention to people and respect on people I used to come here before when the Italian staff used to be running now it’s not a place I will ever bring my family

Best pizza in town, the queue worth it, so I tryed the classic pepperoni and was soooo delicious, the service is not the best but they are so full of things to do.

Staff were very accommodating to me, a pregnant lady. Pizza came quickly and was delicious! They did forget drinks twice but it was super busy on 23rd of December. Would return

Each time I want to try the restaurant I change my mind because of the employee that stands next door who helps people to set. But this time, Artemis was here and she was the kindest person. She welcomed us with open heart and sometimes you just want to try something because of the way that the person respects you. It was an amazing experience and I hope everyone learns from her.

Had a great time having dinner here for my bday!! Pizza was so good and the cocktails were really nice especially the cherry negroni. Our waitress Glinda was amazing- really fun and made my friends and I feel very welcome. They also had mario cart at our table which was definitely a highlight. Overall it was a really nice vibe and the food was deffo worth it!!
