Pop-In Cafe in Hillingdon

I always grab a bite to eat here on a Saturday morning when I visit Uxbridge as its usually pretty quiet and has plenty of space.

Set 1 all day breakfast and a cuppa tea. It's one of the quieter cafes in town, not busy and you will get a seat. I enjoy coming here. Did its job, I got fed.

You have to visit here. There's no other place like it. The menu is very reasonably priced, you'd find it hard to beat and they make really good voffee. My dad first took me here about 50 years ago. It has alot of history. On today's visit I tried the food. Chicken Curry was good. The whole bill was value for money.

Calm and very clean Caff, good food good and big portions too! Affordable good for a nice cup of cofee with family and my Uni friends! ☺️

Great coffee great food Service was fantastic

May look a little non descript from the outside, but inside it is something of a jewel. Spacious, and staff welcoming. Only had coffee, which hit the spot, but would go back for a meal.

The banana milkshake actually tastes like banana unlike most places where it tastes like chalk, but there is way to much foam on the top it fills up like half of the drink so you get less than you paid for. There is ice in the foam why? The black Americano was wonderful made just the way I love! I would highly recommend to coffee lovers. The staff are lovely and the service was quick!

Popped in today with family and it was excellent; real friendly staff, good value breakfast, will call in again when passing through. Tea & coffee on house at end of meal is nice touch 👍

I was here again 20Jan2023 in my latest trip to UK after missing out due to Covid. Cafe remains intact & the same ambiance...owner still very healthy & happy! Always my favorite breakfast spot in Uxbridge. Worth the ££ as the portion is huge.

Expensive Breakfast, ruined by unpleasant aftertaste to beans. Staff attitude to feedback about beans was to imply that I was making it up. Will not return.

Clean and airy café downstairs at the Uxbridge tube station concourse. Friendly, efficient service at table. “Mega Breakfast” came out hot, all freshly cooked, totally lived up to its name; had to use wide angle shot to fit the whole plate in picture! Surprisingly good coffee, not expensive, highly recommend for a Full English fix. Open all day for fresh, home-y lunches and dinners. It’s just how you would imagine a good café to be!

This place is very good they have various things on their menu. Toast, jacket potato, salads, pasta, sandwiches and snacks also coffees, teas, hot chocolate I think that the staff are very good and the prices are very good

Oh I loved it, it is a proper old school Italian cafe. It is how it used to be, I've have missed this kind of atmosphere. Please don't ever decorated! Nostalgia. It's hidden away inuxbridge train station so I bet it gets over looked. I'm differently coming here more regularly!

Come here every now and again for breakfast. Decent food and big portions. £8.45 for this set. The smallest option!

I eat the chicken escalope but the taste it was bad ,with a lot off oil and 2.50 £ for a small cola ,disappointed

Visited this cafe at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. The place was empty and the music was loud! Breakfast arrived on the table in good time but, cold beans, bacon and sausage along with snotty eggs. And not cheap! I won’t be going back that’s for sure.

Always passed by to take the tube but never had a chance to stop by. Did it and was very surprised. Food is good and not that pricy if we compare it to coffee shops. Good to get an English breakfast. However, the outside-design does not help to attract customers, but once again, should give it a try!

One of the best places for a cheap bite to eat

Brilliant cafe I love this place and so does my family I can not speak highly enough about this place the food is excellent the staff are excellent they will do so much to help you they are so friendly. They are really helpful and patient with children they have a wide range of food available on there menu and will pretty much make whatever you ask there service is quick and there prices are fair.

Frank and his team deliver brilliant customer service and the cost and quality of the food is second to none that we found. We always are motivated to walk into town yo go visit for brunch on weekends.

Friendly staff and clean. However £7.10 for a bacon and egg sandwich and regular coffee felt overpriced. It wasn't very busy but took 10 mins to get my food. The bacon had a lot of fat on it and the egg was greasy and only contained the white, the yolk was missing. It's not somewhere I would go to again.

The food selection is quite impressive, however I ordered eggs Benedict and when it arrived I was speechless. The slice of wet looking ham, not even folded, was overlaying the whole muffin, and there was no hollandaise sauce. When I asked the waiter he seemed annoyed telling the sauce is finished and he can bring me mayo. Seriously? Very unprofessional. There are far better places to eat breakfast.

I have visited the Pop in Cafe in Uxbridge many times and food has been excellent however, the latest visit early this week was a bit of a let down...omelette was tasteless and the salad was tired looking.......staff friendly as usual and cuppa not bad......disappointing.

I have been the cafe many times in the last 3 weeks, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the food is amazing and so is the drinks. The service is the best. The cafe is very clean and tired. I'm very proud to have come across this cafe.

Not a bad cafe, good food reasonable price

Ordered a Bacon & Avocado sandwich on white. Brown bread was used and bacon scraps that looked 6 days old. will not order lunch again from here.

Good all-day breakfasts at a reasonable price. Friendly service. Definitely my first choice for a weekend fry up
