Rude and unprofessional staff when asking opening hours. Say they close when they feel like it. Another reason the UK isn't open to business with an attitude like that.

Thad a really positive experience when I visited this place a few weeks ago. I was served by a lovely young lady named Sara who provided exceptional customer service and answered any questions/queries i had about the place. Very lovely helpful staff. Will be visiting again.

The girl that served me today was an absolute star ! She was friendly and accommodating. I appreciate her interacting with my children to keep them entertained. And the 2 ladies in the kitchen were lovely and explained the process of ordering to me. Food was also brill, definitely recommend 🤩

i ordered a bufala Margherita pizza with ham it was absolutely delicious, the team members all seemed lovely especially Ali his service was greatly appreciated and was ready to help with my cash order. 10/10 would recommend 😊

i wasn’t sure how to use the QR codes but this nice member of staff called disha helped me every step of the way, made ordering less intimidating and food was ready is only 10mins and my pepperoni pizza was delish 🥰

I loved the experience, the pizza was good and Amal offered service with a smile which is always refreshing. Definitely worth a stop if you have time for a meal at Manchester airport.

The staff member was incredibly rude and refused to serve because she wanted to close early stating the oven had just broke which was a lie… but luckily we didn’t eat there as a rat ran across the floor under the tables avoid this place at all costs

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at PizzaLuxe in Manchester Airport. Although the pizza was good, the staff was unprofessional and unfriendly throughout my visit. Instead of being welcoming and providing decent service, they were cold and uninterested in the customers. It’s unacceptable to be treated this way, especially in a place where people stop to relax before their flight. I won’t return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible place went there with friend and 4 children, there was a mix up with our order and before we could even raise it to staff the so called manager (short bald haired man ) came from an office next to the kitchen and immediately started shouting telling us it was our fault we tried to explain there was a mix up and got very defensive very rude and told our group we was an embarrassment, shoved a pizza at my young child and when asked what was need told us to shut or he will call the airport police to which my young child became upset I was then trying to calm him as he has additional needs and was told again by the manager to shut it or he was getting airport police seeing how distressed my child already was , no fit to work with the public the only slight positive was the girl working the till came over and apologised for his behaviour but couldn’t do anything as he was her manager, so called manager then spent the rest of the time stood at the kitchen hatch staring us out all for a mixed up order that wasn’t our fault AVIOD

Can only pay with credit card or cash. Basically ruling out anyone with a debit card instead of credit card. I had the option to get cash from the atm, with huge fees. Unfriendly staff.

Angle the host was very accommodating when I had pizza at the store. I really enjoyed the food and it made my day.

Was very overwhelmed when arriving with my little girl as we was tired and hungry, was greeted by a lovely girl called megan who helped our experience be so much more relaxing and calm. 3rd flight of the year and been served by this wonderful young lady and she has always gone above and beyond to ensure we get the best experience possible.

Megan is an absolute credit to PizzaLuxe. She's so lovely, approachable and friendly. The food was also delicious.

Surprisingly good for the airport! The pizzas were crispy thin crust and tasty, and the staff were really friendly. Only downside would be the airport prices, but they're in line with everywhere else so you cant hold that against them 🤷‍♂️

My Hawaiian pizza was very tasty. It was well made a good size with good ingredients. It was served nice and hot and quickly. The service and staff were very helpful, courteous and attentive. Thanks for a pizza that hit the spot.

Pizza was not good, you need to download an app to make a purchase - even though the staff are standing there. The cleanliness was not great and the atmosphere could only be described as 'Budget childrens party where the staff aren't trusted or shown how to prepare food' - The only good thing about this place was the food was hot (and we didn't get food poisoning - so pretty good right!)

Amazing Pizza, best I've had in a long time. Lovely thin and crispy base and perfect amount of topping. Ordered a portion of large wedges to share between 4 and the server had the intuition to split them in to 2.

Unfriendly gent. He didn't like the fact that I asked him if I could place an order for a takeaway. He told me off and said I should go to a table. There were no clear signs so I'm not sure how I was supposed to know that I couldn't order at the counter. Then when I did order from the table I specifically ticked takeaway but the system changed it to eat in when I chose a table number. The lady rhis time didnt understand what i was saying when i said i couldnt tick takeaway option on the system. The system isn't working well.

