The pizza crust was dry and unappealing

worst pile of dirt ever absolutly foul burnt or not cooked salad looked months old NEVER EVER AGAIN

Both pizzas were lukewarm by the time they finally arrived, very dry and could barely see any cheese on one of them, shame as they are usually good

shocking. first order and it was burnt. the pizza had black rotten stuff at the bottom.. so when u order a pizza. turn it upside down and u will never eat here again

I'm sad. Ordered a pizza and garlic bread and wraps and Donna meat. Jesus the pizza at the bottom looked burnt. Do you clean your pizza oven? It's a shame. I thought it would be nice.

Usually this place is amazing but today I ordered a pizza at 8:19pm and it is 10:51pm and the restaurant has closed and I don’t have my food, can’t contact anyone and starving.

Pizza was stale and crusty. Very surprised

We order from Pizza Casa whenever we're getting pizza, it is always great. Tonight somehow my order got switched through just eat and when I called to explain they very quickly delivered a fresh pizza even though the fault was not theirs. Really lovely staff and always nice.

Always fresh and hot, quick delivery, always ordered the 12 inch pepperoni for thin Italian as only do it in that size and bigger, just bit disappointed as it’s not as thin as it used to be, but still lovely

The doner wrap was DRIPPING with grease and uneatable just not a nice taste. The pizza was fine but all slid to the side of the pizza box when opened. Not the best I’ve had

Pizza, garlic bread with cheese and chips all came and where really hot. As always pizza was full of toppings too. Highly recommend

I never leave a bad review so it shows how awful this was. Took ages to come and probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever tried. Crumbled as I picked the slice up. 100% a frozen pre-made base and topping thrown on top. Wings were ok.

Tried phoning 10 times , no answer.

First time ordering won’t be the last was delicious and portion sizes were amazing !!! Gyros box immense and franks hot wings spot on !!! Don’t usually leave reviews but this one was actually worth it !!!!

I've only given a 3 star review as I paid £4 quid for Mango & Passionfruit ice-cream & got given a Teeny Tiny tub of Strawberry so I was not happy about that but the Pizza was amazing 😋

Very disappointed in your Chicken burger you have changed from fresh chicken to processed chicken very tough and no taste. I throw mine away!!!! Will not be buying that again horrible.

Ridiculous time to deliver a pizza from one end of Norlands lane to the other. No one answers the phone. Will not be using again, I cannot comment on quality I am still waiting for my order after two hours.

Food might be lovely but wouldn't know. No sign of order, two hours after ordering. No communication. Don't answer phone. Ordered at 19.30. Amended delivery time from 20.20-20.40 to 21.10 when chased at 20.45. Assured it was on its way via app at 21.15. Nothing at 21.30. Now far too late to order an alternative from elsewhere. Avoid.

sent the wrong pizza, ordered a pizza casa special and they sent a tuna pizza

The pizza tasted like a ready made, frozen pizza. The toppings were very bland and nothing tasted fresh. The chicken wings however, were nice! Overall, really disappointing.

Pizza base like shop bought hard as a cracker

food was abit cold they should tell you how many slices there are per pizza and cut them into more slices as the pizzas weren’t that big

Chicken pieces are ok and chips but the bbq pizza with bacon and chicken is really awful. Had to throw in bin. No bacon, no cheese and no bbq flavour just bread and onion with a funny taste, chicken smells funny on pizza too. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pizza wasn't great, base was pre made. Not fresh, bread base tasted stale Fast delivery and nice driver.

Quick delivery but over the last few months the food quality as gone down, skinny fries are no longer crispy and the wraps turn up soggy and no longer lightly toasted.

Pizzas were not what they used to be. Tomato base seemed cheap and small pizza was burnt on the bottom and inedible.

food was awful. paid for extra cheese on the pizza and it didnt even have an average amount on. chips was inedible and neither me or my partner eat them. will not be back again. waste of money waste of time waiting for it.

tried ringing 17 times without answer as I wanted something removed from the food and then when we received the food it was cold.

Used to be a great place but I feel those days are behind them. Greek wrap used to be housed in a proper flat bread now been subbed for a tortilla wrap which is too small for the filling so everything just falls out. The donner meat! I don’t know where they’re getting it from but it does not taste right. It was also that dry it was virtually inedible. Like strips of leather. Most of it went in the bin. Also late. I won’t be placing any more orders with them unfortunately.

Worst pizza we have ever had. Cold hard bread vase with a few cold toppings. Chucked a small amount of grated cheese on and grilled. Awful!

sadly this is the worst Pizza and fries I have ever had from this shop.it us normally amazing and very fresh.our pizza was dried out as we're the fries . I used to love this place and as it was a valentines treat was really looking forward to our meal,sadly it was horrible.

Best food around. Pizza was spot on. Loads of Pizza sauce plenty of toppings and the doh was really fresh. Chips lovely and fresh. Donner wrap loaded with meat.

Firstly, no complaints on the food. Was lovely as always. The issue was delivery time. When ordering it stated 35-50 mins wait. So I placed order at 7:30. The food arrived at 9:15pm. When I called to ask where it was all I got was 5 mins. No apologies or anything. If I knew it was going to be nearly 2 hrs I wouldn’t have ordered. As good as food was, by that time didn’t want to eat it all so half was left

Ordered a small pizza called in shop straight after placed order and they made it straight away but when started to eat it was rock solid couldn’t even bite it the topping just came off so went straight in the bin … usually pretty good aswell

Enjoyed the food and asked for a bit of a change with my chicken gyro box but my pitta bread was missing.

Amazing food, considering the distance the food was piping hot and so tasty. Also the delivery man was lovely and met us on the stairs. Will definitely be ordering again!!!
