Prada Caffè Harrods in Kensington and Chelsea

Today was my 3rd time going to the Prada Caffe. It’s so beautiful inside I love everything about it. Today I got served by yasser he was so lovely & welcoming to all his customers. And he actually took all my photos for me too. Can’t wait to go back there again.

Today was an awesome treat for my daughter. As birthdays go she had a wonderful time, going to Prada caffe was on her wish list, something special she would treasure for always.

A beautiful set out shop and café. The staff are welcoming, polite and professional. Our host Ahmed was a perfect host. We took on board his recommendations and everything we chose, although expensive, worth every penny. Ahmed was very accommodating when my granddaughters asked for a plain croissant and a pain au chocolat. Nothing was any trouble for him. In three word, everything was perfect. We hope the lease is renewed for us to return on our next visit to London.

Prada Coffee Shop is a hidden gem that has quickly become my go-to spot for both a fantastic cup of coffee and a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance, stylish decor, and the delightful aroma of freshly brewed coffee made me feel right at home. The highlight of my visit, however, was the impeccable service provided by Yasser. He truly made the experience unforgettable. Yasser greeted me with a warm smile and was attentive throughout, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. His knowledge of the coffee menu was impressive, and his friendly, approachable nature made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Highly recommended! I can’t wait to return!

No service. The waiter did not care. They thought that every customer who came to the cafe was for Prada. The food offers no surprise. I will say that it tastes like fast food. The price is too expensive. If you are not a die-hard Prada fan, you don't have to go. Waste money and time.

I love the interior design of Prada cafe in harrods. The place makes you feel you are inside a designer room. I love the Prada cakes and latte, even though I would say it's very pricy for something so small in proportion. It is a nice cafe to take pictures outside and inside, as well. shopping around harrods.

I won’t be visiting again. One off experience. It’s just like a normal cafe. The cakes were average and I got myself a latte which was okay. I don’t think it’s worth the price at all. I personally wouldn’t recommend it. The staff were lovely though. It’s just an overpriced cafe with the brand Prada on chocolate and on the walls. That’s pretty much it!

I stopped by Prada Café for drinks after lunch and was disappointed with the service. Despite waiting at the bar, no one greeted or offered us water. I had to ask the bartender to place an order, and instead of taking it, he passed us off to someone else. When the drinks were made, another server pushed them to us, which felt impersonal, especially for a high-end café. I ordered a latte, expecting the signature Prada logo art I’d seen on other tables, but mine arrived without it. What bothered me most was that when a white couple sat next to us (we're Chinese), the bartender took their order directly and served them personally. I’m left wondering if it was because of our race or if we didn’t look “wealthy” enough for better service. Either way, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Prada Caffe… Cóż za rozczarowujące doświadczenie. Bywałam w różnych restauracjach, kawiarniach- ale nigdy nie poczułam się tak zlekceważona jak w PradaCaffe. Po kilku chwilach oczekiwania na serwis , przy wejściu do kawiarni,podchodzi kelnerka i pyta co będziemy zamawiać. Jestem pierwszy raz w kawiarni- więc nie wiem.Kelnerka szybko dodała, że musimy zamówić coś więcej niż tylko kawę, bo nie będziemy mogli usiąść przy stole- po czym zaproponowała miejsce przy barze. (Wypadałoby wskazać stolik , podać kartę i dopiero po chwili zapytać- co chcielibyśmy zamówić. ) zdecydowaliśmy, że napijemy się kawy w innym bo miejscu, lecz kiedy wyszliśmy z Harrodsa, okazało się , że jest więcej wolnych miejsc przy stolikach na zewnątrz. Pytamy jeszcze raz czy możemy usiąść we dwoje. Od razu uprzedzenie przez kelnerkę, że musimy zamówić lunch. Ale my nie jesteśmy głodni- chcemy napić się kawy i zamówić jakieś ciastko. Kelnerka podała kartę i spytała co wybieramy. Bezczelność. Już mam się odechciało Prady i jej kawy z krosantem! Spytałam jednak czy mam wybierać na stojąco czy mogę z mężem usiąść do stolika. Z grymasem znudzenia i zniewagi zaprowadziła nas do stolika. Tak nas zniechęciła Prada Café i jej obsługa, że kiedy okazało się , że obok siedzi gość i pali papierosa- postanowiliśmy podziękować i wyszliśmy. Nie wiem kto zatrudnia tam obsługę- ale jest chamska, nie doświadczona i psuje reputację takiej kawiarni. Spodziewaliśmy się uprzejmej obsługi, pysznej kawy z pistacjowym krosantem- dostaliśmy litr pogardy z dużym niesmakiem. Nigdy więcej Prada Café.

