Porkys Meat House Wallsend in North Tyneside

2nd visit yesterday as good as our 1st. Best smashed burgers around 😋. Highly recommended for great food, good portions and friendly staff.

We really enjoyed it! Portions are large and food was delicious :) The lady serving was very kind and attentive too.

Ordered through Deliveroo and the order arrived with multiple missing items, and what did arrive was very disappointing. We called up numerous times before getting an answer; the person on the phone didn’t seem overly bothered and it took some insistence to have them “try” to send out the items as they were closed (2 hours before their stated closing time on Deliveroo) and that their driver had gone home, so we decided just to try get a refund from the app. The driver then turns up unannounced with the missing items (which were just as sub-par as the rest) with a story about how he’d “lost” them in his car. Overall a really disappointing experience, especially for the price.

Ordered for delivery. The food was cold on arrival, items were missing, and the items that arrived were bland and tasteless. A terrible experience; avoid at all costs!

Got a takeaway order, food was missing and all the food was really disappointing. Avoid or dine here at your peril (I never review anything but could not let this slide)

Amazing, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was brilliant, they went above and beyond for me. delivery was quick, polite and friendly, thank you for your amazing service, we will definitely be ordering again 😀

Ordered through insta for collection… Staff couldn’t be more welcoming walked in with my little girl….. she showed them her coat trick top secret 🤫 mind boggled😵‍💫 food was outstanding again highly recommend if in area

Honestly the best food in Wallsend ! The food was delicious and the service was great ! Big well done to matty the chef as I have never tasted a burger like it , WOW! 100% will be making porkys Wallsend a regulars thing

Service was a bit chaotic but the staff were lovely.

Really disappointing. Delivery was late. Chicken burger was very dry. Brisket and chicken was a really small portion and placed in a over sized box so was cold when it arrived. The mac and cheese was disgusting. Wouldnt be ordering from here again.

Took 2.5 hrs for delivery when was meant to be 1.5 hrs, which is bad enough. Incorrect drinks delivered and salad missing from burger. Food was average at best, grisly burger patty. Won't be going back

A lot of food for a low price, go in hungry, nice staff - thanks for giving us a free pop with our food especially on these hot days

Friendly staff, great sized portions for pricing, generous with sauces. The double beef burger with brisket was a great choice ! If you like meat it’s deffo a place to visit!

Highly recommended. That buffalo chicken burger was some boy, belta staff aswell

See a lot of reviews bad mouthing this place it is my local takeaway tried nearly everything on the menu and never had a bad meal ever and it's only place around here that don't pull there burgers out of the freezer! The staff are lovely too! Wouldn't go anywhere else now! 5 ⭐️ From me!!!!

Ordered 8.30pm, now 10.35 and still not here. It closes at 10.30! Absolute disgrace, won’t be trying to order from them again!!!.. beans on toast it is 😡

Very disappointed, after seeing their photos on instagram I had high hopes but the wings were cold and stale and the pizza absolutely nothing like they look online :( Only positive was the milkshakes are tremendous, unfortunately won't be back.

So i got the brisket burger and well, it wasn't great, brisket is not the best shredded especially soaked in a watery, bland what i think was a tomato something, there was so much in the burger that the bun was mush when i got it. And one patty on the burger is not worth £9+ The phili cheese wrap had potentail if only there was substance to it, the steak was spot o as was the cheese sauce (could do with more on) where it lets itself down however is the mystery red flecks in it (what was that?) Again tho it was not enough in to warrent £7+ paid for it.... The chips were nice tho....

Best pizza and burgers 🍔 we have tasted , highly recommend 👌 😋

Ordered this as a takeaway, was waiting for over an hour and a half before calling the shop with no answer. Ended up going to the shop and being told that our food had not been started and they were ignoring the phone. Looked like the shop was in chaos and could not handle all these orders. Would recommend pre-ordering 3 days in advance.

Burgers were top quality but the ribs where put of this world!! Must try!
