Pizza Pizza in Wigan

Got the kids sweetcorn pizza wrong (pepperoni instead). Got the Mrs kebab wrong (tikka instead of normal chicken).

But was kept up to date worth waiting for bes

Came home from a party and fancied a takeaway as you do. I ordered it at like 12:30 and 2 hours later still wasn’t here. Bear in mind all I ordered was one garlic bread pizza THAT WAS IT!! I kept calling the place and the number wasn’t even someone who was at the takeaway they just kept saying “give me one minute and I will inform the takeaway” I was answering all phone calls and trying to find out where it is. Almost 3 hours went by and I just wanted to go bed at that point nearly 3am in morning mate. I called them up and said I want to cancel the order and get a refund. They said okay and apologised. I then receive a phone call again and a man who was VERY rude said “you’re not getting a refund” … when I tell you me and my partner went mental ! He said the food was outside … food was no where to be seen , he accused me of not answering phone calls when I answered EVERY call even his after being told I was gonna get a refund. He said that the driver waited outside for 2 hours… I literally laughed like a delivery driver would wait outside for 2 hours without calling or trying to KNOCK on a door ?? crazy mate , hysterical. He basically tried to make out I was a liar who was refusing to be complaint ! So whoever the delivery guy was yeh hope you enjoyed scranning me garlic bread pizza yeh cost me £10 just for a garlic pizza that was probs gonna be stale and shit anyways now after looking at the other reviews. I best get refunded otherwise me and my partner will come down to the takeaway because I’ve never experienced anything like it , LAZINESS and rude staff and no form of organisation /communication.

ordered a ham and mushroom pizza and it was rancid had to spit it out, called them and they were saying it's all fresh.

popadoms we're very oily to the point of there was oil in the bottom of the plastic bag they were in. donner meat was OK but chips were soggy

What an absolute disgrace!!! I ordered delivery from this ‘pizza shop’ and it was hardly edible! My garlic bread with cheese was burned and had an incredibly firm base. It was like chewing on cardboard. Don’t bother to waste your time or money here people!!

Got the meal deal 2 2 donner kebabs, 2 chips , 2 cans. I can say it’s the worst donner meat I’ve ever had taste like mint, it feels more rubbery than a car tyre, bread stale, asked for lettuce & cucumber & I got every other salad apart from what I asked for, the garlic bread WOW. It’s harder than the box it comes in, don’t even think there any garlic on. The only thing that is good is the cans of pop. NO WONDER ITS CHEAP

Early delivery even on a Friday night! Driver was lovely and polite. The food was great, the doner kebab was huge! Got the free 1.5l bottle of Pepsi for spending over £25. Will be making this place a regular ✨

the donner meat was very dry and the content of the salad wasn't in the description so we hope it was tomatoes ,lettuce and shredded cabbage yet it hard tons of onions in it . the chips were freezing at the bottom of the salad. the only okay part was the pizza which was a margarita and very hard to mess up

Ordered tonight and my mistake didn't ask for the sauces separate on my very awkward sons chicken strips and chips. They came with the sauces on top and once I rang it was no problem for them to send out a new meal with no sauces. All the other food was really tasty and hot. Definitely going to be our new go to place to order

That was fantastic. Had a curry; rice and naan with a starter. Everything was hot and really delicious! Highly recommended

This is the only take away I have ordered from where the food comes piping hot. Usually it’s either lukewarm or cold. Tasty food and the order is always correct without items missing. I would highly recommend

Appreciate that you need to state in the box what item you want for free if your order is over £25, but if people miss that or don't read the small-print, why not just give them any item for free as opposed to nothing? It's ridiculous... Won't be using again now - I've spent good money here in the past. Bloke on the phone wasn't helpful either.

Ordered a chicken kebab last week absolutely lovely big chunks of chicken ordered tonight fatty scraps of chicken how does that happen 😒

Driver speeding around ruined my pizza

Kids meal was good and my son really enjoyed it, good value for money. However the kebab was not enjoyable at all chicken was really fatty and could not eat, I called the restaurant to discuss they were polite and informed they would refund However this never happened. The onion bhai were also flavourless and ended up in the bin along with the kebab.

Pizzas ok, but the curry was waxy/oily and had so much salt in It I couldn’t taste anything else. The pilau rice was more like fried rice.

The kebab had no steak on it, as a king kebab, I would have thought straps of steak would also be in there. Just what we used to with other companies. But overall, was great tasting chicken on there and huge amounts . Have to say , Well worth the money . Thankyou

Pizza was cold,kebab wrapped up in paper, so it didn't look very tasty as the paper was stuck to the naan bread. Had better pizza from here be4.

Food was 25 mins late which is understandable when busy but we had already been given a time of 1.5 hours ! When delivery time on app was reached it showed delivered even though it hadn’t been.. when I called the shop and ask they said on its way still took a further 25 mins !! The chips where terrible had a funny taste the pizza was ok nothing special.. we didn’t receive a free garlic bread even though we spent over £20 over all not good at all won’t be ordering again

Garlic bread with cheese nice. Chicken strips nice. Shish kebab terrible, dry tough meat not fresh.

Delivery was on time, but food was still cold when arrived. Chips and cheese was like a brick in a box, calzone was dry as a bone. 1 tub of BBQ sauce had been squashed and the sauce was all over the place. And they never gave us the 1.5L bottle of Coke.

We ate here one night when it was late and we were hungry. Nothing else was open and it was cheap. We ordered 2 plain pizzas. They were so cheesy it was like eating pure cheddar. It was oilier than a chip pan in an American fast food chain and there was no tomato at all. The easiest pizza to make they messed up completely and above all it stunk our house out. Don’t go here it’s horrible

Korma king prawn curry was amazing!! Hard to find places in wigan with proper full sized prawns. Partner lived his chicken n chips and even small chips was a good portion, will be ordering again

Calzone was more like a pasty with a sprinkle off dry cheese on. The curry's are tiny made with frozen vegetables

The food was nice, but they put peppers on my pizza instead of sweetcorn. Bit of a letdown but it was still nice

Kebab was amazing but the bottom of the burger buns where to wet to eat from the condensation in the boxes.
