I actually can’t sing your praises enough!! The service was outstanding the food was incredible!! Absolutely authentic Italian pizza!! Delicious!! We sat outside in the sunshine!! Just perfect!! Even Schnitzel was well looked after…..🐶 service 10/10 food 12 /10 Atmosphere 10/10 thank you

The name of the shop was good, kids were hungry and wanted to eat Pizza. We saw the shop on the way home from Priory park and stopped to get a take away for the kids. Husband popped in and asked for a half veg and half Margarita, the person on the counter started asking for toppings without letting know that each topping is £1.50. One pizza costed us a rediculous amount of £22.00 Their menu board was on the floor where u order, very easy to miss , their customer service was absolutely poor letting the customer know about prices verbally as well. There were too many people to take the order but no one was ready to help properly. Overall, unhappy with the quality of pizza for the price paid. 😞

Booked the pizza project to cater for around 100 people to celebrate my 21st birthday and they were amazing! Really easy to communicate with right up until the actual day, amazing choice of pizzas and incredibly friendly staff. They were a highlight of the evening and would certainly recommend to anyone who is looking for a catering service for a large number of people with easy to eat, high quality pizza.

Such friendly staff and the pizzas are delicious! We also love the sides, including burrata and salsa verde. The food is so fresh and the whole family loves it. Thank you for such excellent service!

I booked the pizza project team to cater for my 52nd party (delayed 50th for two years!) and I had a small family party for 16 people. The set up in the garden was fantastic and a real focal point for the evening. Pizzas delicious! Best ever. Expensive for a small gathering but totally worth it.

We booked the Pizza Project for a joint birthday party for 70 and were fortunate to have arranged it for just after the easing of lockdown. Everything was perfect and the service on the evening was absolutely fantastic. The chef and assistant were brilliant; they were very professional and courteous. Most of all, the Pizzas were excellent and everyone said how delicious they were. All in all they contributed to a very special evening after a hard 18 months.

The team from Pizza project catered for a group of 30 in our garden. The team were really nice, efficiently set up the oven then served amazing food. Would highly recommend if you have an even you want to make special.

I have passed the Pizza Project at Sanderstead many times and having seen the reviews decide to get one this Thursday. There was not the crew I had seen before but a couple f Italian guys (Very pleasant themselves). I was a little bewildered when having placed the pizza on the oven base for 10 seconds then using the pizza peel raised it and held it at the roof of the oven. Result was a little burnt around the top edge, its own unique flavour (rather nice) but a very soggy bottom further to this the bread base had been rolled rather thin so as there were holes in it overall not an enjoyable pizza. I shall not be buying from them again.

This is the pizza you want! Just incredible every time we go. Staff are amazing and friendly and really know their stuff. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Don't believe me, get yourself along and try it. We haven't missed a week yet without these guys! A++++

I used Pizza Project a couple of years ago for a party at our house, so many of my family and friends enjoyed it they often dropped broad hints how much they enjoyed it and when was I going to have another? The answer was last Sunday. Johnny and Alex arrived and set up their trailer mounted wood fired oven. They provided canapés- you can choose from their selection which everyone enjoyed with drinks then set out the serving area with salads and cold Italian meats to complement the pizzas. The pizzas are just fantastic- again you can choose four from the menu and Johnny brought them through four at a time fresh from the oven, in a seemingly unending supply. Everyone ate as much as they wanted- in some cases a lot- and there were still leftovers. I really can’t recommend Pizza Project enough, I’m certain we’ll have them to our next big party. Their website is crystal clear on costs and there’s no hidden extras. You get a detailed quote and if you want any guidance on choosing they’re happy to help. They provide plates etc if you want them. The cost? We had forty people and it worked out at about £27 per head. Believe me, a bargain for the quality of food and enjoyment your guests get. Just in case you think that this review is a bit over the top- I guarantee it’s genuine and if you see my other reviews you’ll see I usually end up unimpressed.

We booked Pizza Project last weekend, it was the best decision. From the moment they arrived they made it so easy for us, the setting with the fire on is beautiful, the food was yummy, the service friendly and excellent. 100% recommend to book Pizza Project for any event , my guests were all well impressed.

Great to have somewhere good to eat early with a young family. 2 adults 2 children, pizza always a winner but these fresh flavours were delicious! As on holiday, my son was too tired to eat much but he thoroughly enjoyed his ‘doggy bag’ for breakfast!! Staff were friendly and helpful too. Thank you. Will be back if that way again!

Pizza Project is THE thing to go for at your wedding. They came to make pizzas for our evening guests in the beautiful park of Hitchin Priory. The pizzas were SOO good! All our guests (including loads of Italians - from Naples!) LOVED the pizzas, saying they were among the best they've had. The pizzaioli were super nice and accommodated everyone's requests. Even after the big wedding meal, people could not stop eating pizzas. The team was great also with the organisation everything was absolutely perfect. I would recommend to everyone!!!

They were amazing, the food was brilliant really tasty pizza! What topped it off was the great service and the way interacted with the guests. We would have them again in a heartbeat!

We've been getting pizza from these guys for a while now, and headed to the Merstham cafe for the first time last week. Excellent pizza, and a lovely space they've got. Would highly recommend. Even better now they're offering vegan options!