Food normal. Spend 200£ and they still wouldn’t give you a deserving service. Take your money elsewhere. No need to support fools

The coffee is good, but the crucial thing that ruined this nice experience was the customer service. A blonde girl with a tablet , and another girl, Rodica, were treated us bad, as customers, judging our outfits and giving superior looks. Let’s not forget I was the customer, and you were just working there. The poor customer is sadly the vital issue for this place, which I do not recommend !!! The place is nice, but this cannot hide the fact that people serving us are giving superior attitude toward the customers.

Our experience was very nice Very polite stuff, especially our waiter Dennis was so helpful, friendly and quick in the service! My pistachio cake was very tasty.! I recommend this lovely green cafe!

If you don’t mind paying $15 Australian for a coffee then come here for the vibes My coffee was cold and at this point I realised I had to ask for extra hot coffee for a more than lukewarm coffee Ordered bread with jams and it’s a brioche with a teaspoon of 3 assorted jams. Total bill for 2 coffees and 2 sandwiches ended up being 50£. The vibes made up for it.

I visited with two of my friends, we asked for a table, then proceeded to tell the hostess that we're here for coffees and cakes and I got super weirded out by the hostess just answering "all of you three have to buy coffee and cake" We told her "yes we're aware of that", very confused. We got seated, and something about this lady felt overall rude. When we got our menus and ordered, two different employees took our orders, served us and gave us the bill. Both of them were nice and polite, unlike the first person. The caffe itself is super pretty, and I personally enjoyed the latte and the chocolate tiramisu a whole lot. Dennis - our Italian waiter is my favourite! Such a genuine and kind soul who delivers service in that place as if the cafe belongs to him! Yes it’s expensive but the tuna tartare, the Gianjuja cake (not sure if spelling) and the hazelnut cakes are up there for me. Certainly my favourite desert. This was my second time and it was just as good as the first! Janeace

This is my first time going solo into prada cafe in harrods, I must say I was comfortable and given a seat quickly. Amazing service by Dennis at prada cafe and beautiful lunch selection.

We waited in the queue forever and wondered if it would be worth it, or if everything is just made for Instagram instead of actually being good. But the service from our waiter Denis was impeccable (trust him when he tells you that you need to try the focaccia - you do!). Had some issues with our coffee, and it was fixed immediately by Denis. Can recommend the gianduja cake and parmigiana too.

Dennis was an amazing server and the experience was great. The food was good and the cakes were fantastic, especially the pistachio cake.

Dennis provided us great service, carefully introducing us to the available options and giving us great recommendations based on our tastes. He was also very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable.

We absolutely lovedd the service here! Dennis our server was the sweetest ever and made us feel so comfortable! As well as Talha the manager who had exceptional service and got us a table timely and the sweetest attitude. Highly recommend!!!

The tiramisu costs £15 and it can be called a tiramisu only if you’ve never tasted one because it wasn’t even close. The hot chocolate was very mediocre, with a crust on top that I personally find disgusting. The stuff was very pleasant and the cafe very beautiful, but don’t waste time and money there when there are so many great cafes in London.

I had an exceptional experience at Prada Cafe Harrods in London, celebrating my anniversary with my fiancé. Denis, our waiter, provided impeccable service. His kindness and warmth enhanced our celebration, making it a truly memorable experience. The anniversary dessert was delightful, and Denis's attentiveness added a special touch to the overall experience. Highly recommend Prada Cafe and, particularly, Denis for an outstanding dining experience.

A shame of a visit...brought the things in the wrong order...served the cake and 10 mins later the tea...mentioned it but spoilt it for us

Can’t praise this cafe enough! The food, the coffee, the staff, the service, the ambience, everything was five star. Felt like I was in Italy, it was soooo beautiful! The mint green theme/decor of the cafe was so adorable! Didn’t feel like leaving. Dennis who was serving us was so helpful from choosing the food from the menu to clicking the pictures and making our visit so memorable. The tiramisu and cappuccino is a must try. Would visit again soon

We had lunch there.Great service, fancy location, and the chocolate cake was delicios! The burrata was not bad either!

Booked in for breakfast and it was lovely not cheap for us Aussies but lovely - would recommend you pre book as walk inns are not guaranteed
