Food wasn't good. Chicken tenders were bland, no taste at all. Burgers had a horrible taste to them. For the price it was very over priced for what we had. I'd advise going to Wendy's next door. That place is definitely worth the money you spend

Great chicken! It’s very similar to Popeyes in America. It lived up to its expectations. I recommend the spicy wings or a spicy 3 piece tender. The Mac n cheese is off the chain. Enjoy!

All 4 of my friends got food poisoning after eating from Romford popeyes. I had to sit under a bucket for hours to vomit. Please for your own sake go eating sometime else protect your body

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Can't fault their customer service skills. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a fast food joint. The food, however, is not good. The chicken BBQ sandwich was OK with a decently crunchy coating, but with a bun that collapsed when the relish soaked into it thereby making it messy to eat. The 'cajun' fries are an abomination: limp, lukewarm and with no discernible connection to 'cajun' spicing. And an extra 79p for mayo !!! Really ??? The less said about the flavourless brown sludge claiming to be a coffee latte, the better. If you thought KFC was poor, this is down there with them.

Hi I found a staff called sakib is very friendly and well behaved person. The spicy chicken wrap was awesome , I came everyday because I found it really nice .

Sakib (one of the managers in store) provided excellent customer service and is the perfect example of what a good manager is and should be.

Went in to try the new festive burger. Ordered via kiosk took a tent card and sat down. The food came out to us in less than 10-15minutes fresh and hot. Chicken was crispy and Fries too. Good service. Someone was walking around checking if everything was okay. And asked for feedback. I'd personally prefer a qr code or link on the bill than someone asking me. Would definitely return again to this branch.