Normally I am not a big pizza man but I have to say I really enjoyed the pizza here. We stopped to buy a pizza for our daughter but I could not resist buying one for myself. I had the spicy meat pizza it was lovely. I would recommend eating pizza here. I loved it.

In the old picture gallery.Same fantastic food as the mobile but with knives and forks.Proper Pizza and nice people.On our visit they were still unlicensed and they had no problem with us having our own booze.Pizza and a beer.Perfect comboNot sure of the opening times so look at there web site or call ahead.

Both the Napolitano Pizza and Garlic Bread were totally Moorish so much so I had the same again the following evening ... 10/10 all round.

What a tasty pizza. . We've had the one with tomatoes and mozzarella and meaty one. And we were just passing by. The building is almost unnoticeable. But we've found you anyway, pizza chef 😀 Highly recommended. P.S. coffee tasted fabtastic too!

I stumbled on this place in Reigate by accident, but what a find. The owner has been making these for 7 years and cures the dough for 3 days. This stops the yeast from expanding in the stomach.

The Pizza Project catered my son's 1st Birthday Party. Lunchtime for around 140 hungry people in the snow. The team are great, very friendly they run a super slick operation. Every guest, without exception, has complimented our choice of catering & all were blown away with the quality of the food - canapes, antipasti, garlic breads, salad, piping hot pizza AND Nutella Pizza. As a special, the team also made chips in the pizza oven (I think this was a first for them) for the kids, but these were such a hit with all the adults too. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Pizza Project for any other party function, these guys are the Real Deal.

A rare site is a proper pizza. Look no further I say! Life may be variable, but Reigate Pizza Wednesday is not. See you in a minute guys.

We ordered 20 pizzas for 7.30 for our annual get together at a nearby venue. The pizzas were ready bang on time and were hot and delicious. I loved my vegan pizza. Such nice people, so professional and helpful and will definitely be using them again

I literally just finished one of your pizza’s from the mobile pop up in Reigate. It was incredible, the best pizza in Reigate by a country mile! The whole operation looked super professional and efficient (pizza was ready in minutes) and the guys manning the stall were very friendly. Well done and see you next week!

We had Pizza Project for the day after our wedding where they supplied pizza, charcuterie and salads for the 60 remaining guests. They arrived early, set up super quickly, were completely professional and the food went down an absolute storm! The ultimate way to break the pre-wedding diet. Would highly recommend! Faultless!

We had the lovely people at the Pizza Project feed our 200 guests throughout the day with canapés, pizza and salads. It was perfect for the relaxed feel of our wedding and looked amazing! So many of our guests commented on the food! There was more than enough to eat and it was all exceptionally delicious.

I used to think I knew what good pizza tasted like, but then I found Pizza Project. Their pizzas are unique tasting, their Specials delicious and the chefs meticulous about pizza perfection. Really worth a go, you've never tasted pizza quite like it!

Pizzas how they should be. Simply superb and the best dough in town. See them in action in Lesbourne road on Wednesdays. Friendly service and I never feel thirsty afterwards. I am certainly looking forward to another slice of pizza perfection next week.

Having driven past numerous times I finally got round to stopping and trying Pizza Project. I'm so glad I did! It was quite honestly one of the best pizzas I've had. It tasted fresh and light and with very friendly service and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be stopping again!

Amazingly good freshly cooked pizzas! Much prefer collecting these over any other take away pizza place. These are delicious and got at all greasy like most.

Just had a pizza from these guys and it really was delicious! Prepared and cooked super fast, too. Tonight was a return visit after not having been there for a while and it was even better than before so give them a try!

Friday evenings in Merstham were made infinitely better a few years ago when the Pizza Project first came to town! Jonny and Tom make the most delicious pizzas, with fabulous specials each week and scrummy, imaginative toppings that you won't see in any supermarket or take-away menu. Highly recommend the meaty special with Dijon ricotta which is my personal idea of pizza heaven! All this with a smile even on the wettest and coldest nights. Keep up the good work, guys - see you on Friday!

The best pizza I have ever had ever. I always got for 1 large 1 small and although the small one is a bit cold by the time I get to it its still the best pizza ever!

I can honestly say, outside of Italy, this is the best pizza I've ever had. Lovely base that isn't too doughy, great and innovative combinations with the perfect topping quantities. Definitely give it a try!

When we moved to Merstham we discovered Pizza Project and we havent had any supermarket pizza since. The base is so good that you dont feel guilty afterwards. Real authentic pizza. Love the garlic bread as well.

I have to say there is nothing I look forward more to, than getting the train home from London on a Friday and picking up dinner from Pizza Project on the corner of School Hill in Mertsham. The pizzas are absolutely delicious including the rosemary garlic bread and I love the specials which are changing constantly. A must visit and a much better pizza alternative for authentic wood fired flavours!

Great authentic pizzas cooked in a wood fired oven. Great innovative flavours. So glad I chanced upon this a few years ago when doing a google search of wood fired pizzas in my area, and have been a regular customer since. The quality of the ingredients is second to none and they taste OH SO GOOD! Good eating!!!
