Pizza Plus in Breckland

Just ordered a pizza and garlic bread from this place and it was terrible! I've ordered food from here many times and am a repeat customer. It had so much grease on and under the pizza that I thought John Travolta was gonna jump out and start singing about his chills and the garlic bread was soggy to the point of being wet. My partner called Pizza Plus and asked politely for a refund as we are not going to soggy garlic bread and soggy oily pizza. The manager after offering fresh food and our refusal (he said that was his position) literally shouted over my partner, would not let her speak and at first refused to provide written proof that we would receive a refund. This left my partner very anxious and quite literally shocked at the way he treated her. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and will advise everyone not to order food from this place as they have no respect for their customers. I will be paying a visit to the shop in the near future to speak with the manager and find out why he thinks it's appropriate to shout at female customers over the phone.

I been going to these guys now for a good few years. They only ever messed up my order once. Food never fails to impress. They once forgot something dnd the delivery driver drove back picked it up and brought it to us. Amazing place. Amazing food and amazing service

Food tonight was fantastic, chicken kabab to be honest was one of the best I have had in a very long time lots of meat and moist not overcooked at all, the lamb kebab was also really good big chunks of meat and finally the pizza 15" was a really good size and full off topping, the dilivery was fast and correct. I Would definitely recommend this place and hopefully they can get their rating up becuase they really deserve ot woth the quality they sent us tonight. 👍 5* thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Easy to order online. Delivery faster than expected, driver was polite and respectful. Food was hot, good quality and portions were huge. Very good value for money. We had a pizza, cheesy chips and two variations of kebab. Highly recommend.

Only giving 2 stars because of the fast delivery. The pizza was not great, chicken and donor was both chewy, pizza was cold when arrived. Very disappointing

Order came wrong i rang politely yet was told thats what I ordered my recipt and order clearly shows it isn't what I ordered and was spoke to like a piece of dirt. I spend a lot here . But as of today I won't ever spend a penny here again . Especially being spoke to like dirt . Better places to buy from

Order a chesse pizza and gave garlic bread pizza instead and when rung to tell them they hung up so tired again and was engaged all the time 😡

Pizza was hot and delicious! Delivery time was 25 minutes early. Would definitely vise again, much cheaper and tastier than dominoes.

Absolutely the best kebab shop ive come across. No cutting corners, everything cooked perfectly, very generous with portions. Chilli sauce is incredible!

I wouldn't even go as far as a 1 star. We ordered a half pound burger. A pizza. A child burger and a kebab. All food was cooked to perfection but all food apart from the pizza had hair in the meat. When I contacted the restaurant the manager got rather stroppy with me. Trust me I will never order from here again. It might only be a one off but for 3 meals in one evening try wearing a bloody hair net. Hold that thought. It's law to wear one anyway. Just eat has been contacted as will the food standards on Monday.