I'm a bit of a pizza nut. To have a place that makes some of the best pizza I've eaten in my place of work is actually amazing. Love it.

Awful service, very unhelpful staff. Wifi wasn't working and you cant place an order by speaking to a member of staff. Absolutely shocking!

30 minutes to get a pizza in an airport!? It’s just way too long. After 5 long minutes to get the WiFi and App going. It’s table service but I was told to go and get the napkins at the counter myself. I didn’t want to leave my laptop so just wiped my hands on my jeans. Not great. Shame pizza is good.

Went in for abit of something to eat before my flight and was greeted by a lady behind the till named megan who was eager to assist me overall amazing service and brilliant food

Can't handle basic dietary requirements. They have an allergy menu, but when I said I have a food allergy (which is easily avoidable as it's only in one of their optional toppings) they looked at me blankly and then said they couldn't serve me.

Very disappointing, your opening hours are shown as 5am until 8pm, went there yesterday at 7.30pm and got told that they've just took last order, went again today bit earlier than that to be told that yet again it is already closed, somehow the sign "sorry we're closed" was not in front of the entrance either..

food may be fine but only way payment is accepted is by logging on to in house WiFi no doubt to sell info to third parties

Great pizza, also nice and quiet!

Pizza was OK but even for an airport the place was sad and soulless. None of the staff spoke even to each other and they clearly didn’t want to be there. We had to ask 3 times before they brought our drinks (after our food) and again the server did not speak, smile or make eye contact.

Mukhtyar Ahmad was amazing and so helpful. So refreshing to come across such a lovely character and so professional. Mukhtyar customer service was exceptional for going above and beyond. Can you please pass on our thanks to him.

Burnt cracker like bread with flavourless toppings. The app I ordered through gave me better customer service than the waitress. Better atmosphere to be found in the caged smoking area.

Got out holiday off to a terrible start. Despite checking the menu before we went from the airport link, and despite advertising gluten free bases, we arrived only to be told that was only Manchester Arndale. They then said we could bring food from another restaurant. Fair enough. So we ordered pizza for the non coeliacs and I went to get a takeaway from upstairs to bring down. Except the restaurants upstairs didn't do takeaway. And by this point we had ordered pizza. So we ordered wedges, at least it's something we thought. Only to be told, when the rest of our food arrived a good 20 minutes later, that they didn't have wedges and so we could have garlic bread. Quite aside from the fact several conversations had been had by this point about being gluten free and thus there is clearly an issue with staff knowledge and allergens, it was the fact they waited until the rest of the food arrived to tell us. We THEN saw a family who ordered after us be given wedges which just added insult to injury It's an airport. People are time precious and thus faffing around, not having clear signage about the allergen menu at the time of arrival and then taking orders for food they didn't discover they didn't have for 20 minutes was incredibly frustrating What a terrible start to the holiday. Avoid at all costs. I never did manage to find any food I could eat so boarded plane and remain hungry. If you have allergens (or value any kind of customer service), give this place a miss.

Breakfast sandwich with egg is a joke. Reheated egg and bun. 7£ not value for many. Very small portion.

The company must lose so much money. Unfortunately cannot leave a review of the food as I didn’t get a chance to try it. Ordering system is via your phone. Anyone which has been in T1 will know mobile signal/ internet connectivity is poor. After discussing with on staff member that I have no signal whilst he sat next to the till. On the way out after not ordering, a women approached me and told me she had the same problem and has to BEG the staff to pay via the till. There were 2 staff members doing sweet FA. A customer has to beg to take their order. TERRIBLE. To the owners of the business, review your staff and ordering system as you will be losing money daily.

Took Funghi pizza and garlic bread, never had such a pizza in an airport. If you are travelling from Manchester airport do check out the place. The ordering process itself is so convenient if you know how to scan a QR code just a breeze images in the menu don't do justice but the outcome was fantastic. My go-to place in Manchester airport from now on. Do visit

Good place for having a decent pizza at a reasonable price inside the airport (not easy). The order takes place online using free WiFi and the process is pretty smooth and simple. What you order will be delivered to your table a few minutes later (around 15 in my case, around 3pm). The choices are limited but everybody can find something suitable for them. Pizza come in 10" or 13". They are not your best neapolitan style but they are good considering where you are and how much you are spending. The place is rather clean, I noticed waiters cleaning the tables as soon as they get left by people.
